Hermon Parade Route and got as angry like you just don't know after the parade. Trash along Mt. Hermon including plastic bottles, soda cans and just trash in general. What the HELL is wrong with people today that they just throw their trash anywhere and some one else has to clean it up. Set an example for their children?? No Pride?? Sorry!! I am PO'D! The Culpepper County Board of Supervisors unanimously agreed to proclaim the county a Second Amendment Constitutional County last week, according to Fox News. At the meeting, Sheriff Scott Jenkins announced that he would deputize masses of Culpepper residents to protect their Second Amendment rights. "My office will always encourage and support our citizens in firearms training, concealed carry permits, and the ability to defend themselves and their families," Jenkins's office wrote in a Facebook post during the meeting. "If necessary, I plan to properly screen and deputize thousands of our law-abiding citizens to protect their constitutional right to own firearms." More  |

Ralph Northam (D) says he is not opposed to counties declaring Second Amendment Sanctuary status but he vows "consequences" if those counties refuse to enforce gun control. On December 10, 2019, Breitbart News reported CNN's tally of over 40 counties that have declared Second Amendment Sanctuary status. And on December 12, 2019, Breitbart News reported that more than 1,000 residents attended the Chesapeake City Council meeting and cheered at that city declared it will defend Second Amendment rights. The Associated Press reports the number of Second Amendment declarations sits at above 50, if one counts cities and counties together. These declarations are all part of an effort for cities and counties to get out in front of Democrats' assumption power in January, at which time they expected to pass numerous new gun controls. | Virginia gun law would include grandfather clause for current owners of assault weapons Posted: 15 Dec 2019 04:00 AM PST If a proposed assault weapons ban in Virginia is signed into law, citizens who already own the banned weapons would not be required to give up their guns, according to a new report. "The governor's assault weapons ban will include a grandfather clause for individuals who already own assault weapons, with the requirement they register their weapons before the end of a designated grace period," Gov. Ralph Northam's office told the Virginia Mercury on Monday. "Additional details on this and all other bills will be announced prior to the start of the upcoming session." The sweeping legislation, being written by the Democratically-controlled House of Delegates, would ban assault weapons, bump stocks, and high-capacity magazines. More  |

| Maryland cop charged with multiple counts of rape, suspended without pay Posted: 15 Dec 2019 04:00 AM PST A Maryland police officer has been arrested and charged by his own police department for alleged rape. Anthony Westerman, a 25-year-old officer with the Baltimore County Police Department, was charged with two counts of second-degree rape and three counts of second-degree assault, officials said in a news release on Sunday. A lawyer representing Corporal Thomas Oliver Jr. who worked for the Wilmington Police Department and was suspended over the 2018 allegation which got him charged with rape, told jurors that his client thought he was having 'consensual sexual intercourse'. On March 29, 2019 Deputies with the Wicomico County Sheriff`s Office responded to 8400 block of Whitesville Rd in Pittsville, MD for a burglary. The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division (CID) assumed the investigation. The investigation ultimately led to an arrest warrant for Joshua Dale Shelton for Burglary First Degree and other related charges. Joshua Shelton was found to have 3 additional warrants for his arrest, one of which is a failure to appear for another Burglary case. It was determined that Joshua Shelton was living in the 7300 block of Main Street Willards, MD. The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office Community Action Team (CAT) had received tips about drugs being sold from the residence by Chelsea Shelton and Joshua Shelton along with other unknown males. On December 6, 2019 the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF), CAT, and CID responded to the residence in the 7300 block of Main Street in Willards, MD to serve the arrest warrant on Joshua Shelton. CARFTF located Joshua Shelton hiding in his mother's closet up stairs. Joshua Shelton was placed under arrest for the outstanding warrant. Brittingham was notified of Joshua Shelton's arrest warrant and attempted to harbor him by lying to detectives about his whereabouts' even though Shelton was found hiding in her closet. Shelly Brittingham was placed under arrest for harboring a fugitive and related charges. CAT authored a search and seizure warrant for the residence that resulted in the discovery of an amount of crack cocaine indicative of the intent to sell and a digital scale in a room belonging to Chelsea Shelton. CAT requested and received an arrest warrant for Chelsea Shelton for possession with the intent to deliver crack cocaine. The arrest warrant was served on Chelsea Shelton on December 9, 2019. | Adam Schiff: Congress Must Impeach Trump to Stop Him in 2020 Posted: 15 Dec 2019 04:01 AM PST House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) on Tuesday indicated that Democrats must impeach President Trump quickly in order to stop him from prevailing in the 2020 presidential election. Democrats on Tuesday unveiled two articles of impeachment against the president: abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. Notably, neither allege a high crime or misdemeanor. Noticeably absent was the Democrats' long-held appeal to bribery, extortion, or treason. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), flanked by chairs Jerry Nadler (D-NY), Adam Schiff (D-CA), Eliot Engel (D-NY), Maxine Waters (D-CA), Carolyn Maloney (D-NY), and Richard Neal (D-MA), stepped aside as both Nadler and Schiff briefly offered minimal details on their decision. Democrats did not indicate when the text would be released and refused to take questions following the momentous announcement. Schiff briefly addressed critics who say that Democrats should simply wait for the American people to judge the president in the 2020 election. The mother, Luden Roberts, reportedly worked at Mpire Gentlemen's Club in Washington, D.C., where Biden frequented. That's how the two allegedly met. Roberts has, understandably, gone after Biden for child support, health care and legal fees. Biden filed a motion in the Arkansas Circuit Court of Independence for a protective order to shield his financial records from being made public a few weeks ago. A judge demanded both Roberts and Biden hand over five years worth of financial records, meaning he has to reveal his position at the Ukrainian gas company Burisma and just how much money they paid him, Daily Mail reported. It has been estimated that he was paid anywhere between $50,000 to $83,000 a month to sit on Burisma's board, despite having no natural energy experience. The judge presiding over the case originally wanted only three years of financial records but ultimately said he needed five years of records to determine how much child support Biden needs to cough up.
