NBC News's Billy Bush has been suspended by the network indefinitely after a 2005 tape leaked in which he can be heard talking with Donald Trump crudely about women.
 
"I know we've all been deeply troubled by the revelations of the past 48 hours," wrote "Today" show producer Noah Oppenheim in a memo to staff.

"Let me be clear — there is simply no excuse for Billy's language and behavior on that tape. NBC has decided to suspend Billy, pending further review of this matter."

Bush's status with the show was immediately in question following Friday's leak, and reports from earlier in the day confirmed he would not appear on Monday's broadcast.

America is a nation founded by rebels, malcontents and... anarchists. None of our Founding Fathers would've swooned over vulgar words. Our presidents are no exception to the verbiage of sailors. Most people favor course language from straight shooters like General Patton and are unfazed by silver tongue stylings often found with slick professional politicians. Another example is one particularly notorious for his acid tongue was  Democrat President Lyndon Johnson.

The Media would have you believe they represent the neo-puritan values of new America, but this simply doesn't ring true. The public has been desensitized over the years because this same MSM has long been a champion of R-rated movies, late-night comedy and explicit lyrics. Somewhere, George Carlin is shaking his head.

Caesar's wife was supposed to be pure, not Caesar... 

America isn't a prude nation - we've weathered Revolution, crime, Civil War, riots, protests, social unrest, international wars, porn, racism and a host of other turbulent social dynamics. Trump's Mea Culpa came swiftly and, to some, surprisingly, but its not having the Liberals' desired effect. However, for every hour Hillary Clinton refuses to apologize for labeling Bernie supporters, "buckets of losers," her numbers suffer; for every day she refuses to come clean on what's now being revealed by Wikileaks, her credibility crumbles.

And this is only the beginning... 

Keep in mind, Clinton has only experienced a mere 1% of what Wikileaks has and about to expose to the world about her inner world and backroom talks. And if the Liberal media is reacting as hysterically as they are now with just 1%, imagine what the next 30 days have in store!

What Trump said as a private citizen a decade ago will be forgotten in a day or two. News cycles are hungry things -- stories are like Chinese food. The public's appetite for scandal will be well satiated with the coming Wikileaks... dirt on Hillary.

Considering all the dirt about to come forth, should she drop out?

Part I

Joe, Speaking of the corruption in the City of Salisbury. Here is something else the taxpayers should be aware of. 

Did you know that Wicomico 911 no longer dispatches the volunteers at Stations 16, 2 and 1. The volunteers at Station 1 and 2 are supposed to be dispatched nights and weekends when the paid duty crew isn't on duty Monday through Friday. They are not getting dispatched unless there is a second call. Not enough incentive to keep the volunteers around. 

This is the plan Rick Hoppes and Jake Day have been working on to get rid of the volunteers. Rick Hoppes made it a mission the day he got appointed fire chief to push out the volunteers and replace them with paid firemen, but at an expense to the tax payers. That is why they hired those 12 firemen on that Federal 2 year grant. That is why Jim Ireton and Jake Day are fighting the County with the "Nuclear Option" because they want the money from the County to pay for those 12 paid firemen. Now they ended up hiring them, after letting them go, with city and county tax dollars and they want the County to pay even more money to staff the 3 fire stations with more paid firemen full time. Stand by because they are currently looking for a location on North Salisbury Blvd to build another paid fire station up North. It's a fact, look at the Capital Improvement Plan.

This policy is currently in effect and the citizens and visitors are not getting the closest fire station dispatched to their emergency. People are dying because of the long delay waiting for the fire engine from station 16 to respond all the way across town. If you have an emergency on Mt. Hermon Road you are going to die because you have to wait for the fire truck from Station 16 on Cypress Street to respond. They have to respond all the way through town, through bridges and many, many stop lights. You better hope the Rt. 50 bridge is not up. They will not dispatch the volunteers at Station 1 even if they are in the Station or living next door. 

If you have an emergency at Target on North Salisbury Blvd. you are going to die because you will have to wait for the fire engine to come from Station 16 on Cypress Street. They will not dispatch Station 2 even if there are volunteers in the station or living next door. 

Why do you think they built the new fire station on Naylor Street which is much smaller and why do you think they got rid of Squad 2 and Air Light 2? They are creating a small paid fire station. The plans are to send Station 1's air light unit to Station 16 so the volunteers at #1 won't use it. 

Part II

Rick Hoppes recently gave a volunteer firefighter from Station 1 a 90-day suspension for..... Guess what? You will never believe this? They gave an active volunteer firefighter a 90-day suspension just for talking to Bob Culver, the Wicomico County Executive. Just for expressing his right to freedom of speech! Then the volunteers hired an attorney and they blew Rick Hoppes' decision out of the water and proved Rick Hoppes was wrong and the firefighter was immediately re-instated. Then Rick Hoppes immediately destroyed all copies of the tapes he taped during these meetings. He destroyed all his documentation on this suspension to delete all evidence. He deleted all emails and voicemails. This is the crap that Rick Hoppes, John Tull and Darrin Scott are scheming about every single day that they are in the office.

Did you know that Wannabe Fire Chief Rick Hoppes created another paid Deputy Chief's position for the Salisbury Fire Department. They found money to pay for a new Deputy Fire Chief's position. Hoppes had already gotten Jim Ireton to pay for a new assistant chiefs position and gave it to Darrin Scott. So now we get a new mayor and they create the new deputy chiefs position and gave it to Darrin Scott. Notice I said "gave." There was no testing for this position at all which may not be illegal, but it is unethical. Now there is a Paid fire chief, 2 paid deputy chiefs, 4 paid assistant chiefs, 3 captains, 6 lieutenants and about 15 acting lieutenants. 

Each volunteer station used to have 2 volunteer assistant chiefs, 2 volunteer captains and several lieutenants as needed. There is one volunteer assistant chief at station 1 and one at station 2 and the plan is to force them out any day now. There are hardly and other officers at the other stations because they have been forced out by Rick Hoppes, John Tull and Darrin Scott. These guys, along with the other 4 paid assistant chiefs play a part in this and have regular "chiefs meetings." scheme on getting rid of the volunteers and create more paid positions. The assistant chiefs are spies and they go around to the stations to spy on the volunteers and report back to Rick Hoppes. 

This current system in the Salisbury Fire Department is the worst that it has ever been in the history of the City. Rick Hoppes and Jake Day are the problem. We have tried numerous times to talk to Jake Day as Mayor Day and he gets nasty with us and talks down to us. He supported Rick Hoppes' failed attempt suspend active volunteer firefighters at Station 1. They were going to continue until they successfully removed all the volunteers. 

There is also a directive out to each of the stations denying the volunteers to respond on any calls dispatched to fire calls in their Utility Vehicles if they don't have a driver for the fire engines. This is another way to prevent the volunteers from responding on calls. If there is a house fire and Station 1 has 6 volunteers show up but no engineer/driver for the fire engine they have to stay at the station even though the other 2 stations and a volunteer station from the county is responding with fire engines. Sometimes it only takes one fire engine to put out a house fire so they prevent more/free manpower from responding to the call. 

Part III

The only time the volunteers will be dispatched on nights and weekends to calls in their territory is if Engine 16 from Station 16 is already committed to a call. So now they get the scraps from the paid firemen. Now what volunteer wants to hang around waiting for a call when there rarely will be one for Stations 1 and 2 anyway? That's how they got rid of the volunteers at Station 16. No one wants to hang around and be treated like second class citizens by the paid men.

Keep in mind now you the city and county tax payers are paying for the volunteers to respond to your emergencies and they are playing second fiddle at best. The point is YOU the tax payers are not getting what you are paying for and people are dying we are losing property. It's time to get rid of Rick Hoppes, John Tull, Darrin Scott, Jake Day and Jack Heath. They are the PROBLEM!!

Salisbury University Woman Physically Attacked By Large Group Last Night

It's been reported that a young woman was attacked last night on Bateman Street by 15 other males and females. We're told Salisbury University has video of the incident and that the SPD has taken over the case. The woman who had been attacked was taken to PRMC. No further details of the incident and or her condition is available at this time.  

80 people indicted in racketeering scheme at ECI

BALTIMORE —A three-year investigation has led to two federal grand jury indictments of 80 people in a racketeering conspiracy operating at Maryland's largest state prison, federal officials said Wednesday.

The indictments charge 18 correctional officers, 35 inmates and 27 outside facilitators for their roles in the conspiracy, which allegedly involved paying bribes to correctional officers to smuggle contraband, including narcotics, tobacco and cellphones, into the Eastern Correctional Institution in Westover. The indictments, returned Sept. 29, were unsealed Wednesday.

"Prison corruption is a longstanding, deeply rooted systemic problem that can only be solved by a combination of criminal prosecutions and policy changes," U.S. Attorney Rod J. Rosenstein said. "We will continue to work closely with state officials to prosecute correctional officers who bring cellphones, drugs and other contraband into correctional facilities, and to propose appropriate changes in prison policies and practices."

"Few things threaten our society more than public servants who betray their oath for personal gain," said Gordon B. Johnson, special agent in charge of the FBI Baltimore Division. "It was extremely courageous of the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services to allow the access required to conduct this type of investigation. The state of Maryland and the FBI together have made this community safer."

ECI is a medium-security prison for men built as two identical compounds (east and west) on 620 acres, housing more than 3,300 inmates in Somerset County on Maryland's Eastern Shore. The east and west compounds are divided into housing units: 1 through 4 in the west and 5 through 8 in the east.

Local Sleep Study Ends In Pain At PRMC

Needing some advice. Kayla had a sleep study done last night. Her nurse was super nice and explained everything really well to her/us. Got her all hooked up and then we went to bed around 1130ish. At 3ish Kayla woke me up and said something is biting her. So I get my phone and turn on the flash light and I see bites all over her arms, then legs, then the nurse sees us up and calls in to ask if we are ok I said no Kayla is being bit by something. And he comes right in. Kayla gets up and we see 2 bed bugs right where she was laying. He grabs them and puts them in a test tube thing and grabs his phone takes pictures of her bites then I realize I have bites all over my arms and legs too. They got Kayla pretty bad over 15 bites and had about 7. So he took pictures of my bites too. Then he gets her unhooked and and I find another one..so he takes every thing off Kayla and sends us on our way. No itch meds. No I'll give this info to my supervisor. No help In making sure they weren't still on our clothes or in our bags. We leave. 10 am no one has called to check on us or anything. So I call THEM! Asked to speak to the supervisor or director. She gets on the phone and says she's aware of what was found and she has a meeting with someone about this in a few mins and she'd give me a call back..told me they had an issue about a year ago but they exterminated and put zip up covers on the beds and they haven't had any issues since. It's now 12 and I've not heard anything back...I'm just pissed bc those aren't baby bed bugs those are full grown ones....and what if I brought some home..and we were in the room that they use for the kids..I don't want no one else to go though this. So what else can I do? And my not saying where this was. I will if I don't get a response.

Should Comey & Lynch Be Criminally Charged?

Our Criminal Justice system has taken a huge hit over the last several months as we watched the Clinton Email investigation farce play out in the media. For months, we all heard about how FBI Director Jams Comey would resign should the Department of Justice refused to criminally indict Hillary Clinton for her removal of classified information from the government's secured system to a home brewed server, vulnerable to hackers both foreign and domestic - which is a clear violation of laws. However, on July 5th after Attorney General Loretta Lynch's clandestine meeting with former president Bill Clinton on an Arizona tarmac, he announced that he would not recommend charges.

Over the months that followed, much evidence of a coverup has surfaced regarding the sham investigation that took place - some evidence is even generated by the FBI and then sent to Congress. For example, the Platte River employee, Paul Combetta, broadcasted on Reddit, looking for a way to scrub a "Very VP" email address out of his client's database/metafiles and was also give immunity. And, of course, we all know about the BleachBit and the hammered cellphones, but what many of you might not know is emails between Platte and Clinton's tech staff referred to the situation as the "Hillary's Coverup Operation."

Last Thursday, even when representatives had him dead to rights regarding the law and new evidence of a coverup, Comey doubled (and tripled) down on the apparent missteps and legally illogical immunity deals while testifying before the Judicial Oversight Committee. It got so heated, Rep. John Ratcliffe from Texas even said on record, he didn't believe Comey ever intended on recommending charges long before the investigation ended - a sentiment many feel in both Congress and public opinion. Thus, the whole Clinton crime and subsequent coverup proves without doubt now, we have a double standard legal system - one for the rich and politically aligned and one for the rest of us.

Constitutional carry gun laws proliferate as states embrace self-defense as 'natural born' right

Amid the rising number of Americans licensed to carry a concealed handgun, more states are passing laws that don't require a permit to carry firearms, embracing the view that self-defense is a "natural born" right.

Missouri became the fourth state this year to approve a so-called "constitutional carry" law when Republican legislators overrode a veto by Democratic Gov. Jay Nixon on Sept. 15, making permitless carry legal. West Virginia, Mississippi and Idaho also have adopted constitutional carry laws in 2016, bringing the total number of such states to 12.

"States that focus on freedom realize that if self-defense truly is a natural-born right, and the Second Amendment truly affirms that natural-born right, you shouldn't have to ask the government for permission to exercise it," saidTim Schmidt, president of the U.S. Concealed Carry Association in West Bend, Wisconsin. "Kind of like you don't have to ask the government to exercise the First Amendment."

Missouri's law specifies 17 places where people can't carry guns, including churches, airports, sports arenas, courthouses, liquor stores, schools, hospitals and polling places on Election Day. It will take effect Jan. 1.

The Missouri chapter of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, part of Michael Bloomberg's Everytown for Gun Safety, objected that the legislature's action "makes Missouri the first new 'stand your ground' state since Trayvon Martin's death."

Hit-and-run driver has multitude of charges dropped

Meredith Ashley, 21, who was facing more than a dozen charges stemming from a hit-and-run incident involving a bicyclist this July, pled guilty to one count of reckless driving in District Court in Ocean City on Monday.

Judge Daniel Mumford fined Ashley $300 for reckless driving from a July 8 accident when her vehicle struck a cyclist heading south on Coastal Highway near 46th Street.

When police arrived on the scene just before 11 p.m., they found a victim bleeding from both elbows and expressing concern over a potential head injury.

Police reported that a witness said that Ashley had been driving in the bus lane so she could splash pedestrians by driving through puddles. The witness also told police that after hitting the bicyclist Ashley sped off.

Ashley's defense attorney and father, Joseph Ashley, told the court his daughter first drove to her 2nd Street residence before receiving his counsel and contacting police.

Here is my statement.

I've never said I'm a perfect person, nor pretended to be someone that I'm not. I've said and done things I regret, and the words released today on this more than a decade-old video are one of them. Anyone who knows me, know these words don't reflect who I am.

I said it, it was wrong, and I apologize.

I've travelled the country talking about change for America. But my travels have also changed me. I've spent time with grieving mothers who've lost their children, laid off workers whose jobs have gone to other countries, and people from all walks of life who just want a better future. I have gotten to know the great people of our country, and I've been humbled by the faith they've placed in me. I pledge to be a better man tomorrow, and will never, ever let you down.
Let's be honest. We're living in the real world. This is nothing more than a distraction from the important issues we are facing today. We are losing our jobs, we are less safe than we were 8 years ago and Washington is broken.
Hillary Clinton, and her kind, have run our country into the ground.

I've said some foolish things, but there is a big difference between words and actions. Bill Clinton has actually abused women and Hillary has bullied, attacked, shamed and intimidated his victims. We will discuss this more in the coming days.

Ocean City Denies Corvette Weekend’s Fee Waiver Request

OCEAN CITY — Concerned about possibly setting a bad precedent, Ocean City officials this week denied a request from the Free State Corvette Club, arriving in the resort next week for the 30th year, to waive nearly $1,200 in fees for the special event.

The Mayor and Council on Monday had before them a request from the Free State Corvette Club to forgo roughly $1,200 in fees charged to the club by the resort associated with its OC Corvette Weekend event. This year will mark the 30th year for the club's annual corvette weekend in Ocean City. The event includes a car show, road rally and Boardwalk parade.

Special Events Coordinator Lisa Mitchell told the council on Monday the Free State Corvette Club had already received a 75-percent discount on the fees associated with equipment and labor provided by the town for the event, but was seeking a waiver for the $1,190 in fees still remaining. The Free State Corvette Club was also seeking a waiver from the parking fees for as many as 50 of the club's members at the Inlet parking lot, who often have to run back and forth to different special events associated with the overall OC Corvette Weekend.

According to Ocean City's stated policy, non-profit organizations based in Worcester County that hold various fundraising events in the resort are exempt from certain fees. The Free State Corvette Club is not based locally and therefore subjected to the full amount of the fees prescribed in the special event policy.

Major networks and their advertisers are stunned by the massive beat down the NFL has taken in ratings this season — something that isn't really all that much of a shock to those who've been keeping up with the Colin Kaepernick shenanigans.

The San Francisco 49ers quarterback decided at the beginning of the season to protest inequality in America by first sitting, then kneeling, during the National Anthem.

His actions have spread far and wide across the world of professional sports, as overpaid athletes have jumped on the social activism bandwagon — likely as a means of looking cool and relevant — following Kaepernick's example.

However, these actions have not been well received by football fans — a fact that is no doubt playing a role in the decline of this season's National Football League ratings.

In the last few days both Megyn Kelly and the Daily Beast have challenged the assertion that 30 year old Danney Williams of Little Rock Arkansas is definitively the abandoned son of former President William Jefferson Clinton and Bobbie Ann Williams.

They site a alleged 1999 DNA test that supposedly proves that Bill is not Danney's biological father . The test is non-existent. They are wrong.

African American voters will be incensed to learn that it was Hillary who demanded that Bill abandon his only son despite demands by Danney's aunt that Bill support his offspring. How ironic, in view of the fact that as President Bill Clinton pushed and signed a bill cutting aid for single mothers.

Md. Gov. Hogan’s soaring popularity not helping down-ballot Republicans

WASHINGTON — Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan has made it clear he will not support the man at the top of the Republican ticket for president, and it has done little to hurt his popularity or reputation in the state.

In fact, it may have helped.

The latest Washington Post-University of Maryland poll finds that Hogan now has a 71 percent approval rating, an improvement over the 66 percent approval rating he received in April's poll.

That support is widespread, with the least support coming from liberals. Still, 59 percent of liberals say they approve of the Republican's work.

"He's a very moderate Republican, which is very hard to find these days," University of Maryland political science professor Stella Rouse told WTOP. "And the fact that he has come out so strongly in saying that he is not going to vote or support Donald Trump certainly helps him in a state like Maryland."

30-Day Jail Sentences For Boardwalk Melee Suspects

OCEAN CITY — The second batch of defendants arrested after a series of related incidents on the Boardwalk in late July were in court on Thursday on various charges but similar outcomes including 30-day jail sentences.

On July 24, a large crowd of college-age individuals roaming the Boardwalk amid the rest of the big crowd on a hot summer night reached a crescendo with several incidents breaking out in different areas all with a similar theme. The first arrest began around 9:45 p.m. in the area of 1st Street and resulted in multiple arrests. The lawlessness continued with several more incidents reported later in the night in the area of 7th and 8th Streets.

When the dust settled, at least 12 were arrested on various charges with a common theme including second-degree assault, resisting arrest, obstructing and hindering, reckless endangerment and failure to obey a lawful order, for example.

In late August, the first batch of instigators in the near riots went to trial including Kevin Rusten, 26, of Silver Spring, who was the catalyst for the initial incident and what was to follow. Ocean City Police observed Rusten kick over a trash can and drag it to the center of the Boardwalk where he emptied its contents.

Date of Incident: 5 October 2016
Location: North Salisbury Boulevard, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Michael F. Reynolds, 51, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 5 October 2016 at 3:37 PM a deputy assigned to the Sheriff's Office Community Action team was travelling northbound on N. Salisbury Blvd approaching Naylor Mill Rd when the deputy realized that he was being "tailgated" by a subject later identified as Michael Reynolds operating a Chevrolet Pick-up truck. The deputy observed in his rear view mirror that Reynolds was throwing his hands up in the air as if he was annoyed that the deputy would not get out of his way.
Reynolds apparently did not recognize the deputy was operating an unmarked police vehicle.
Reynolds passed the deputy when he had the opportunity and after the deputy witnessed a near collision by Reynolds with another vehicle as Reynolds turned onto Naylor Mill Road, the deputy attempted a traffic stop. Instead of stopping, Reynolds turned into the parking lot of the Lowe's Home Improvement Store and led the deputy through the parking lot in an apparent attempt to elude apprehension. The pursuit headed back out onto N. Salisbury Blvd at times with Reynolds speeding and leaving the travel lane to pass traffic. Upon the arrival of additional deputies, Reynolds stopped in the area of Zion Rd at which point he jumped from his vehicle with his hands up.
The deputy detected an overwhelming odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from Reynolds who appeared unsteady on his feet. The deputy located a large open bottle of vodka that was nearly empty inside the truck. Additionally the deputy discovered that Reynolds' privilege to drive had been both suspended and revoked by the State of Maryland.
Reynolds had a passenger with him that was found to be on his way to report to the Detention Center on Naylor Mill Road and it was presumed that was where Reynolds was giving the passenger a ride to.
The deputy placed Reynolds under arrest for DUI and his attempt to flee. During processing, the deputy uncovered that Reynolds had four previous convictions for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Reynolds was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner who detained Reynolds in the Detention Center in lieu of $10,000.00 bond.

The NFL is cracking down on simulated bow-and-arrow violence. It’s about time.

A specter is haunting professional football. The specter of simulated violence.

For too long, we've sat idly by while giant, hulking men simulated potentially violent acts during stoppages in play. That's not funny, and it's not right. No one goes to a sporting event to see violence — simulated or otherwise.

I'm writing this now, of course, because Redskins cornerback Josh Norman was penalized last week for simulating bow-and-arrow violence, and some barbaric enthusiasts and/or archery cultists disagreed with that call. They are under the mistaken impression that violence is okay. It is not.

Look, I've seen my 9-year-old daughter and her fourth-grade friends play with bow and arrows. They even teach archery in her D.C. elementary school, blinded to the real-world possibilities of these devil tools. Merchants, if you can believe this, sell bow-and-arrow sets in toy stores — and right in the very front, too. Kids read popular young adult novels that feature bows and arrows. So you don't need to tell me how much violence is implied by a bow-and-arrow motion. You know how much happier I would be if my kid would stop with the bow-and-arrow business and instead go out and play some sports, maybe take a few head shots from someone running at full speed? A lot happier, that's how much.

Are More Department of Correction Arrests Coming?

With yesterday's announcement of multiple federal arrests involving ECI, don't think for a second that it's over. 

We're told people are ratting like there's no tomorrow and ECI may not be the only institution targeted.

I'll leave the rest up for your imagination but thank God we have Governor Hogan and his entire Staff willing to dig deep since day one, determined to investigate what other politicians had ignored for many years. 

The system needs a massive makeover and all I can say is, it's about time. 

Home invasion In Fruitland: UPDATE

They didn't say much at all. They didn't state where, but the suspect was last seen running from the scene. They said it was a man and he was wearing air force one sneakers. That is all the details they gave.

Maybe we'll get an update later today. One thing I will say however, towns outside of Salisbury are not very happy as they know crime is spreading outside city limits. 

In the meantime while SPD Officers are running to tens of thousands of calls each year, there's no time to go after drug dealers and kingpins, none whatsoever. Keep serving that pizza Chief Duncan. 

Important Update: It was a man with a gun. We're also told this was not random at all. There is a possible suspect.

Ocean City Council Seeking Public’s Help In Opposing Proposed Cell Towers

OCEAN CITY — Resort officials this week made it abundantly clear they are strongly against a proposal to install as many as 90 cell phone towers, some as tall as 38 feet, throughout Ocean City and are asking residents and visitors to join in the opposition.

Two weeks ago, through a seemingly innocuous legal advertisement, the private sector company Crown Castle announced a proposal to install as many as 90 distributed antenna systems, essentially cell phone towers, at locations throughout Ocean City, including many of the resort's residential neighborhoods. The towers would range from about 18 feet to as high as 38 feet and are needed to expand bandwidth and improve Internet accessibility in the densely populated resort.

Crown Castle approached resort officials in 2015 about installing the necessary technology to expand bandwidth and improve Internet accessibility, but that initial proposal called for installing the hardware on existing structures including light poles and other utility poles. The Mayor and Council had some concerns about even that concept, but when Crown Castle returned this spring with a vastly different proposal to install as many as 90 new towers throughout Ocean City, resort officials took exception to the plan.

Lawyer: Girl pepper-sprayed by police won’t face charges

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) — A 15-year-old Maryland girl who was handcuffed, pepper-sprayed and charged with assaulting police officers after her bicycle hit a car won't face court proceedings, community service or supervision by juvenile authorities under an agreement her lawyer announced Tuesday.

Attorney Robin Ficker said the girl has written a letter to the state Department of Juvenile Services apologizing for cursing at officers who struggled to detain her after she refused to identify herself or her parents.

The girl had been charged by police as a juvenile with two counts of second-degree assault, plus disorderly conduct, marijuana possession and a traffic violation.

The Sept. 18 incident, captured by police body cameras and cellphone video, prompted three days of demonstrations by people demanding police accountability in Hagerstown, a city of 40,000 about 70 miles west of Baltimore.

I just moved to the Town of Vienna about a year ago and heard a bunch of thugs arguing on race about a hour ago, turns out a black woman in her 50s kicked a white teen girl in the face because of a argument with a relative of hers. The black woman took off. What the hell is going on in small towns, This country is a ticking time bomb. These punks are coming from out of town and stirring up race issues. This woman needs to be found like the punks that assaulted that white SU student needs to be charged as a hate crime.

It seems from the new book, Guilty As Sin, author and close Democrat confidant, Edward Klein has just blown the lid off the whole Clinton Email Scandal in the most audacious manner!

In the book releasing TODAY! Klein illustrates Obama didn't want Clinton to be the nominee at all. In fact, he wanted Joe Biden and Elizabeth Warren to run against Hillary Clinton but both declined after private meetings. Klein cites his sources close to Valerie Jarrett (Obama's Right Hand) that once she cheated her way to the nomination, he was forced to back her against his will.

Regarding the Comey factor, Klein reveals FBI Director James Comey was promised the new FBI headquarters would be named the James Comey Building - hence, he was bribed to throw the investigation. This explains his provocative falsehoods and denials during all the hearings before both the Senate and Congress! He was covering his complicity in this ruse and seeking to hide the corrupt underpinnings within, which has now led to both Houses contemplating what to do next because the facts are so blatant felonious violations.


No wonder so many agents and brass within the FBI structure are looking for him to be removed from the top position.  Yes, sources tell me over 2K agents and their superiors are handing in their resignations should Clinton win the White House. Bear in mind the agency only has around 3K so for this to go through, the Bureau would come to a grinding halt. This number continues to rise as the days wear on because most within the Bureau are furious with Comey and his apparent sellout while forsaking justice and its integrity!


Also, last week, it was revealed that Attorney General Loretta Lynch is on Clinton's short list for the Supreme Court should she win the White House. Yes, the same AG who threatens prosecution to anyone who bad mouths global warming -- the same one who wants to take away your First and Second Amendment rights as guaranteed by our Constitution.

In my recent flash poll on Twitter the following results denotes 96% of the voters think both Comey and Lynch should be criminally prosecuted for their participation in the Clinton Email Coverup. Thus, proving this corruption is not what we as Americans stand for!

No longer is this about partisan politics! DC has now been outed as the incubus of pure corruption at the hands of the Clinton Crime family and top Democrat officials within the party!

It's time their reign come to a swift end!

When Will Salisbury Residents Finally Wake Up?

WBOC did a great job this morning announcing THREE acts of violence over the past two weekends. I, (and hopefully you) found it interesting however how the news of the other two attacks had been kept quiet two weekends ago and that information hadn't been released until today.

I had a conversation this morning with a friend who said, you've been exposing this stuff for more then 10 years now. They went on to say, if it wasn't for Salisbury News all of this would have been swept under the rug. They then said, the same goes with the Zoo. Do you think they would have said anything on the news about animals dying if they weren't afraid you'd be publishing it. 

Well, here's the interesting thing about the Zoo. If ANY of you believe that only one animal died at the Zoo you'd be crazy. There's no way the staff could be able to collect all of the prairie dogs as they burrow under ground and always drown during such floods. Nevertheless, I have been preaching for more then 10 years that the Zoo is around 95% in a flood plane zone and needs to be relocated. I stated this numerous times before they started spending some $5,000,000.00 on new buildings and infrastructure. Your local media stated the Zoo would reopen last weekend. I'm sure someone at the Zoo told them so. Now they're saying it will open tomorrow. I can assure you, the Zoo is an absolute mess and no one in their right mind will be going to the Zoo any time soon as the exhibits, (most of them) will be empty for a while. 

As for the VIOLENCE, let's get real here. You keep allowing affordable housing Downtown and guess what's going to happen! As it progresses, as the local media finally starts exposing the reality of violence, everyone is going to say sooner then later, where did all this crime come from. 

As my friend stated earlier, we've been exposing it for more then 10 years now. Believe me when I tell you, the majority of resident who have internet access do in fact come to Salisbury News, so it's not as if people haven't been aware. 

For years we had been considered the Anti Christ for actually exposing the truth, backed by pictures and documents. I have to say, I am very pleased the local media is coming out of their political shell and finally exposing the truth. 



Let me warn you right here and now. IF this violence continues, Salisbury University will start losing thousands of new Students as parents will refuse to put their children at such risk. So you people better wake up fast because your Liberal leadership with Barrie Tilghman, Jim Ireton and now Jake Day and their strong belief in delivering more affordable housing will absolutely destroy what's left of Salisbury. All because they want to see new construction and development because NO ONE else is stupid enough to throw good money after bad money in Salisbury. 

Much like the uphill battle Donald Trump will have to Make America Great Again, Salisbury is in just as bad shape and it's going to take someone very special to bring back Salisbury as a vibrant community again. Affordable Housing is Lipstick On A PIG.

Natural Resources Police Handle Poaching Cases

Three men were charged Tuesday with 23 counts of wildlife violations after an investigation indicated they illegally hunted deer over a two-year period.

Dustin Walter LeCates, 24, and Mark Wayne Fletcher Jr., 22, both of Salisbury, and Christopher David Causey, 29, of Eden, are scheduled to appear in Wicomico County District Court Dec. 6 to face charges that carry a maximum fine of $12,000.

Acting on a tip, officers found that LeCates and Causey shot a white-tailed buck during bow season in 2014, counting down and shooting at the same time. LeCates had already checked in a nine-point buck that season and did not have an antlered bonus stamp.

The investigation further found that all three men were hunting on state land in Dorchester County in December 2015 and did not check in the four does they killed.

Mayor Beaten Unconscious By Locals After Announcing Plan To Welcome Migrants

The mayor of a small German town has been assaulted and beaten unconscious after receiving threats because he planned to settle migrants in the area.

Joachim Kebschull, the 61-year-old mayor of Oersdorf near Hamburg, was pushing to house migrants in a property in the town of 900.

The attack occurred immediately before a meeting of the town's urban planning committee where migrant issues were due to be discussed.

According to police, the mayor had returned to his car to retrieve a laptop. As he leaned in, someone approached him and struck a blow to his head with either a club or a plank of wood, knocking him to the ground.

According to NDR, the mayor has received a threatening email following the attack. "Whoever is still unwilling to listen now, will certainly feel more," it read.

Police spokesman Oliver Pohl explained that he had also been sent numerous threatening letters since July, long before the attack.

The planned migrant house has caused serious tensions in the town before, leading to meetings about the issue to be closed due to bomb threats.

In response, the local voter's association issued a statement last month, arguing that the village was the perfect place to house migrants.

Chuck Todd questioned Clinton's campaign manager, (I believe his name is Robby Mook) about Trump's new ad against Hillary. He replied that Trump supporters are deplorable. I could not believe he said this on National TV after lying Hillary did her lying apology for saying it.

Well, by now, you've all heard the news that the New York Times got some of Donald Trump's tax returns and now touts he hasn't paid taxes in almost two decades.

As damning as this may appear on the surface for Trump, it's only damning to the status quo candidate - Hillary Clinton!

Why you ask?  We'll let's see...

First, Trump has repeatedly complained on the campaign trail and in primary debates that the IRS has audited him for the same length of time. Furthermore, he proposes to cut out the tax loopholes he has taken advantage of over the years as a wealthy business owner. So, to say he hasn't been honest is absolutely absurd. They just proved he's been above board with the American voters. And his taxes actually validates his reason for promising to eliminate loophole. Furthermore, given these audits, we know this is perfectly legal; therefore, any inference of criminal behavior or tax evasion is also equally absurd.

Second, may I remind you folks to the following: Who was president during the Nineties? Bill Clinton. And who was the previous two presidents? George W. Bush and Barack Obama. These loopholes were perfectly legal under these two presidents, too. So what does this tell you about the candidate whose going to continue this status quo? Explanation not needed as the logic here is as clear as the nose on your face.

Third, the Clinton Foundation pay to play money laundering racket masquerading as a 'charity' is currently being investigated by the IRS for dodging taxes for many years as charities enjoy tax-free status. Apparently, the Clintons haven't been paying their fair share through illegal means not the use of tax regulation loopholes.

To say the NYT's big moment is now being flooded in mud is an understatement as many other news outlets are questioning if this was such a brilliant move of their part. This exposure is only making the Democrats and their gal pal look worse, not better.

So before the Democrats start doing their happy dances and high fives, perhaps they should keep the above in mind because, rest assured, informed voters are seeing through the Liberal Media's Magical Purple Haze.  All this really did was also further marginalize the once-regarded newspaper as its clear they're just another arm of the Clinton campaign!

Aren't you getting a little tired of the media's biased spin?

* FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS IN... WORCESTER COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MARYLAND... SOMERSET COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MARYLAND...

* UNTIL 745 AM EDT

* AT 347 AM EDT... DOPPLER RADAR AND AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGES INDICATED THAT HEAVY RAIN WAS FALLING OVER THE AREA. THE HEAVY RAIN WILL CAUSE FLOODING. TWO TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE... OCEAN CITY... POCOMOKE CITY... PRINCESS ANNE... UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND EASTERN SHORE... BERLIN... SNOW HILL... WEST POCOMOKE... CAPE ISLE OF WIGHT... WESTOVER... NEWARK... MARION STATION... OCEAN PINES... WHITEHAVEN... UPPER FAIRMOUNT... DAMES QUARTER... MOUNT WESLEY... REHOBETH... BISHOP... ORIOLE AND MOUNT VERNON.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE WARNED AREA.
