I heard that there was a major issue yesterday regarding BLM and OCPD - bottle/rock throwing at police, several bars closed early by OCPD, race baiting, etc. All of the bartenders seem to know about this, but there is nothing being reported in MSM locally (big surprise) nor is anything noted on OCPDs stats page - not sure if there is more to this, but wanted to share it with you.

As many of you heard, last Friday, Wikileaks released a trove of emails centering around the DNC, Media and Clinton campaign's collusion as they worked together to defeat Bernie Sanders. The whole snafu has resulted in Debbie Wasserman Schultz, chair of the DNC, will not be overseeing or speaking at the convention this week in Philly.

For those not following, there is a brief background. In Florida a class action lawsuit was filed in June by Bernie Sanders Voters vs. Debbie Wasserman Schultz and the DNC, citing the above collusion to disenfranchise voters through slants and Super Delegate manipulation. See article.

While, we think its only Sanders, nothing could be further from the truth. I have been reading through the 20K+ emails and one thing has become abundantly clear as the polls are playing in the background...

All the polls are more than likely rigged to look like there's a tight race. We all learned from Romney/Obama in 2012, betting on polls to predict outcomes are far from accurate or reliable. And now, we look at polls running a very tight race between Trump and Clinton. We're warned that bumps will follow these conventions, but are those bumps legit or merely fabrications on the part of the Media manipulating in order to forward Clinton over Trump like they were for Clinton and Sanders?

Here are just a couple of the multitudes I have on file now. These emails are so damning it defies any comprehension just how steeped in corruption and deceit all three have perpetrated against American voters to promote a badly failed candidate.

Identical Headlines
As you can see by the headlines, it looks like the same memorandum went to every major network and journalist from here to Paris. When looked at all together in a compilation, it's clear collusion is afoot. There's no way around it.

Note: Many pundits (Republicans/Democrats) and anchors on Fox News have found this astounding considering in opinion polls, the speech resonated with many Americans as well as Frank Luntz's poll group on that night.

More Comparisons in 'Dark'
Some emails even indicated verbatim that they want to keep voters ignorant to facts and run cover for all the Clinton email server, Comey, Lynch-Clinton plane meeting and worst of all, the Clinton Foundation.

This is no longer about cheering for one team verses another, it's about flat out deception and corruption against us, the voters. This is NOT how our Founding Fathers saw elections for the future!

While I'm still working on my research, just thought I would throw these out there to you guys to weigh in on these findings. For me, it's disturbing to think of the way cheating has become a mainstay -- acceptable -- in our culture.

History 101: 1942 - It Wasn't Just About WWII

1942 is a pivotal year in our Constitution's history... as it was  the year when the Supreme Court of the United States overstepped the Constitution to begin the dismantling our individual rights and Federalize Americans' lives!

The case was Wickard v. Filburn. Not many people hear too much about it as it lacks the sensationalism as Roe v. Wade or Brown v. the Board of Education. However, it's impact on our country and us is too staggering to ignore.

As explained in Mark Levin's, Liberty & Tyranny, the basic premise in this case was the SCOTUS ruled that a farmer growing wheat on his own land and for his own use was still subject to federal production limits, even though none of his wheat was sold to any other people or crossed state lines.


1942 Supreme Court of the United States
The reasoning was "withholding his wheat from commerce, the farmer was affecting interstate commerce, even though there was no commerce..."*** Hence, this means that private economic activity was conducted was subject to the regulations as dictated by the Agricultural Adjustment Act (1933, 1938).

With this decision, "Wickard sweep away 150 years of constitutional jurisprudence, decentralized government authority and private property rights protection."

What does this mean for you and me some 74 years later?
The answer is: A lot!

It really originated when the Seventeenth Amendment was added to the Constitution (1913), where by the states gave up their right to have the Senate chosen by state legislators and turned it into an elected position. Hence, it promoted the states to become a fourth branch of the Federal government rather than maintaining autonomy.  Basically, it dialed back our country's original intention where the states were united but remained separated from any oversight from a large dictatorial power.

As we all know, the Federal government has made it a long-standing policy to abuse its power of the purse by blackmailing states (and citizens) into compliance. Example: Transgender bathrooms or no federal education money. This insured a state's complicity to the overreach of the government on the people. The regulatory mayhem began and later exploited by FDR's  New Deal legislation, which prolonged the Great Depression an additional decade.

Why is this election so important? 
What does it mean now? Well, it's simple. 
 
With legislature like Obamacare, the Wickard ruling open the doors to federal legislators to invade and eradicate your personal choice. One of the reasons is because by doing a federal law like healthcare prevents states from legislating on local levels. Meaning: If you don't like Obamacare, you need to find another country to live in rather than merely relocating to another state, which is much easier.

On a local level, as we saw with the Banner situation in Ocean City last week, when we allow our First Amendment right to be infringed like Bob Bunting's advertisers, this only opens the door for bigger problems. To allow these small infractions to continue only erodes our Constitution and chips away our freedoms. So while people may believe it's only about banners, it goes much deeper and sets a very dangerous precedent, which only leads the way to further exploitation.

In our current election, we have on one side you have a big government Globalist that seeks to destroy the US sovereignty where there are no citizen rights verses a Nationalist who seeks to restore our rights already shredded over the last few decades and get the Federal government out of our daily lives.

The Choice is really up to you! But, either way, the entitlement milieu is not sustainable. Therefore, all those collecting doles from government assistance will cease to have these payments sooner than later. This negligence and governmental reliance is likened to a house of cards about to collapse. While the choice to go the harder road may be tough but on the other side, the restoration of states' rights is a much better proposition in the end.

After all, that's the way this country was designed to operate as per the Founding Fathers who had a pretty good idea of what they were doing -- even if they are just a group of old, dead white guys.

Censorship has now taken to the sky...

As many of you know, the Constitution is 'my thing,' so when it came to my attention that Ocean City's Mayor, Rick Meehan, had contacted Ocean Aerials in order to cease political banner adverts from flying the skies over the Atlantic, it titillated my interest.

As the torrid tale goes, he spoke to business owner, Bob Bunting, about the voluminous alleged complaints regarding such fly-by ads as "Stop Mad Cow Disease Defeat Hillary," "Stop Hillary" and "America First, Build the Wall" from a plethora of residents and tourists alike. While the OC Council and Mayor claim these are offensive statements on the premise that Ocean City is a "family-friendly" resort town, I find it highly hypocritical, indeed.

A town which hosts such businesses as The Bearded Clam, BJ's on the Water, Big Peckers, the Red Light District Adult shop and Hooters -- all with highly suggestive names steeped in sexuality, to say "America First' as being offensive is absurd. Additionally, if you've strolled the Boardwalk in recent years, it's not uncommon to see scantly clad visitors, wearing less than my wife wears to bed.

Therefore, it seems that it's not political messages that offends but its Donald Trump's message that molests the ever-sensitive Liberals whom believe their First Amendment Right usurps all others with different opinions and/or views.

Apparently, to the OC Gestapo, it's perfectly acceptable for buxom blondes with size D-cup brassieres to parade around "families" in hot pants and tight t-shirts with the word, Hooters, strategically placed to lead one's eye to the feminine form, but to say Stop Hillary or America First is considered hate speech. In short, once again, the Democrats have launched some hysterical meme that further quashes others' rights to free speech simply because they don't like what that free speech has to say!

More troubling is local media plays along with the idea that Bunting's acquiescence to this insidious request as being fine. WBOC, The Daily Times and The Dispatch have completely disregarded others' right to free speech which has now been silenced by the local regime. Instead of rushing to defend the owner's right to do business as he sees fit, they brush off this abuse of power as a pass.

Not only is this is a dereliction of their journalistic integrity, its an affront to the very premise of free press which is a cornerstone of this country! How dare them not defend all of our First Amendment rights instead of catering to the local political directives of the pansy leaders in our communities.

Is this what America has come to? The complete obliteration of our rights as guaranteed by the Constitution in order to placate feigned offense?

It seems in Ocean City, Maryland, the answer is: Yes!

While it appears Mr. Bunting did agree to this farce and stopped running the adverts, he has folded to an idiom that permeates our life! With these flights costing $400.00 per fly -- that's a nice chunk of change he's forfeited to placate Nanny State whiners and yet, it's all in vain. Why? Because as I said above, whether the Council and Mayor want to admit it, Ocean City is far from a family-friendly haven.

To me, this family-oriented vacation defense sounds like an obtuse way of saying "censorship!"

A Viewer Writes: Poor service on route 50 KFC/Taco Bell

Hello Joe, 

I am emailing you to let you and your followers know that of poor service at the KFC Taco Bell on Route 50 going east. I'm hoping that this reaches someone that might be able to do something about it. Not only was the food the wrong order, the meat was burnt and the staff rude. This has not been my first instance with this KFC Taco Bell but I thought since the staff had all changed out since the last time it would have been better. It doesn't seem that that is the case.

Sgt. Mike Lewis of the Maryland State Police is a bull-necked, megaphone-voiced, highly caffeinated drug warrior who, on this shiny May morning outside of Annapolis, is conceding defeat. The drug war is over, the good guys have lost and he has been cast as a racist. ''This is the end, buddy,'' he says. ''I can read the writing on the wall.'' Lewis is driving his unmarked Crown Victoria down the fast lane of Route 50, looking for bad guys. The back of his neck is burnt by the sun, and he wears his hair flat and short under his regulation Stetson.

''They're going to let the N.A.A.C.P. tell us how to do traffic stops,'' he says. ''That's what's happening. There may be a few troopers who make stops solely based on race, but thisa they're going to let these people tell us how to run our department. I say, to hell with it all. I don't care if the drugs go through. I don't.''

He does, of course. Mike Lewis was born to seize crack. He grew up in Salisbury, on the Eastern Shore -- Jimmy Buffett country -- and he watched his friends become stoners and acid freaks. Not his scene. He buzz-cut his hair away and joined the state troopers when he was 19. He's a star, the hard-charger who made one of the nation's largest seizures of crack cocaine out on Route 13. He's a national expert on hidden compartments. He can tell if a man's lying, he says, by watching the pulsing of the carotid artery in his neck. He can smell crack cocaine inside a closed automobile. He's a human drug dog, a walking polygraph machine. ''I have the unique ability to distinguish between a law-abiding person and an up-to-no-good person,'' he says. ''Black or white.'' All these skills, though, he's ready to chuck. The lawsuits accusing the Maryland State Police of harassing black drivers, the public excoriation -- and most of all, the Governor of New Jersey saying that her state police profiled drivers based on race, and were wrong to do so -- have twisted him up inside. ''Three of my men have put in for transfers,'' he says. ''My wife wants me to get out. I'm depressed.''

Today the Daily Times did an article in which the local NAACP President Mary Ashanti criticized Sheriff Lewis with statements like, Ashanti said. "That kind of statement is inflammatory and reckless." Sheriff Lewis had stated, "I'm holding Barack Hussein Obama responsible for what's going on in the country." His remarks earlier this month threaten to undermine efforts to forge greater trust between local police and the black community, said Mary Ashant.
It would appear that Sheriff Lewis is experiencing a ton of backlash lately by the Press but this isn't anything new. The beginning of this article is a story from 1999.

BREAKING NEWS: 3 Police Officers Dead, 7 Injured After Shooting In Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE - Police have closed streets between Baton Rouge Police Headquarters and I-12 where law enforcement officers have been shot.

Sources say two Baton Rouge Police officers and one East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office deputy are dead following the shooting. Another officer was critically injured.

A witness told WBRZ News 2, a man was dressed in black with his face covered shooting indiscriminately when he walked out between a convenience store and car wash across from Hammond Air Plaza. Shots were fired around 9 a.m. Sunday. The exact location of the business where the shooting took place has yet to be released.

A very large manhunt began immediately with officers hurrying to contain the scene.

Gov. Larry Hogan among prominent Republicans skipping GOP convention

COLLEGE PARK – While some prominent Republicans will reach for pierogies or Polish Boys in Cleveland next week, Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan will be reaching for Old Bay instead.

Instead of attending the Republican National Convention, Hogan, who has previously said he doesn't plan to vote for presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, will attend the Tawes Crab Feast and Clam Bake with other Marylanders, Hogan spokeswoman Shareese Churchill wrote in an email.

"Governor Hogan has repeatedly said he is focused on Maryland," Churchill wrote.

Not the only one

The moderate governor isn't alone in skipping the convention. He joins other notable party figures, such as Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, Ohio Gov. John Kasich, 2012 GOP nominee Mitt Romney and three members of the Bush family: former Presidents George W. Bush and George H.W. Bush, as well as former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush.

Political Banner Ads Grounded In Ocean City; Owner Says, “It’s Just Not Worth The Aggravation’

OCEAN CITY — Against the backdrop of the Republican National Convention and its presumptive presidential nominee, the typically innocent skies over the resort this week briefly became the subject of controversy with politically-charged banner plane messages that were quickly pulled.

On Monday afternoon, the Mayor and Council and other city officials were blitzed with hundreds of emails from visitors and residences complaining of strong political messages gracing the banner plane advertisements traditionally reserved for all-you-can-eat buffets, what band is playing where, the best happy hour specials, iced coffee specials and even iconic Coppertone suntan lotion.

Mayor Rick Meehan said during Monday's council meeting resort officials had received hundreds of emails about the somewhat controversial ads, which included messages such as "Stop Mad Cow Disease-Defeat Hillary," and "America First-Build The Wall Now,"

Meehan said he reached out to Ocean Aerial Ads and owner-operator Bob Bunting about the controversial ads and the company, which has been flying over the resort skies, for decades, made the decision to pull them.

Baltimore Mayor Says Finding Black Person At RNC Like Playing 'Where's Waldo'

Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake joined the C4 Show for her monthly interview with the WBAL NewsRadio 1090 talk host.

The interview began talking about Baltimore news and policing policies. C4 later asked the Mayor's thought's on the Republican National Convention happening in Cleveland, Ohio.

"As an American, it pains me to see what is going on because it is not about being great," she It is about hate speech and a lack of inclusion and diversity."

Police shoot autistic man's caretaker as he lies in street

WASHINGTON (AP) — A Florida police officer shot and wounded an autistic man's black caretaker, authorities said, in an incident purportedly captured on cellphone video that shows the caretaker lying down with his arms raised before being shot.

North Miami Assistant Police Chief Neal Cuevas told The Miami Herald that officers responded to the scene Monday following reports of a man threatening to shoot himself. Officers arrived to find 47-year-old Charles Kinsey, a therapist who works with people with disabilities, according to WSVN-TV, trying to get his 27-year-old patient back to a facility from where he had wandered.

Cuevas says police ordered Kinsey and the patient, who was sitting in the street playing with a toy truck, to lie on the ground. Kinsey lies down and puts his hands up while trying to get his patient to comply. An officer then fired three times, striking Kinsey in the leg, Cuevas said. No weapon was found.

Righting A Wrong In Ocean City? UPDATE

Yesterday we published an article about the political plane banners being removed in Ocean City. It had been reported that the Mayor and Council discussed this matter and also that Mayor Meehan had called Mr. Bunting based on hundreds of complaints, the original publishing by other news sources were wrong. 

Mayor Meehan called me moments ago to discuss the matter. While SBYNews did make attempts to speak directly with the parties involved, we were not able to make direct contact with each individual. Since the findings we had published had been published elsewhere, we believed they were accurate.

So here's what I was just told happened. There was NO council agenda to discuss this matter. At the very end of the Council Meeting they called for Mayor and Council comments. That's when Mayor Meehan brought up the fact that Mr. Bunting had called him about the matter of the banners. 

Now, why Mr. Bunting felt it was necessary to call the Mayor about his own alleged business decision is beyond me but this is what I've been told. 

To be completely fair, (and I said this to Mayor Mehan) first we have Governor Hogan turning on his own party and not supporting Donald Trump. Then we have Executive Culver turning on ALL of the taxpayers in Wicomico County with free college and now YOU are, (as published elsewhere) turning on our First Amendment rights? He said, come on Joe, you know I'd never do that. I replied, yeah, well it was published everywhere else. He replied, I know, they were wrong. 

So there you have it. Mayor Meehan states he did NOT infringe and or make the call to Mr. Bunting. Instead he stated that it was Mr. Bunting who called him. 

I will add, The Coastal Dispatch recently "updated" their original article.

"It's just not worth the aggravation of people not being able to handle the political system. I agreed to just not accept any political ads whatsoever anymore. I'm going to lay low and not do any political ads. People just can't handle it anymore and there's so much hate in this world. Today's parties want to fight each other and just be mean to each other," Bunting said. "It's not worth it. There's just no tolerance anymore for opposing viewpoints. People don't understand people buy advertising, just like they do in The Dispatch. These weren't vulgar ads in anyway. If the Democrats want them now, guess what they don't get them. Where's the American way? I've never seen anything so nasty. People are scared to say what they really feel anymore. Everyone is just too sensitive. It's a shame."

Publishers Notes: The alleged people who allegedly complained are NOT the people buying advertising. As a businessman, I would have never made the decision to STOP. Something smells very funny about the flip flopping of this entire package, wouldn't you all agree? When I spoke to the Mayor he said he had TWO people complain, not 200, as implied by the local media. Anyhow, it is what it is.  

UPDATE: According to The Dispatch, complaint emails sent to city officials, the city council and Meehan were in the 'hundreds'. This quote was published world wide in The Daily Mail today.

As I mentioned earlier, Mayor Meehan stated to me today he had only received TWO complaints.

Monday in Cincinnati at the 107th NAACP convention, presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton said white Americans need to "recognize our privilege and and practice humility."

Clinton said, "We white Americans need to do a better job of listening when African-Americans talk about the seen and unseen barriers you face everyday. We need to recognize our privilege and and practice humility, rather than assume our experiences are everyone's experiences."

Ted Cruz joins Obama in flight to Dallas in show of unity

For the second time in less than a month, a former Republican presidential candidate joined President Obama on Air Force One to travel to his state to memorialize shooting victims.

Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida joined Obama during a somber visit to Orlando on June 16. Tuesday, Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas traveled on the presidential jet with Obama to Dallas.

Press Secretary Josh Earnest said the White House extended the invitation to Cruz, one of the administration's most ardent congressional foes.

"At a time when our country is so divided, I think it is important that the country's leaders are coming together across party lines despite significant political differences to emphasize a shared desire to unify the country," Earnest told reporters.

Federal lawsuit filed on behalf of transgender Maryland boy

A federal lawsuit was filed Tuesday against an Eastern Shore school system on behalf of a 14-year-old transgender boy who wants to use the locker rooms consistent with his gender identity.

FreeState Justice has filed a federal lawsuit against Talbot County, saying that it is violating Title lX, the equal protection clause of the U.S. Constitution.

The boy, who was not identified in the lawsuit, will be a ninth grader at St. Michaels Middle-High School, and wants to try out for soccer in August, according to Jer Welter, FreeState Justice's deputy director and managing attorney.

U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, who failed to win the Republican nomination to Donald Trump, shocked the GOP convention Wednesday night by conspicuously refusing to endorse him in his bid against Hillary Clinton for the presidency in November.

The speech was vintage Cruz in many ways – hearkening America back to freedom and the rule of law.

But as the speech came to crescendo, the crowd in Cleveland began to realize he would not be endorsing Trump.

Great. In 2014 Mike acknowledges that deadly force is bad man.

HE HIMSELF is guilty of such conduct under VERY similar circumstances

"Mike Lewis shot and killed a man several years ago on the Bypass for attempting to run him over after a traffic stop. It should be clearly noted, Mike was cleared of this incident by Davis Ruark."

Fast Forward to 2016 when a Hispanic man admitted to a police officer that he was Under the Influence, but refused to take a field sobriety because - he admitted he was drunk.

This man luckily did not end up dead, but very badly beaten.

What is Mike's rhetoric?

"[I]f lethal force were used it would have been completely justified.

As far as I'm concerned, being dragged by a moving vehicle is A LOT more life threatening than an unarmed drunk man.

So Mike, why would you imply lethal force was poor policing in regards to Myers in a life threatening situation, a mirrored version of your own history, but Stand up for an Officer in a comprising situation and say Lethal Force would have been Justified.

Change happens locally. DO NOT RE-ELECT a "Man" who does not stay consistent with his views.

This morning's shooting in Baton Rouge, which has already cost 3 police officers their lives and has resulted in serious injuries to at least 4 others, is an outrage and a tragedy. I cannot help but fear that this may have been a targeted attack against the very people who, out of a sense of duty and honor, have pledged to serve their communities and protect us all from harm.

Cold blooded and cowardly attacks on members of the law enforcement family make every single one of us less safe, and only serve to deepen the wounds that have opened up in communities across the country. Murder and violence are not substitutes for justice and the rule of law.

I will not rush to judgment and I urge others not to do so either. We are all awaiting details on the incident. The First Lady and I are praying for the victims and their loved ones. May God be with them, and with us all, as our country watches yet another tragedy unfold.

65 Arrested During Afromation Protest After Blocking Traffic

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — At least 65 protesters were taken into police custody on Saturday after blocking traffic of the I-83 near Charles Street, according to the Baltimore Police Department.

The protesters are part of a movement called Afromation. The group aims to rebuild relationships between police and the community. They set out to march with a list of demands.

Baltimore's celebration of arts and culture came to a halt Saturday as a group of protesters descended on Penn Station, some ending up in handcuffs. Click here to watch a video of the protest; the video does contain language.

Political Fodder or Dangerous Reality?

Why does some think it's such a big deal? It's only about email... Right?

The Republicans are just in a witch hunt, it's really not that big of a deal!

One thing that has been particularly disturbing about the public shrug off towards Hillary Clinton's email scandal is this:

Does the general public really understand just what it all meant?

With Democrats running subversive tactics to shield the ugly truth while trying to make Republicans look like they're on some Agatha Christie Witch Hunt, it's no wonder many Americans allotting a whole hour for news a day, will not fully grasp the deal behind the deal of this scandal. It's easy to fall prey to Megyn Kelly telling you 'it's only politics', but it goes so much deeper than mere politics. It actually goes as deep as Clinton Cash, where the onion layers are so many, it's hard to peel in 20 minutes or less.

We can all sit around and hypothesize whether or not Clinton possessed a criminal intent, but it still doesn't erase the cold-hard facts. By placing top secret emails on an unsecured, undocumented private home-brew server, she is telling Americans she's dangerous, bent on selling out America. Her own lies about said SERVERS and DEVICES (plural and emphasized) are indicative of what we call, Guilty Knowledge. Meaning, she knew what she did was illegal and tried to conceal it from Congress, but more importantly, you, the American voters.

With this article, I task you to investigate the reality behind the hyperbole and decide for yourself if this is really what you would deem presidential behavior.

If you take the time to really process what this says, you'll quickly see this has nothing to do with political parties or some big, mystical Right Wing Conspiracy. There's some real concerns - no, evidence indicating we should be worried for our safety.

It's four easy points, you can't afford to ignore.



POINT ONE:

Why did she have servers in her basement when she has the whole of our government to keep all her communications safe at her disposal?

Clinton maintained it was for 'convenience.' 

Well, being the Secretary of State entails being inconvenienced sometimes, particularly when working with classified documents and communications. Is it her job to maintain this information in the strictest confidence while keeping us safe? Yes.

So, how is it safe when foreign actors can gain our most classified information simply by hacking into her unprotected system? Anyone with reason can clearly see, it's far from safe, it's dangerous.

Does Hillary Clinton make YOU feel safe?

Anyone looking at this first point would have to question her choice between our safety verses convenience, she demonstratively took the latter.

POINT TWO:

Why was there a need for off-radar servers?

If Clinton was purely altruistic and honest, why would she desire a server system off the grid? There's virtually nothing about our classified information that denotes this as logical.

Furthermore, there in lies what every right thinking person would call, intent.

In fact, all work-related communications are subject to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) . The mishandling of said information is illegal because her home servers hid it and then she purposefully move it from the government to an unsecured device(s). Anything the Secretary of State - or any other department within the Federal Government - is ours. We bought it. We paid for it.

So why is out there of for everyone in the world to see?

POINT THREE:

Why lie?

What was the purpose of the lying to Congress after shielding the existence of these servers? 

Again, if Clinton was a law-abiding person, she wouldn't have hidden its existence in the first place. Furthermore, as we now know from FBI Director James Comey, there was not one, but several servers and devices. (Hardly convenient.) Clinton repeatedly lied to  us and Congress about the number of devices and servers involved.

She only confessed to their existence when 'caught' with the goods.

For honest people, this is probably the most troubling of the entire caper.

While we can understand why the State Department didn't want us rooting through her clearance level intel, the fact remains consistent, they knew she had illegal servers and neglected to admit it, until... they were caught with the goods. Additionally, Director Comey's statements of facts, verifies Clinton's extreme carelessness with this sensitive information.

Most Disturbing...

For those who don't understand clearance and classified information, let me boil it down to normal comprehension as the government always complicates the simple.

Special Access Programs (SAPs) are so high even Congress is not cleared to read them. (Bear in mind, the FBI is not clear whether or not the people, her lawyers, read this highly sensitive information when they performed their churn & burn before handing over her emails to the State Department.) They range from telling locations of covert assets (spies) to potential enemy actors plotting to do harm to the United States in any capacity - financial, hacking and  attacks. And if breached, they endanger not only our intelligence community but each and every one of us. This is serious beyond reason and why many in Congress questioned Benghazi with deeper scrutiny.

POINT FOUR:

Why all the truculence when questioned by Congress?

It is normal for a review committee to conduct investigations and hearings when situations go a rye. Congress was merely doing it's job as per their sworn oath. They were representing us in trying to ascertain what happened in Benghazi, not just to give the victims' families closure. One of the functions is to discern if a breach could have been avoided in some way -- perhaps through some procedural change or policy adjustment.

Why was Clinton so belligerent during the hearings pertaining to Benghazi?

Usually people get pretty worked up when cornered. As we see with children, nothing puts a person in a tizzy faster than being caught in a lie. Often times, the web of deception becomes so convoluted, it's hard for even the savviest of liars to keep up with its many twists and turns.

Basic FACT: Clinton and her team's lies about a YouTube video unraveled when Congress discovered she admitted it was a terrorist attack to many on the actual night of said attack. The video 'story' came later. Yet, even though she was clearly busted, she got more angry because with every unraveling of one lie, another came forth and the list became long. As Congressmen Chaffetz, Issa, Jordan and Gowdy exposed her dishonesty in a public forum, her anger was more for the fact she could not longer cover up her dereliction of duty.

In short, that pivotal moment, she's proven her incompetence for her many foils and bungling while at the State Department. If anything, her resume lays out a well-routed argument why she is unfit to be the President of the United States. However, in her mind, she really doesn't care about her misdeeds or continual trails of untruths, even when sitting before a Congressional Panel.

To her, she was untouchable. 
It turns out, she is untouchable... or is she?

As long as some sit at big fancy desks in DC whom owe her for their position, probably. However, we the people don't need to buy her chuck n' jive!

Why? Because we don't owe her anything.

Why Does It Matter? Because it does...
I can't tell you who to vote for, nor would I even want to try. However, you can't walk into November 8th with eyes wide shut. Information is power and now you have a tidbit more than you had twenty minutes ago. All I can say is, use it wisely.

As many of my readers are already aware, it seems the big Email Scandal has yet taken another most ugly turn.

On Fox News Channel's The Kelly File last night, it was revealed by DC correspondent, Catherine Herridge,   FBI agents working on the Clinton Email Investigation, were forced to sign Non-Disclosure Orders (Gag orders).

Surprised? I should say not.

Clandestine Meeting in Phoenix
Another revelations was Herridge's FBI informant said they believed former president Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch forged a deal on the plane that balmy day at the Phoenix airport where they just 'happened' into one another. Safe to assume, many Thornton readers already suspected this as such.

However, the most intriguing information that seemed buried among the goop about gag orders and clandestine meetings was this:

This is MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than any gag order, kids. This shows a clear cut collusion to make it impossible to criminally charge Hillary Clinton for her crimes against State. This piece of information should not leave anyone to guess as to what it meant and yet, many have ignored it - making the gag the big thing.


One statement says it all -- and it would be good for Congressmen Jason Chaffetz, Trey Gowdy, Darrell Issa and Jim Jordan to get those papers and agents before they go missing, too.

Additionally, this goes miles to explains Comey's bi-polar statement on July 5th. He laid out his case like a seasoned prosecutor before lowering the big boom!

Clear collusion to keep Clinton out of a criminal trial was their plan but because of their own clumsy bungling, Lynch and Clinton have just shined a brighter spotlight on something they wanted to remain hidden. Their assessment of the intelligence within our population is astounding as it denotes they believe we're too dumb to see their corruption!

While Comey can't choose nor change his boss - but we can in November!

It just gets better by the hour when we watch the continual journey to ruins of those in power...

Safe to assume, the jig is UP!
