Jersey City Democrat Blames Jewish Landowners for Black Supremacist Mass Murder at Kosher Deli Posted: 18 Dec 2019 08:30 PM PST Last week four people were killed including a police officer, and two shooters were dead in an attack at a Kosher supermarket in a Jewish neighborhood in Jersey City. Authorities identified the shooters late Tuesday. David Anderson and Francine Graham, members of the anti-Semitic and violent "Black Israelites" cult, were identified as the killers. Following the massacre locals could be heard on video blaming the Jews for the attack on the Kosher market. This was really disgusting! And now a local political leader Joan Terrell from the Jersey City Board of Education posted an angry tirade on an interfaith vigil accusing local Jews of the deadly attack. More |
Posted: 18 Dec 2019 08:00 PM PST A federal judge on Monday scheduled a sentencing hearing for next month for Michael Flynn after rejecting last-ditch arguments from the former Trump administration national security adviser that prosecutors had withheld evidence favorable to his case. U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered Flynn to appear for sentencing on Jan. 28, concluding in a 92-page ruling that Flynn had failed to prove a 'single' instance of prosecutorial misconduct. Flynn's aim was to show that the FBI buried evidence he was duped into lying. More |
Harris Statement on Impeachment Posted: 18 Dec 2019 07:40 PM PST WASHINGTON, DC: Rep. Andy Harris, M.D. (MD-01) today voted against impeaching the President of the United States. Only members of the Democrat Party voted in favor of impeaching President Trump to remove him from office, which passed the House of Representatives. The vote against impeachment was bipartisan. The issue next moves to the Senate for consideration, where a two-thirds majority vote is required for a conviction. Rep. Harris made the following statement: "Today was a sad day for our republic and for our Constitution. Congress passed the articles of impeachment on a purely partisan vote by Democrats – with no support from any Republicans and, in fact, opposition from some fair-minded Democrats. This proves that this sham impeachment was a politically motivated attempt to remove President Trump from office despite the votes of 63 million Americans in the last election. When the President was elected, radical liberals immediately objected to his election and referred to themselves as "the resistance." Then they claimed the President colluded with Russia – until the Mueller report definitively ended that charade. Now they claimed he abused power by rightfully trying to investigate potential corruption involving over a million dollars in payments made to Hunter Biden, and blatant attempts by the previous Ukrainian government to influence our 2016 election. As to the actual articles of impeachment, as Professor Turley testified two weeks ago, the only abuse of power is by the radical Democrat House majority, which made a mockery of impeachment by proceeding without substantial evidence. As to obstruction of Congress, all Presidents have claimed executive privilege, and even President Obama's own Attorney General Eric Holder refused to answer House subpoenas during the Fast and Furious investigation that he claimed infringed on executive privilege. Since Speaker Pelosi couldn't even get all her House Democrats to vote for impeachment, much less any Republicans, it is clear that the Senate will, and should, vote against conviction. This means the entire impeachment hoax was a waste of time that distracted Congress from getting real work done for the American people – fighting the opioid crisis, lowering prescription drug costs, making health care more affordable, securing our borders, and keeping our booming economy going. Democrats failed to make their impeachment case, and fewer Americans support impeachment now than before Adam Schiff held his one-sided, secret Soviet-style impeachment inquiry. The American people aren't fooled so easily." |
College Enrollment Skids For 8th Year In A Row, But Student Loans Skyrocket Posted: 18 Dec 2019 07:30 PM PST The stunning decline of men in the student headcount. With college costs blowing through the roof, with "luxury student housing" and not so luxury "student housing" having become asset classes – including, of course, CMBS, now in rough waters – for global investors, with textbook publishers gouging students to the nth degree, and with the monetary value of higher education questioned in more and more corners, the inevitable happened once again: College enrollment dropped for the eighth year in a row. The post-secondary student headcount – undergraduate and graduate students combined – in the fall semester of 2019 fell 1.3% from the fall semester last year, or by over 231,000 students to 17.97 million students, according to the Student Clearing House today. In the fall of 2011, the peak year, 20.14 million students had been enrolled. Since then, enrollment has dropped by 10.8%, or by 2.17 million students: More |
SEAL who shot bin Laden says James Comey is 'human sh**' Posted: 18 Dec 2019 07:00 PM PST Former Navy SEAL Robert O'Neill bashed former FBI Director James Comey after the release of the Department of Justice inspector general's report on alleged Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act abuses by FBI officials during President Trump's 2016 campaign. Inspector General Michael Horowitz released his report on Dec. 9, following his two-year investigation into the FBI's and the DOJ's use of FISA warrants to surveil Trump's campaign for evidence of election interference collusion with Russian agents. The report outlined 17 "significant errors or omissions" by FBI officials in the FISA applications to surveil Trump campaign adviser Carter Page but determined political bias played no role in the opening of the Russia investigation. O'Neill, 43, slammed the 59-year-old former FBI chief on Twitter on Monday. More |
SB Nation sports bloggers laid off due to restrictive new California law Posted: 18 Dec 2019 06:30 PM PST Vox Media-owned SB Nation said it is laying off 200 sports bloggers in California due to a restrictive new law aimed at stopping tech companies from taking advantage of "gig economy" workers. John Ness, executive director of SB Nation, broke news of the layoffs in a post on his own site, which he sarcastically titled "Thank You California" for that state's law seeking to force companies like Uber and Lyft to classify their drivers as employees rather than contractors. Ness started off by thanking his army of California bloggers, who he said helped write thousands of stories covering 25 pro and college sports teams. But the state's new independent contractor laws will bar them from contributing more than 35 stories a year to the site, he explained. More |
Town Hall Turns into Mutiny as Democrat Congresswoman Announces Impeachment Support Posted: 18 Dec 2019 06:00 PM PST Michigan voters booed and shouted at Rep. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) during a town hall Monday in Rochester, Michigan, for supporting articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump. Slotkin announced her support for articles of impeachment against Trump in an op-ed for the Detroit Free Press Monday, claiming that Trump had put the national security of the country "at stake." The swing district Democrats' decision to back impeachment did not resonate with many of her Michigan constituents. Michiganders shouted down the freshman Democrat as she attempted to explain why she backed impeachment. Michigan voters also shouted "four more years" in reference to Trump's re-election while Slotkin continued to explain why she backed impeachment. More |
Posted: 18 Dec 2019 05:30 PM PST As the Democrats' Impeachment Express barrels ahead toward the cliff, Adam Schiff and Chuck Schumer have weighed in on the beginnings and the likely end of the trip. A quick refresher: The FBI used the Hillary Clinton-funded "dossier," fabricated by Christopher Steele, to obtain dubious FISA warrants under false pretenses to surveil Donald Trump's presidential campaign in 2016. In 2018, then-House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes laid all this out in a memo. Schiff, who was the ranking Democrat at the time, rebutted Nunes with a dishonest rewrite of history. According to Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz, Nunes was right. That brings us to Schiff's transparent and pathetic attempts to save face. He declared this week: [The FBI was] right to seek a FISA on Carter Page. And there wasn't some deep-state conspiracy. There was no spying on the Trump campaign. There was no effort to — based on political bias — open the investigation. It was properly predicated. But there were, nonetheless, serious abuses of FISA which were not apparent two years ago, but which have become apparent now, with 170 witnesses interviewed and two million documents reviewed by the IG. And I am glad that the IG made the recommendations that he has made, and the FBI is going to follow them. But that wasn't apparent to us two years ago. But the most significant things, I think, are that corrective steps will be taken, in terms of the FISA process, and that the IG debunked these claims by the president, by Mr. Nunes and others, of this deep-state conspiracy, this improper investigation. What a load of bunk. Even the Trump-deranged Washington Post grudgingly admitted that Nunes was right and Schiff was wrong, so it takes a lot of gall for Schiff to stick to his story. Schiff wasn't done. |
Flynn judge crushes hopes for tossing guilty plea Posted: 18 Dec 2019 05:00 PM PST A federal judge on Monday rejected Michael Flynn's comprehensive requests for exculpatory information that may have been withheld by the FBI, saying that the former national security adviser had waived his fundamental constitutional rights by pleading guilty to making false statements. The order from U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan in Washington also set a Jan. 28 sentencing date in the case, and essentially crushed any remaining hopes that Flynn might see his guilty plea tossed. The ruling came just days after Justice Department Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz identified a slew of misconduct by FBI agents investigating former Trump aide Carter Page -- including by a little-known agent who interviewed Flynn at the White House in January 2017. In his order, Flynn cited prosecutor Brandon Van Grack, formerly a member of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team, as saying, "[B]y pleading guilty in this case [Mr. Flynn] agrees to waive certain rights afforded by the Constitution of the United States," including the right "to challenge the admissibility of evidence offered against [him.]" More https://www.foxnews.com/politics/michael-flynn-judge-rejects-claims-fbi-misconduct-prosecutors |
Avoid Too Much Sugar if You Have the Winter Blues Posted: 18 Dec 2019 04:30 PM PST New U.S. research suggests that if you suffer from depression, which can be particularly common during the darker winter months, then avoiding sugary foods could help to ease symptoms. Carried out by a team of psychologists at the University of Kansas, the new study looked at previous research on the physiological and psychological effects of consuming added sugar and included data taken from the Women's Health Initiative Observational Study, which has recruited 161,808 women since its launch in 1993, and the NIH-AARP Diet and Health Study, which has a total of 567,169 participants. The findings, published online in the journal Medical Hypotheses, suggested that eating sugary foods, which are particularly common at this time of year as we gear up for the holiday season, may cause some of the metabolic, inflammatory and neuro-biological processes that are linked to depression. This combination of high sugar consumption, darker days and the change in sleep habits associated with winter could together have a negative effect on mental health, say the researchers. "For many people, reduced sunlight exposure during the winter will throw off circadian rhythms, disrupting healthy sleep and pushing five to 10 percent of the population into a full-blown episode of clinical depression," said co-author Stephen Ilardi. Guilty: Sean Urbanski convicted of 1st-degree murder in stabbing death of Lt. Richard Collins Posted: 18 Dec 2019 03:00 PM PST UPDATE: Sean Urbanski, the man charged with fatally stabbing Army 2nd Lt. Richard Collins III on the University of Maryland's College Park campus in 2017, has been convicted of first-degree murder. The jury deliberated for about two hours Wednesday following a two-week trial in Prince George's County Circuit Court. Earlier in the week, Judge Lawrence Hill tossed out the other charge Urbanski was facing — a state count of hate crime resulting in death — ruling prosecutors had failed to show that Urbanski, who is white, stabbed Collins to death in May 2017 specifically because Collins was black. Urbanski, who will be sentenced April 16, will face a maximum sentence of life in prison with no chance of parole. More |
Trump must go after New York’s violation of federal immigration law Posted: 18 Dec 2019 02:30 PM PST At the end of the month, almost all criminals arrested for state crimes in New York, including sex crimes, will be released without posting bail. It is a suicidal policy, but it is nonetheless the state's prerogative to engage in such suicide. What is not its prerogative is the New York law that took effect this week granting driver's licenses to illegal aliens and blocking ICE access to criminal enforcement information. We have a national union with a federal government controlling immigration for a reason, and it's time for the Trump administration to show state officials who has the final say over this issue. Beginning this week, the NY state government is inviting any and all illegal aliens, with or without criminal records, to apply for driver's licenses. As documentation, they can offer consular ID cards, which are fraught with fraud, expired work permits, or foreign birth certificates. They can even offer Border Crossing Cards, which are only valid for 72 hours and for a stay in the country near the border area! More |
Posted: 18 Dec 2019 02:00 PM PST While House Democrats marched toward impeaching President Donald Trump during the past week, voters have told pollsters that they want to re-elect him. That's the main takeaway from a USA Today/Suffolk University poll published Tuesday as the president's political antagonists prepare to finalize the rules of an impeachment debate whose outcome is all but assured. The poll of 1,000 registered voters showed Trump beating all five of the Democrats' top White House contenders, by margins ranging from 3 to 10 points. Former Vice President Joe Biden performed best against him, losing by just 3 percentage points. Trump beat Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders by 5 points, Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren by 8, former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg by 9, and South B end, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg by 10. More |

Posted: 18 Dec 2019 12:00 PM PST President Trump commended his personal attorney Rudy Giuliani after being asked about the former New York City mayor's latest trip to Ukraine. During a roundtable economic discussion with several Republican governors on Monday, a reporter asked the president if Giuliani spoke to him about his recent visit to Ukraine. Giuliani visited the country at the beginning of the month and met with a KGB-trained lawmaker, Andrii Derkach, as he continues his effort to dig up information about former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter. Trump denied that he has spoken to Giuliani since his trip but praised his efforts, calling the former U.S. attorney a "great crime fighter." "He's a very great crime fighter. He was probably the greatest crime fighter over the last 50 years, very smart. He was the best mayor in the history of the city of New York," Trump said. More |

The ‘Pee Tape’ Hoax Is Finally Dead. It’s Time to Brand the ‘Rushers’ Who Pushed It. Posted: 18 Dec 2019 11:00 AM PST Imagine that the most widespread, hysterical conspiracy theory in America came not from backwoods rumor mills but from the Ivy League-staffed, megacorp-owned news media. Oh, wait — you don't have to imagine anything. You've been living this reality for years now! The last three U.S. presidents have seen some of their opposition unite under the banner of really juicy conspiracy theories: for Bush, it was that 9/11 was an inside job; for Obama, it was that an ineligible foreign national became commander-in-chief, possibly as a sleeper agent for The Muslims; for Trump, it's that a hostile foreign power installed an illegitimate president who would do its bidding, thanks to humiliating blackmail material. Those first two conspiracy theories have been beaten down by time and vigorous debate — with experts and institutions meticulously fighting the sexy, imaginative narratives of their opponents. Yet the Russia conspiracies continue to thrive, because the experts and the institutions haven't admitted the obvious conclusion to draw from the evidence. The experts and institutions remain true believers! More |

By Monday night, the Washington Post published an op-ed criticizing her decision to bring her son to the vote. Latvian government says it flagged ‘suspicious’ Hunter Biden payments in 2016 Posted: 18 Dec 2019 09:45 AM PST As the U.S. presidential race began roaring to life in 2016, authorities in the former Soviet republic of Latvia flagged a series of " suspicious" financial transactions to Hunter Biden and other colleagues at a Ukrainian natural gas company and sought Kiev's help investigating, according to documents and interviews. The Feb. 18, 2016 alert to Ukraine came from the Latvian prosecutorial agency responsible for investigating money laundering, and it specifically questioned whether Vice President Joe Biden's younger son and three other officials at Burisma Holdings were the potential beneficiaries of suspect funds. "The Office for Prevention of Laundering of Proceeds Derived from Criminal Activity … is currently investigating suspicious activity of Burisma Holdings Limited," the Latvian agency also known as the FIU wrote Ukraine's financial authorities. Nancy Pelosi has been knowingly lying about child gun deaths to push gun control Posted: 18 Dec 2019 09:30 AM PST When even the left-leaning Washington Post calls a Democratic talking point a lie, you know it must be a doozy. And thanks to fact-checker Glenn Kessler, we now know that Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has repeatedly and knowingly lied about the rates of child gun death to push an agenda. Consider this tweet from the California Democrat: "100 people die every day from gun violence — 47 of them children & teenagers." Pelosi asked, "How many more must perish before [Mitch McConnell] will take action?" She has repeated the same or similar forms of this statistic, that 47 children and teenagers die every day from gun violence, in press releases, speeches on the House Floor, and comments to reporters. Report: Trump-Supporting Women Allegedly Abused at D.C. Event, Called ‘Nazis,’ ‘C*nts’ Posted: 18 Dec 2019 09:15 AM PST Attendees of a "high-profile Democrat wedding" stalked, harassed, and physically assaulted guests of an event hosted by Women for America First at the Willard Hotel in Washington, DC, on Saturday, the pro-Trump group alleged in a press release issued late Monday evening. Approximately 200 women attended the aforementioned Women for America First event — titled a Very MAGA Holiday Weekend — at the Willard Hotel. The alleged "high-profile Democrat wedding" took place in an adjacent ballroom. Women for America First is an outside conservative organization that supports President Donald Trump and is run by longtime grassroots conservative activist Amy Kremer. The press release alleges that the private event held by Women for America First was interrupted "at least" 30 times by the wedding's participants, including a physical assault against Jonathan Gilliam, a retired Navy SEAL and former FBI special agent, who attended the event. McConnell rejects 'desperate' request for impeachment witnesses in Senate trial Posted: 18 Dec 2019 09:00 AM PST Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell rejected calls by Democrats to summon new witnesses in the upcoming impeachment trial. Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, a New York Democrat, requested McConnell subpoena top Trump administration officials who had refused to testify before weekslong House impeachment proceedings. The list of requests includes former national security adviser John Bolton and acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney. But McConnell, a Kentucky Republican, said the Senate trial should weigh the evidence produced by the House and should not summon new witnesses. The witnesses are challenging House subpoenas in federal court, and those cases could take months to resolve. House Democrats decided to move ahead with impeachment rather than wait for the court to decide whether the witnesses should be compelled to testify. "It is not the Senate's job to leap into the breach and search desperately for ways to get to guilty," McConnell said. "That would hardly be impartial justice. The fact that my colleague is already desperate to sign up the Senate for new fact-finding, which House Democrats themselves were too impatient to see through, well, that suggests that even Democrats who do not like this president are beginning to realize how dramatically insufficient the House's rushed process has been." ‘Twas the night before #impeachment Posted: 18 Dec 2019 08:30 AM PST Republicans in the House Oversight Committee posted this carol in a Twitter thread Tuesday night 'Twas the night before #impeachment and all through the House, Pelosi chased vulnerable Democrats, like a cat after a mouse. The Articles were sent to the Capitol without care, And put before all Members, after a process far from fair. The Democrats were restless, not snug in their beds, While nightmares of November danced in their heads. And the whole country knew those four facts to be true; Pelosi looked away, but not Jeff Van Drew. When, what to my wondering eyes should I see, But the Coastal Impeachment Squad with hearts full of glee. Away to the cameras Democrats flew in a dash, They couldn't resist impeaching the President, despite the backlash. Pelosi sprung from her chair, and to her team gave the okay, And weary Democrats knew they had to obey. "On, Swalwell! On, Lofgren! On, Jackson Lee! I know you'll vote YES on impeachment, you always follow me!" And I heard her exclaim, as they walked off the floor, "Merry impeachment to all! Now voters will show you the door." |

Chuck Schumer Claims He Will Be an ‘Impartial Juror’ in Senate Impeachment Trial Posted: 18 Dec 2019 07:30 AM PST Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-NY) claimed Tuesday afternoon to be an "impartial juror" after a reporter asked him whether he and fellow Democrats could live up to the standard they had set for Republicans. Schumer, Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL), and other Democrats accused Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and other Republicans of violating their duty to act as impartial jurors during an anticipated trial for President Donald Trump in the Senate. The House of Representatives is expected to pass articles of impeachment Wednesday. Democrats, and the media, have claimed that Republicans have already prejudged the outcome of the trial — though most Democrats have also stated their conclusions. Every Senate Democrat running for president has declared that Trump should be impeached (many of them months ago), and most have also said they would vote to remove him. Schumer insists that McConnell allow new witnesses to be called in the Senate, accusing Republicans of a "cover-up" if they refuse. A reporter at Schumer's press conference Tuesday in the Capitol then asked the key question: More here |

Judicial Watch: How to Stop Impeachment Now Posted: 18 Dec 2019 06:45 AM PST The fraudulent House impeachment effort has matters exactly backward. President Trump didn't commit high crimes, he is a crime victim. If anyone should be put on trial in the Senate, it is Rep. Adam Schiff. The more facts continue to be revealed about the deep state coup attempt against the president, the worse Schiff looks. Justice Department Inspector General Horowitz's report and hearing testimony last week on the abuse of the FISA process is the latest evidence of the collusion between members of Obama's FBI and the Clinton campaign to try to destroy Donald Trump. The IG findings, which further tied the Bureau to promoting the Clinton-funded and wholly fabricated Steele dossier, are parallel to the Mueller investigation's findings that the Russian collusion narrative was a big lie. Yet this phony narrative became the basis for the FBI to lie to the courts and to the American people, and to break the law to target President Trump. The current impeachment farce builds on this model, using a manufactured scandal, amplified through the media echo chamber, and orchestrated by one of the central Congressional plotters in Russiagate, Adam Schiff. The Horowitz report proves what we at Judicial Watch have been saying for some time, that Schiff has consistently lied, dissembled and misled when it comes to the Russian collusion hoax. In 2018 Schiff insisted that the "DOJ met the rigor, transparency and evidentiary basis needed to meet FISA's probable cause requirement." We now know that this was not true; in fact the FBI fabricated evidence to get what it wanted. More |
Klein: IG Report Makes Clear That Durham Needs to Investigate Joe Biden, Susan Rice, John Kerry Posted: 18 Dec 2019 06:30 AM PST A thorough review of the Justice Department's Inspector General report about the FBI's Russia collusion investigation makes clear that separate probes are immediately needed to check questionable actions taken by the Obama-era State Department under John Kerry in fueling the Russia hoax. The IG report further did not investigate the roles played by senior Obama administration officials in the controversial early stages of the Russia investigation, including those of Joe Biden and Susan Rice. It is not immediately clear whether federal prosecutor John H. Durham's criminal investigation into the origins of the FBI's Russia probe will focus specifically on the State Department or on the executive branch of the Obama administration. The "methodology" section of IG Michael Horowitz's report makes clear the activities of other U.S. government agencies outside the FBI did not fall within the purview of the report. Relevant State Department officials refused to participate and Horowitz lacked the subpoena power to compel their testimony. More |
Kellyanne: The American People Will Remember How Dems Wasted Time, Money Posted: 18 Dec 2019 06:15 AM PST During a Tuesday interview with "Fox & Friends," White House counselor Kellyanne Conway criticized Democratic lawmakers amid the ongoing impeachment push against President Donald Trump. Conway advised that the American people will remember when it comes time to vote that Democrats wasted their time and the taxpayers' money on impeachment. "People will not forget about it," Conway stated. "People will remember how those Democrats spent their time and the taxpayers' money, which was a big waste. And if you waste my time, you risk my trust, is what these voters will say to them. And can we stop calling them moderate Democrats? I think they've proven that they're not. They are not representing the will of their people. If you're called a representative, if that's your day job, you ought to represent the will of your people." More here |

Professor: College Republicans’ First Amendment Rights ‘Intensely Hurtful’ to Students Posted: 18 Dec 2019 05:00 AM PST A professor at Chico State (CSU, Chico) referred to President Donald Trump and the Republican Party as "poison," and suggested that she and other professors use the "immense privilege" they have as "tenured faculty" to protect students who are offended by their classmates exercising their First Amendment rights. The instructor told Breitbart News that the First Amendment allowing the school's College Republicans to "voice their support for Trump and — the Republican Party" is "intensely hurtful" to many students on campus. The instructor had been responding to Breitbart News' request for comment regarding a recent tweet in which Briggs referred to President Trump and Republicans as "poison," urging her colleagues to "protect" students who become offended after hearing conservative students vocalize their support for President Trump ahead of the 2020 Election due to the First Amendment. Briggs, who is a tenured faculty member in the Department of Public Health & Health Services Administration at CSU, Chico, had been reacting to "the recent ruckus on campus," which she says is only "going to get bigger with the looming election." The "ruckus" appears to be in reference to recent clashes between leftist students and the school's College Republicans group, whose chapter president was seen on video being attacked by an outraged student protester who took his sign and struck him in the face with it. Following the incident, Briggs declared that "it is possible to uphold 1st Amendment Speech rights AND condemn, scold, and disagree with messages that you don't agree with," in an apparent defense of censuring conservative students for their so-called poisonous views. Judicial Watch: Court Hearing on Thursday on Clinton Email/Benghazi Posted: 18 Dec 2019 04:00 AM PST Judicial Watch announced that a hearing was ordered to be held in federal court before U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth on Thursday, December 19, regarding continuing discovery in the Clinton email scandal. The court is considering whether to allow Judicial Watch to question Hillary Clinton and her top aide in person and under oath about the email and Benghazi controversies. Judicial Watch attorneys will also request the deposition of Paul Combetta, who was the IT specialist working on the Clinton server at Platte River Networks. Judge Lamberth specifically raised concerns regarding Combetta's transfer of Clinton's emails into a Gmail account, carterheavyindustries@gmail.com. The judge told Judicial Watch to "shake this tree" on the issue. Judicial Watch will ask the court for permission to subpoena Google for information from that account. Hillary Clinton is also fighting the court's previously ordered release of an "after action memo" created by Clinton lawyer Heather Samuelson in December 2014 that memorializes the Clinton team's review and processing of Clinton's emails.
