Posted: 03 Oct 2016 08:30 PM PDT Rumors that Bill Clinton once fathered a child with a prostitute have reemerged, as the now 30-year-old man makes a bid to have the former president recognize him as a son. Danney Williams started a Facebook page in December, under the new name Danney Williams-Clinton, with the apparent intention of grabbing the Clintons' attention. The claims that Danney is the former president's love child aren't new, but they haven't exactly been put to rest either. More |
Coming To America: Queen Hillary's Refugee Crisis Posted: 03 Oct 2016 08:00 PM PDT Clinton plans to resettle at least 1 million migrants if elected Hillary Clinton plans to permanently resettle close to one million Muslim migrants during the first term of her presidency alone, according to the latest available data from the DHS. The vetting process is a scam. Did vetting stop San Bernardino, Orlando, the New York bomber the Minnesota radical Islamist knifer? What is extreme vetting? Why is abandoning your country as a refugee the answer in the first place? Would Americans do the same? No. We would stand and fight. The U.S. constitution deems it necessary to defend our Republic. And now that very ideal is under attack! More/Video |
Tomorrow: Wikileaks plans INDOOR announcement after sources say Hillary THREATENED… Posted: 03 Oct 2016 07:30 PM PDT For the past few months, Wikileaks founder and figurehead Julian Assange has stated that his next leak of information "will ensure Hillary Clinton's arrest." It was the October Surprise many of us hoped for – and the release was planned for tomorrow. However, we reported yesterday, Assange had to cancel his planned balcony announcement in London amid "security concerns," but then decided to appear via video on Tuesday morning at Wikileak's 10th anniversary celebration in Berlin instead. What were those security concerns? Perhaps they had something to do with information a website called True Pundit just published, allegedly showing Hillary wanted Assange dead. Wikileaks is promoting that information on its Twitter feed. More |
Media omits Hillary's role in Bill's sex scandal Posted: 03 Oct 2016 07:00 PM PDT Donald Trump is forcing media organizations to recall former President Bill Clinton's sex scandal-ridden past, but many reporters are omitting a key detail about the scandals: Hillary Clinton's role in defending her husband and attacking his accusers. Instead, the media is suggesting that Hillary Clinton should now be exempt from talking about it at all, despite the active role she played in the 1990s. Immediately after this week's first presidential debate, Trump said he considered bringing up Bill's sex scandal-ridden history but that he didn't do so because the Clintons' daughter Chelsea was present in the room. But the scandal doesn't only involve the former president and his affair with former White House intern Monica Lewinsky or several more allegations of sexual harassment by Bill Clinton. It also involves Hillary Clinton, who credible witnesses have said attempted to discredit Lewinsky and the other women's stories. More |
Video: Man survives Grizzly Bear attack TWICE Posted: 03 Oct 2016 06:30 PM PDT Video contains language and is extremely graphic. Grizzly 10/1/16 Hello everyone. Thought I should share yesterday morning's Grizzly incident. I took an early morning hike in the Madison valley to scout for elk. Knowing that bears are common throughout southwest Montana, I hollered out "hey bear" about every 30 seconds so as to not surprise any bears along the trail. About three miles in, I stepped out into an open meadow and hollered again. A few more steps and I spotted a sow Grizzly bear with cubs on the trail at the upper end of the meadow. The sow saw me right away and they ran a short distance up the trail. But suddenly she turned and charged straight my way. I yelled a number of times so she knew I was human and would hopefully turn back. No such luck. Within a couple seconds, she was nearly on me. I gave her a full charge of bear spray at about 25 feet. Her momentum carried her right through the orange mist and on me. I went to my face in the dirt and wrapped my arms around the back of my neck for protection. She was on top of me biting my arms, shoulders and backpack. The force of each bite was like a sledge hammer with teeth. She would stop for a few seconds and then bite again. Over and over. After a couple minutes, but what seemed an eternity, she disappeared. Stunned, I carefully picked myself up. I was alive and able to walk so I headed back down the trail towards the truck 3 miles below. As I half hiked and jogged down the trail, I glanced at my injuries. I had numerous bleeding puncture wounds on my arms and shoulder but I knew I would survive and thanked god for getting me through this. I hoped the bleeding wasn't too significant. I really didn't want to stop to dress the wounds. I wanted to keep moving and put distance between us. About five or ten minutes down the trail, I heard a sound and turned to find the Griz bearing down at 30 feet. She either followed me back down the trail or cut through the trees and randomly came out on the trail right behind me. Whatever the case, she was instantly on me again. I couldn't believe this was happening a second time! Why me? I was so lucky the first attack, but now I questioned if I would survive the second. Again I protected the back of my neck with my arms, and kept tight against the ground to protect my face and eyes. She slammed down on top of me and bit my shoulder and arms again. One bite on my forearm went through to the bone and I heard a crunch. My hand instantly went numb and wrist and fingers were limp and unusable. The sudden pain made me flinch and gasp for breath. The sound triggered a frenzy of bites to my shoulder and upper back. I knew I couldn't move or make a sound again so I huddled motionless. Another couple bites to my head and a gash opened above my ear, nearly scalping me. The blood gushed over my face and into my eyes. I didn't move. I thought this was the end. She would eventually hit an artery in my neck and I would bleed out in the trail... But I knew that moving would trigger more bites so a laid motionless hoping it would end. She suddenly stopped and just stood on top of me. I will never forgot that brief moment. Dead silence except for the sound of her heavy breathing and sniffing. I could feel and her breath on the back of my neck, just inches away. I could feel her front claws digging into my lower back below my backpack where she stood. I could smell the terrible pungent odor she emitted. For thirty seconds she stood there crushing me. My chest was smashed into the ground and forehead in the dirt. When would the next onslaught of biting began. I didn't move. And then she was gone. I tried to peek out without moving but my eyes were full of blood and I couldn't see. I thought that if she came back a third time I would be dead, so I had to do something. Staying in position on the ground, I slowly reached under my chest to grab at the pistol I was unable to get to earlier. I felt I needed something to save my life. The pistol wasn't there. I groped around again but nothing. I wiped the blood from one eye and looked around. No bear. The pistol and holster were lying five feet to my left. The bear's ferocious bites and pulling had ripped the straps from the pack and the holster attached to it. Now trashed, that backpack may have helped prevent many more serious bites on my back and spine. I picked everything up and moved down the trail again. I couldn't believe I had survived two attacks. Double lucky! Blood was still dripping off my head and both elbows and my shirt was soaked to the waist and into my pants. But a quick assessment told me I could make it another 45 minutes to the truck without losing too much blood. I continued the jog just wanting to put more distance between that sow and I. At the trailhead was one other vehicle. I really hoped that person didn't run into the same bear. I snapped a couple quick photos and a video of my wounds, laid some jackets over the truck seat and headed for town. I stopped a rancher along the way and asked him to make a call to the hospital. When I got into cell service, I made a quick call to my girlfriend to ask how her morning was going, before freaking her out and asking her to bring me a change of clean clothes to the hospital. Another call to 911 and I gave the operator a quick run down of my injuries and asked her to call the hospital and give them a heads up that I was ten minutes out. Moments later I was met at the front door by the doctor, nurse and an officer. I had to ask the officer to open the door, put my truck in park, and unbuckle my seat belt. My left arm was useless. He was impressed I had taken the effort to buckle. Once inside, the x-rays revealed only a chip out of the ulna bone in my forearm. Following was eight hours of stitching to put me back together. Most were arm and shoulder punctures and tears. A 5" gash along the side of my head will leave a nasty scar, but I'm hoping my balding doesn't come on too quickly and leave that one exposed. :) And finally, this morning, numerous deep bruises and scrapes are showing up from the bites that didn't quite break the skin. Dark bruising in the shape of claws, line across my lower back and butt where the bear stood on me. Also a few more chest bruises and facial abrasions from being smashed and slammed into the ground. Not my best day, but I'm alive. So thankful I'm here to share with all of you. :) In a couple weeks I will have to clean out the truck a little better. My girlfriend says it looks like I had gutted an elk in the drivers seat. Todd Orr. Skyblade Knives. |

Natural Resources Police Handle Poaching Cases Posted: 03 Oct 2016 05:30 PM PDT Three men were charged Tuesday with 23 counts of wildlife violations after an investigation indicated they illegally hunted deer over a two-year period. Dustin Walter LeCates, 24, and Mark Wayne Fletcher Jr., 22, both of Salisbury, and Christopher David Causey, 29, of Eden, are scheduled to appear in Wicomico County District Court Dec. 6 to face charges that carry a maximum fine of $12,000. Acting on a tip, officers found that LeCates and Causey shot a white-tailed buck during bow season in 2014, counting down and shooting at the same time. LeCates had already checked in a nine-point buck that season and did not have an antlered bonus stamp. The investigation further found that all three men were hunting on state land in Dorchester County in December 2015 and did not check in the four does they killed. More Cases |
State Dept. misplaced $6B under Hillary Clinton: IG report Posted: 03 Oct 2016 05:00 PM PDT The State Department misplaced and lost some $6 billion due to the improper filing of contracts during the past six years, mainly during the tenure of former Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, according to a newly released Inspector General report. The $6 billion in unaccounted funds poses a "significant financial risk and demonstrates a lack of internal control over the Department's contract actions," according to the report. The alert, originally sent on March 20 and just released this week, warns that the missing contracting funds "could expose the department to substantial financial losses." The report centered on State Department contracts worth "more than $6 billion in which contract files were incomplete or could not be located at all," according to the alert. "The failure to maintain contract files adequately creates significant financial risk and demonstrates a lack of internal control over the Department's contract actions," the alert states. More |

Sanders admits being bothered by Clinton's depiction of young voters who backed him Posted: 03 Oct 2016 04:00 PM PDT Bernie Sanders on Sunday acknowledged being bothered by Hillary Clinton's unflattering perception of the young Americans who backed his longshot primary bid against Clinton, saying their campaigns still have "real differences," despite their joint effort to defeat Donald Trump. "Of course it does," Sanders, a Vermont senator, told CNN's "State of the Union," in response to a question about whether Clinton's remarks at a fundraiser amid their hotly contested Democratic primary bothered him. "We have real differences." Clinton characterized the young voters -- impassioned by Sanders' populist message and who still have yet to embrace Clinton -- as "living in their parents' basement" and disenfranchised about the future, according to a 49-minute audiotape of the February fundraiser, purportedly found in a hacked email, then given to The Washington Free Beacon, which first reported the story. "If you're feeling like you're consigned to being a barista . . . then the idea that maybe, just maybe, you could be part of a political revolution is pretty appealing," Clinton also says in the audio tape, describing her thoughts after talking to a young African-American voter. US university offers course for men to 'deconstruct toxic masculinities' Posted: 03 Oct 2016 03:30 PM PDT A university in the United States has begun offering classes in "constructive male allyship," providing a space where male students are able to "question and deconstruct toxic masculinities." Duke University, based in the city of Durham, North Carolina, held its first Learning Community session last week. The women's centre has organised a nine-week series of seminars, as part of the Duke Men's Project. And, with sexual harassment and sexism remaining hot topics on American university campuses, the university has created the seminar series under the banner of the Men's Project. "Our purpose is twofold: to foster constructive male allyship, and to question and deconstruct toxic masculinities," the Men's Project says on its website. More |
efending A Pro-Life Pillar, No tax dollars for abortion Posted: 03 Oct 2016 03:00 PM PDT Two-thirds of Americans oppose taxpayer funded abortion. In this era of divided politics, there are few issues on which so many people agree. On September 30, 1976, this bipartisan consensus became the law of the land when the Hyde Amendment passed the House of Representatives. Its impact on our nation has been lasting and profound. The Hyde Amendment stands as a pillar in pro-life policy, but also as a reflection of the will of millions of Americans on an issue over which common ground is hard to find. Unfortunately, in what would be an unprecedented move, presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has called for the Hyde Amendment's repeal. That would be a giant mistake. The Hyde Amendment acknowledges a shared recognition that abortion is not just another medical procedure. The truth is even most pro-choice Americans believe abortion should be rare. When you fund something, you make it more likely to occur. The Hyde Amendment blocks government funding so that it doesn't encourage the practice of abortion. The results of this policy are striking. Since the Hyde Amendment took effect, research from the Lozier Institute indicates that it has prevented more than two million abortions. The number of lives saved is roughly equivalent to the populations of Rhode Island and Delaware combined. The Hyde Amendment is morally appropriate, politically responsible and it saves lives. But it is not perfect. First of all, it is not permanent law. Each year, Congress must re-pass the Hyde Amendment language in an annual legislative drama. There are also loopholes and workarounds that need to be addressed. More |
Maryland Man Charged with Trying to Help ISIS, Attack/Kill Military Member Posted: 03 Oct 2016 02:45 PM PDT Maryland Man Charged with Attempting to Provide Material Support to Isil for Plan o Kill U.S. Military MemberGreenbelt, Maryland – Nelash Mohamed Das, age 24, a citizen of Bangladesh residing in Hyattsville, Maryland, has been charged by federal criminal complaint with attempting to provide material support and resources to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), a foreign terrorist organization, in connection with a plan to attack a U.S. military member. Das had an initial appearance at 2:00 p.m. today in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt, before U.S. Magistrate Judge Timothy J. Sullivan. Das was ordered to be detained pending a detention hearing, which is scheduled for Thursday, October 6, 2016, at 3:15 p.m. before Magistrate Judge Sullivan in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt. The complaint was filed on October 1, 2016.The charges were announced by United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod J. Rosenstein; and Special Agent in Charge Gordon B. Johnson of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Baltimore Field Office. "Our goal is to catch dangerous suspects before they strike, while respecting constitutional rights," said U.S. Attorney Rod J. Rosenstein. "That is what the American people expect of the Justice Department, and that is what we aim to deliver." "The danger posed by Mr. Das during this investigation was very real. He was committed to carrying out an attack against a military member," said Special Agent in Charge Gordon B. Johnson of the FBI's Baltimore Division. "Through our proactive investigative stance, we were able to ensure the citizens of Maryland were protected. The covert nature of the defendant's alleged actions is a stark reminder of the challenges we face in preventing attacks, and underscores the critical need for those with knowledge about terror plots to come forward." According to the affidavit filed in support of the criminal complaint, Das was admitted to the United States in 1995 and is a legal permanent resident. The affidavit alleges that from September 28, 2015 to early 2016, Das used social media to express his support for ISIL, including support for terrorist attacks in Paris, France, and San Bernardino, California. On October 26, 2015, Das tweeted the name of an individual and the city where they lived, stating that the individual "aspires to kill Muslims." Das knew that the individual hoped to become a member of the U.S. military. ISIL members and supporters have posted identifying information about United States military personnel in hopes that those inspired by ISIL would carry out attacks against them. The affidavit alleges that Das was advertising the individual's identity and whereabouts in order to inspire violence against that individual. On January 30, 2016, Das tweeted a picture of an AK-47 assault rifle along with the text, "This is more than just a gun. This is a ticket to Jannah." "Jannah" is a reference to the Islamic concept of paradise. According to the affidavit, on April 30, 2016, Das attended the Handgun Qualification License class at a firing range in Prince George's County, Maryland. After the class, Das told another individual that he wanted to buy a Glock 9mm handgun and an AK-47. Over the next five months, Das returned to the firing range to practice firing weapons, and submitted his fingerprints to obtain a handgun permit. During May 2016, DAS met a confidential source working for the FBI. Das believed the source to be a like-minded supporter of ISIL. On May 24, 2016, Das told the source that he knew people overseas in Al Dawla (a common name for ISIL), and communicated with the Al Dawla members through online communications. On July 23, 2016, Das told the source that he wanted to kill a particular military member who lived in Prince George's County, Maryland, and whose identifying information Das had obtained the prior year from a list posted online by ISIL. Das stated that he could acquire a firearm from an individual he knows and stated his desire to travel overseas for ISIL if he had the opportunity. On July 30, 2016, Das advised the source that he could no longer find the ISIL list from the year before and asked the source if he had any ISIL contacts who could re-send the list. According to the affidavit, on August 19, 2016, even though Das had stated that he could acquire a firearm, the confidential source told Das that he could acquire weapons for both of them. In subsequent meetings with the confidential source, Das continued to state that he was looking for names of targets for them to kill. In a meeting on September 11, 2016, Das confirmed that he was committed "100%" to conducting an attack and, "That's like my goal in life." In a meeting the following day Das stated that he wanted to get paid by ISIL for future killings, but would do it for free as well. Das further confirmed that he specifically wanted to target United States military personnel. On September 28, 2016, Das and the source drove from Maryland to a firearms store in Virginia, where Das purchased one box (50 rounds) of 9mm ammunition and one box (50 rounds) of .40 caliber ammunition. At Das' request, that same day, the confidential source provided Das with the identifying information of a target, who the source claimed was a member of the U.S. military. The confidential source told Das he received the information from an ISIL contact in Iraq. In reality, the source provided false information on behalf of the FBI. Based on discussions with the source, Das also believed that the ISIL contact in Iraq would facilitate the payment of approximately $80,000 in exchange for Das and the source conducting the attack. After purchasing the ammunition, Das and the source traveled from the Virginia firearms store to the Maryland address of the target in order to conduct surveillance. The affidavit alleges that on September 30, 2016, while the confidential source was en route to pick up Das so they could conduct the attack, Das sent a text to the source that stated, "I'm ready." When the confidential source arrived at the residence, Das loaded ammunition into the magazine of one of the two firearms previously acquired by the confidential source, with DAS's knowledge and support. Das inserted the magazine into the firearm and loaded a bullet in the chamber. The firearms were then placed into the trunk of the vehicle. Although Das believed that the firearms could fire ammunition; in reality, they had been rendered inert by the FBI. Das and the source then traveled to the address of the target, where Das exited the vehicle and approached the trunk, where the firearms were located. When Das was standing next to the trunk, FBI agents approached and Das ran away. Das was taken into custody by FBI agents a short distance away from the vehicle. Das faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. A criminal complaint is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by criminal complaint is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceedings. United States Attorney Rod J. Rosenstein commended the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force for its work in the investigation Mr. Rosenstein thanked his office's national security prosecutors that are handling the matter, and recognized the Justice Department's National Security Division, Counterterrorism Section, for its support. |
EXPOSED: The Corrupt Clinton Foundation You’ve Never Heard Of Posted: 03 Oct 2016 02:30 PM PDT Three months after leaving the White House in 2001, former President Bill Clinton arrived in India to cheering throngs to help those who had just lost a million homes in the aftermath of a massive earthquake that killed 20,000 and injured 166,000. In classic Clinton style, he solemnly promised that his new nonprofit — called the American India Foundation (AIF) — would rebuild 100 villages. Rajat Gupta, his millionaire co-chairman, pledged $1 billion for the victims. It never happened. Years later, AIF's annual reports were reviewed by the Daily Caller News Foundation and show only seven villages were partially rebuilt by Clinton's group, and a mere $2.7 million of $53 million raised over a decade went to the earthquake victims. The rest went for completely unrelated projects, including "accelerating social change," fighting AIDS, "sustainable development," and working for "digital equalizers." More |
U.S. Welcomes Undocumented Refugees Posted: 03 Oct 2016 02:00 PM PDT When it comes to the Obama administration's refugee program, America's borders are basically wide open. We begin with an excerpt from The Washington Times, which notes: "Leon Rodriguez, director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, said a 'significant' number of refugees have been implicated in terrorist plots over the past eight years but that the rejection of some 7 percent of Syrian applications proves his officers can spot danger signs." That assertion is not only contradictory, it's downright deceitful. Here's what Rodriguez told the Senate Judiciary Committee Wednesday: "There are cases where [a refugee applicant's] testimony is not necessarily corroborated by documents." He added, "I am acknowledging that, yes, testimony can be the basis for the grant of a refugee but it needs to be tested against other information that we know — about the country conditions, at a minimum." Rodriguez's claim that refugees are adequately vetted was further undermined when he strongly rebuked a newly uncovered DHS memo that warns, "Refugee fraud is easy to commit, yet not easy to investigate." Yet Rodriguez's own words only affirm there are national security-impairing vulnerabilities present in the vetting process.. More here |
Little kidney stone? Ride a roller coaster, says study Posted: 03 Oct 2016 01:30 PM PDT (CNN)When you're trying to pass a kidney stone, you're probably not thinking, in your cloud of agony, "Darn it! I should have ridden a roller coaster." And yet a new study suggests doing just that. According to research published in the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association, the bump and jolt of a roller coaster may actually help bump and jolt small kidney stones right through your system. Dr. David Wartinger is one of the researchers who led the study, which involved bringing a silicone model packed with kidney stones and urine on Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom Big Thunder Mountain Railroad ride. Yes, it is as fascinating as it sounds. Wartinger, an osteopathic urological surgeon and professor at Michigan State University, said he got the idea from a patient who said he passed three kidney stones while riding the Orlando coaster. American pastor faces fines, end of ministry under new Russian law Posted: 03 Oct 2016 01:00 PM PDT An American missionary's bid to spread the Gospel in Russia is facing end times after authorities accused him of violating an anti-religion law that was sneaked into recently passed anti-terror legislation. Christian pastor Donald Ossewaarde, 55, is the first American citizen to be charged under Russia's new "Yarovaya" anti-terror laws that contain a provision that increases regulation on evangelism. Included is a full ban on any missionary activities in non-religious settings, meaning anyone who preaches outside of a church or designated religious center, faces stiff penalties. Ossewaarde is due in court in the town of Oryol, 224 miles south of Moscow, after he held religious services in his home and posted advertisements for the service on bulletin boards in nearby housing blocks. The pastor was fined the equivalent of $630 for violating what is also known as the "anti-sharing beliefs amendment." More here |

Managing pain with opioids: A doctor’s opinion Posted: 03 Oct 2016 12:30 PM PDT After nearly 20 years managing pain for my patients as an orthopedic surgeon, I recently found myself on the other side of the medical system. I was the patient in need of a major surgical procedure. It was an eye-opening experience to say the least, and I gained a new appreciation for how vulnerable a patient feels when it comes to pain management. Opioids, such as Percocet and hydrocodone, are strong medications that play an important role in managing pain before and after surgery. Over the past 15 years, many factors have led to a dramatic increase in opiate prescriptions. It Took Obama Six Hours to Respond to Benghazi and Hillary Didn't Find Him Posted: 03 Oct 2016 12:00 PM PDT President Obama did not personally respond to Benghazi on the night of the attack until more than six hours after the White House convened an emergency conference call, according to little-noticed State Department records reviewed by Breitbart News. Obama's six-hour absence, during which the United States military did not have presidential orders to enter Libyan airspace to potentially save Americans, was apparently not interrupted by Hillary Clinton. A State Department Operations Center Watch Log noted that the White House convened a "NOIWON" at 1621 Military Time, or 4:21 PM Eastern Time, on September 11, 2012 to respond to the developing "attack" on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya. "1621 The White House Situation Room convened a NOIWON, on behalf of the Watch, in which INR also participated, to report on an attack on the Diplomatic Mission in Benghazi," according to the records. "NOIWON" stands for "National Operational Intelligence Watch Officer's Network." A historycommons.org article on the 9/11 attacks defines NOIWON: More |
New Angel Warriors Program Eyed Posted: 03 Oct 2016 11:30 AM PDT BERLIN – A Worcester County Warriors Against Opiate Addiction subcommittee is hoping to start a new program that will direct residents dealing with substance abuse to appropriate resources. Warriors co-founder Heidi McNeeley, announced the new Angel Warriors program at the group's sixth meeting Tuesday evening. McNeeley, the Navigating Resources Subcommittee chair, says the concept came from the Gloucester Police Department in Massachusetts. The program does not immediately punish offenders who come to the police for help, but instead assigns them to an "angel" who can direct them to treatment. The Warriors subcommittee is currently partnering with the Worcester County Sheriff's Office and other officials to help those who admit their drug abuse. More |

CNN: 20 Percent of Big Companies Pay NO Taxes Posted: 03 Oct 2016 10:00 AM PDT A new Government Accountability Office report showed that one in five big companies don't pay any income taxes, according to CNN Money. CNN Money reported that the GAO's analysis found that before 2012, 24 percent of profitable large corporations owed no income tax in 2011, 22 percent owed nothing in 2010 and 21 percent owed nothing in 2009. The analysis said that many of the reasons corporations owed no income tax were because of tax deductions for losses in previous years, depreciating assets that they were able to write off, and offshore profits that haven't been brought back to the United States. Of the large corporations that did have to pay income taxes that year, they owed a total of $268 billion. In the years between 2008-2012, large corporations paid only 22 percent of their income in U.S. corporate income taxes after foreign, state, local taxes were included, a figure well below the 35 percent top corporate income tax rate. Just in the past year, 27 companies on the Standard & Poor's 500 paid nothing in income taxes, USA Today reported. Some of these companies included Level 3 Communications, United Continental Airlines, and General Motors. More |
Trump demands Obama not pardon Clinton if she’s indicted Posted: 03 Oct 2016 09:53 AM PDT Donald Trump is demanding that President Obama not pardon Hillary Clinton if she's indicted in the e-mail scandal. "[H]ere is the demand I am making today to President Obama," Trump said in front of an energetic crowd at a rally Friday in Michigan. "Will you pledge, here and now, not to issue a pardon to Hillary Clinton and her co-conspirators for their many crimes against our country and society itself?" Trump added, "No one is above the law. Not even Hillary Clinton." "Clinton and her cronies will say anything, do anything, lie about anything to keep their grip on power – to keep their control over this country," he said. More |

FBI Docs Show Clinton’s Private Server Was Made on K Street Posted: 03 Oct 2016 09:45 AM PDT FBI files released last week as part of the Hillary Clinton email investigation show that her private server was made in a makeshift lab on K Street, Fox News reported Friday evening. The report also noted that it took Clinton's IT specialist, Bryan Pagliano, months to create the server. If Hillary Clinton's "home-brew" server ever got the Mary Shelley treatment, IT specialist Bryan Pagliano would make a fine Dr. Frankenstein–FBI documents reveal new details about how he painstakingly created the machine over a series of months while working in a room along Washington's storied K Street. According to files released last Friday evening, Pagliano worked to design and build the now-infamous server inside a room once used as part of Clinton's campaign headquarters. On the street known as Washington's power corridor, Pagliano even used computer remnants from Clinton's failed 2008 presidential bid, where he had worked as an IT specialist. Pagliano said that after he made the server in the K Street lab, he rented a minivan and drove the server to Chappaqua, New York to install it in Clinton's home, according to Fox. More |
Bill Clinton accuser Kathleen Willey: Hillary was complicit in his sexual misconduct Posted: 03 Oct 2016 09:37 AM PDT One of several women who have accused former President Bill Clinton of sexual misconduct is speaking out, saying Hillary Clinton shouldn't be exempt from criticism over her handling of the affairs that nearly ended her husband's presidency in the 1990s. Kathleen Willey — a former volunteer White House aide who accused Bill Clinton of making aggressive, unwanted advances during a private meeting in 1993 — said she holds Hillary Clinton responsible for smearing her and the many other women who have come forward with stories about their treatment at the hands of her husband. "This no longer about Bill Clinton's transgressions or his infidelities or girlfriends or sex ... it's not about that anymore," Willey told theWashington Examiner. "What it's about is the actions that his wife has taken against the women that he has raped and assaulted." None of the allegations of sexual misconduct levied against Bill Clinton during his decades in the public eye have ever been proven definitively. The former president has denied the accusations, admitting only to consensual relations with Monica Lewinsky and Gennifer Flowers. More |

Minnesota ObamaCare rates jump 60% to avoid ‘collapse’ Posted: 03 Oct 2016 09:15 AM PDT (Hotair) Seems that Washington DC isn't the only place that's learned the art of the Friday afternoon news dump. Minnesota Commerce Commissioner Mike Rothman announced yesterday afternoon that the state had approved health insurance premium increases that will average 60% in MNsure, the state's ObamaCare exchange. The statement blamed big losses by insurers in the state, and bad predictions about utilization rates, for the decision: Rothman said that Minnesota's rate increases are part of a national trend in the individual health insurance market, with nearly all states looking at double-digit rate increases as insurers seek to align premium revenues with expected claims costs. States' rate increases are also exacerbated by cuts to critical federal programs that were intended to stabilize the market and rates for consumers. |
US Allegedly Signed Secret Deal With Iran to Release Hostages in Exchange For Opening Banks Posted: 03 Oct 2016 09:07 AM PDT Just when you think the other shoe has dropped regarding the off-the-grid deals that were made in conjunction with the January 2016 release of American hostages by Iran, more disturbing information is revealed. The Wall Street Journal is now reporting that "according to U.S. officials and congressional staff briefed on the deliberations," on the same day as the prisoners were released from Iran, the United States signed an agreement with the Islamic nation to lift sanctions on two state banks. Bank Sepah and the London-based Bank Sepah International were blacklisted in early 2007 after it was alleged that they had financed Iran's ballistic missile program. Treasury's Undersecretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence, Stuart Levey, said at the timethat Bank Sepah was "the financial lynchpin of Iran's missile procurement network and has actively assisted Iran's pursuit of missiles capable of carrying weapons of mass destruction." WSJ reports that in Geneva on January 17, 2016--the day the hostages were released, and the $400 million in cash was transferred to Iran as "leverage"--officials say that Brett McGurk, a senior State Department official, signed another not-so-public agreement, lifting sanctions on Bank Sepah and Bank Sepah International. PolitiFact Fails to Whitewash Hillary Clinton Uranium Scanda Posted: 03 Oct 2016 08:45 AM PDT Purported fact-checking outlet PolitiFact has run another Uranium One-Rosatom-Clinton State Department story first reported by The New York Times (NYT) and based on research from the NYT bestseller Clinton Cash. The article flat-out ignores several key facts and conflicts of interest, potentially damaging to the Democratic presidential nominee. The most recent Uranium One fact-check article was researched by Tom Kertscher and edited by Greg Borowski. In July, PolitiFact staff writer Linda Qiu published a piece full of factual errors, glaring inaccuracies, and omissions. Breitbart News published a full-scale 13-point refutation of the last Politifact Uranium One piece, which the latest one references. Kertscher's piece, however, is more of the same sloppy script. Several of the 13 refutation points still apply to this latest "fact-check" article, but below are two additional points that deserve attention: 1. It's true that the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) has nine agencies that approved the sale of American uranium reserves. However, only one of those agencies, the Hillary Clinton-led State Department, employed a person whose family foundation collected $145 million from investors in the deal — an alarming conflict of interest. Some Refugees Allowed Into U.S. Based on Their Testimony Alone Posted: 03 Oct 2016 08:15 AM PDT Senior Homeland Security official León RodrÃguez admitted Thursday that some refugees are allowed into the United States based solely on their testimony to authorities. Sen. Ted Cruz (R., Texas) grilled RodrÃguez on the Obama administration's refugee resettlement program during a Senate Judiciary immigration subcommittee hearing. Cruz and other lawmakers highlighted issues with the current refugee vetting process. Cruz began his questioning by reading part of a DHS memorandum on the vetting process for refugees, Townhall reported. The memorandum states that the "refugee program is particularly vulnerable of fraud due to loose evidentiary requirements where at times the testimony of an applicant alone is sufficient for approval." When Cruz finished reading, RodrÃguez, director of Citizenship and Immigration Services at DHS, fired back against the memorandum, arguing the document was written by an individual who lacked knowledge of the vetting process. "What I am telling you is that I would not give that document a whole lot of credit because whoever that person was did not do the homework to learn about our process," RodrÃguez said. Cruz then pushed RodrÃguez on whether it was true or false that testimony of the applicant can solely be sufficient for approval into the United States. More here |

DHS Agency That Enforces Immigration Law Honors Activist Who Helps Illegal Aliens Posted: 03 Oct 2016 08:00 AM PDT The Homeland Security agency responsible for enforcing the nation's immigration laws is honoring a renowned open-borders activist dedicated to defending illegal aliens in the U.S. with a prestigious award. Known as "Outstanding American by Choice," it's bestowed annually by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to recognize the "significant contributions and achievements of a naturalized" American citizen. This year's winner is being crowned today at a ceremony in Los Angeles, California where she runs a billion-dollar charity largely dedicated to assisting immigrants. Her name is Antonia Hernández, a civil rights attorney who spent two decades litigating on behalf of illegal immigrants at the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), the powerful open borders group that specializes in discrimination lawsuits on behalf of illegal aliens. Promoted as a "Latino advocacy" group, MALDEF also pushes for free college tuition for illegal immigrants and lowering educational standards to accommodate new migrants. The group's leadership says it's racist to make English the country's official national language and inhumane to protect the southern border with a fence. Hernández was president and general counsel at MALDEF before becoming president and CEO at a like-minded nonprofit with deep pockets called the California Community Foundation. The charity ranks among the nation's top 100 foundations by size and giving with an endowment exceeding $1 billion. Among its focuses is "immigrant integration." Hernández is the oldest of seven children born to poor Mexican immigrants, according to a magazine profile that says before she could drive Hernández walked the picket lines in support of California's farm workers. During twenty years at MALDEF Hernández successfully defeated a California measure—passed by voters—that would have denied health and education benefits to illegal immigrants, worked to create voting districts that equitably represented Latinos and litigated on behalf of limited-English proficient students in the nation's public school system. Anti-Christian YouTube Banned Film Promo Posted: 03 Oct 2016 07:45 AM PDT Filmmakers beheld the faith-based movie "I'm Not Ashamed" have been trying for almost a year to get YouTube to allow its trailer to be shown on the video website, and say the Google-owned site rejected the promo and associated web channel because of "anti-Christian bias." The producers have been trying since last October to convince YouTube to reinstate the video about the movie, which recreates part of the Columbine High School shooting, reports The Hollywood Reporter. The filmmakers say the channel was reinstated this past week after The Reporter contacted YouTube, but it may be too little, too late. "At the time the movie trailer for 'I'm Not Ashamed' was removed from YouTube in October of last year, it had over 5 million views," attorney Garrick Stotser said in a letter to YouTube. "My client was never provided with any clear explanation or substantiation of why the movie trailer was removed. YouTube's removal of the movie trailer has interfered with promotional activities of the film." The movie is the true story of Rachel Joy Scott, the first person killed in the deadly 1999 shootings in Columbine, Colorado. More |
Black Lives Matter Goons Vandalize Trump International Hotel In DC… Media Silent Posted: 03 Oct 2016 07:30 AM PDT This is getting totally out of hand. Some Black Lives Matter thug stood in front of Trump International Hotel and spray painted graffiti on the building, defacing it. A young man called the police on the goon, while others verbally warned him that the police were being called and yelling, "Black Lives Matter!" I fear we are dangerously close to civil unrest and a race war and this indicates that. It doesn't matter whether you support Trump or not… you don't have the right to damage personal property that way. You also don't have a right to kill or beat people… you don't have a right to loot and destroy stuff either. I hope the police catch this dirt bag and fast. The last thing we need is for BLM to see this work and to have it spread. If that happens, it's only a matter of time until someone gets killed. More |
NLRB Ordered to Pay Up for ‘Bad Faith Litigation’ Posted: 03 Oct 2016 07:15 AM PDT A federal judge on Friday ordered the nation's top labor arbiter to pay a company's legal fees after the agency engaged in "administrative hubris" and "bad faith litigation." Washington, D.C., Appeals Court Judge Janice Rogers Brown said that the National Labor Relations Board wrongfully ruled that Heartland Health Care Center violated its collective bargaining agreement by reducing employee hours. Judge Brown ruled that the agency, which oversees labor disputes and union elections, took actions beyond the scope of federal law. She ordered the agency to pay the company nearly $18,000 in legal fees, which were incurred by "bad faith litigation" on the agency's part. "The Board's conduct before our Court makes out a clear case of bad faith litigation. …The Board's obstinacy forced Heartland to waste time and resources fighting for a freedom the Board knew our precedent would provide," the ruling said. "It is clear enough that the Board's conduct was intended to send a chilling message to Heartland, as well as others caught in the Board's crosshairs" Brown, who was appointed to the Court of Appeals by George W. Bush after a lengthy filibuster from Senate Democrats, said that judges have allowed executive agencies to expand beyond the scope of congressional intent. She called on her fellow judges to rein in executive overreach in labor matters and other regulatory affairs. "Let the word go forth: for however much the judiciary has emboldened the administrative state, we 'say what the law is,'" she wrote. "Administrative hubris does not get the last word under our Constitution. And citizens can count on it." More |
Fraudulent Voter Registration Applications Identified in Indiana Posted: 03 Oct 2016 07:00 AM PDT Secretary of State Connie Lawson issued a warning to Hoosier voters to be vigilant and to check their voter registrations to ensure they are accurate. A group by the name of the Indiana Voter Registration Project has turned in forged voter registration applications. The group was altering already-registered voter's information. The group changed the voters address to an address not associated with the voter, without the voter's knowledge or permission. Hoosiers can protect themselves by checking to ensure their voter registration information is accurate at Indianavoters.com or on the Indiana Voters app. Voters who find their information has been changed without their knowledge should immediately contact the Secretary of State's office at 1-866-IN-1-Vote (1-866-461-8683). "Election integrity and security is a top priority," said Secretary Lawson. "We are working with the state police to ensure this matter is addressed quickly. I encourage all Hoosiers to be vigilant at this time and to monitor their voter registrations until the close of the voter registration deadline." The voter registration deadline in Indiana is October 11. The Secretary of State's office has reason to believe this group will continue operating until the close of registration. Voters are urged to remain on high alert and to report any suspicious activity to the Secretary of State's office. (Source) |
Immigrant rights activist may be deported after hiding her status Posted: 03 Oct 2016 06:53 AM PDT The last thing anyone in the immigrant activist community would have expected was that Wendy Uruchi Contreras would be arrested and potentially deported. On May 28, the community organizer for CASA, a national immigrants rights organization based in Maryland, was stopped by police and arrested for a DUI after having had two margaritas at a restaurant. Her blood alcohol was twice the legal limit for driving. Her arrest sent a shock wave through the activist community, with petitions from organizations such as Change.org being filed to stop her deportation. Uruchi's attorney, Enid Gonzalez, told Fox News Latino her team filed for a "stay of removal" with the Department of Homeland Security on Friday. "Her case is very unusual," Gonzalez said. "Since she came to the U.S. on a visa waiver" – which allows visitors from 38 countries to stay for up to 90 days without a visa – "she automatically waived any possible effort to block removal from the country." Gonzalez added, "Had she come in undocumented, she'd have a strong defense for cancellation for removal, because of her children. She'd meet those requirements." The decision on her stay of removal could take a day or six weeks. If immigration authorities recommend granting it, she'll likely have a year to remain in the U.S., and Gonzalez says immigration officials keep very close tabs on people in those circumstances. Mayor Beaten Unconscious By Locals After Announcing Plan To Welcome Migrants Posted: 03 Oct 2016 06:45 AM PDT The mayor of a small German town has been assaulted and beaten unconscious after receiving threats because he planned to settle migrants in the area. Joachim Kebschull, the 61-year-old mayor of Oersdorf near Hamburg, was pushing to house migrants in a property in the town of 900. The attack occurred immediately before a meeting of the town's urban planning committee where migrant issues were due to be discussed. According to police, the mayor had returned to his car to retrieve a laptop. As he leaned in, someone approached him and struck a blow to his head with either a club or a plank of wood, knocking him to the ground. According to NDR, the mayor has received a threatening email following the attack. "Whoever is still unwilling to listen now, will certainly feel more," it read. Police spokesman Oliver Pohl explained that he had also been sent numerous threatening letters since July, long before the attack. The planned migrant house has caused serious tensions in the town before, leading to meetings about the issue to be closed due to bomb threats. In response, the local voter's association issued a statement last month, arguing that the village was the perfect place to house migrants. More here |
Darryl Glenn: It’s Time to ‘Take Back Your Government’ Posted: 03 Oct 2016 06:37 AM PDT BOULDER, Colo.—Darryl Glenn is answering questions from a group of college Republicans about poverty, religious liberty, Black Lives Matter, and culture. It's difficult to hear him over a rendition of Rihanna's "Disturbia" by an all-male a cappella group practicing in the classroom nextdoor. "I feel like I'm in an episode of Glee," he joked. Glenn's ease with potential voters and charismatic nature make it easy to see how he captured the nomination for Senate in Colorado in a crowded Republican field. Glenn met with the young Republican group after being the featured guest at a conservative documentary screening at University of Colorado Boulder, part of his grassroots, "hit every venue" strategy to unseat Democratic incumbent Sen. Michael Bennet. "That's why I'm here, to get you guys excited about participating in these elections," he told the students. "Because it's so easy to just say, 'Forget it, I hate all these candidates, they're all corrupt, we're not going to get involved.'" Glenn doesn't mention Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton. When asked about whether he—a lesser-known county commissioner, retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, and attorney—is trying to ride the outsider wave of the general election, he separates himself. "I believe you need a leader," he told the Washington Free Beacon. "And that's where we're really drawing that sharp distinction. You have to be willing to go into the areas that people are concerned about. There are under-served areas. It's not enough to talk about issues, you need to go in there and talk to people and find out what issues they are encountering." "People want to get back to the freedom and liberty principles and actually dust off the Constitution and read it for once," he said.. More here |

Brexit Mastermind Tells Trump to Avoid Catfight With Clinton Posted: 03 Oct 2016 06:23 AM PDT Nigel Farage, who helped lead the campaign for the U.K. to leave the European Union, has some advice for Donald Trump ahead of the next U.S. presidential debate against Democrat Hillary Clinton. "Don't let her get under your skin," Farage, the former leader of the UK Independence Party (UKIP), said in an interview on CNN's "Fareed Zakaria GPS" that's scheduled to air Sunday. "Whatever abuse she throws at you, ignore her. Don't defend yourself. There's no point. There isn't time." The first presidential debate of 2016 on Sept. 27 saw both candidates go on the attack from the start. One moment that has prompted extended backlash from Trump was when Clinton, looking to hit the Republican on his attitude toward women, mentioned former Miss Universe Alicia Machado. "What you've got to do, Donald, is talk to people sitting at home in their living rooms," said Farage, who'll be one of Trump's guests at the next debate, scheduled for Washington University in St. Louis on Oct. 9. "Don't get involved in a catfight with Hillary." More |

Illegal Who Killed 12-year-old Was Obama Amnesty Recipient Posted: 03 Oct 2016 06:15 AM PDT A report including details of the immigration history of a suspect in a fatal Des Moines crash was released Thursday. The office of U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, released the preliminary report Thursday, which it received from the Department of Homeland Security after Grassley wrote a letter asking for background information on Fernando Fernel Lopez Aguilar. Lopez Aguilar, 18, is accused of running a stop sign, causing a three-vehicle crash Sept. 8. Police said he was driving too fast. Lopez Aguilar was charged with homicide by reckless driving, two counts of serious injury by reckless driving, child endangerment, operating without a driver's license, and having no insurance after 12-year-old Lea Phann died Sunday night from injuries she suffered in the crash. The information released by Grassley's office Thursday states Lopez Aguilar entered the U.S. July 3, 2005, when he was 7, "at an unknown place, without having been admitted or paroled by an immigration officer." On Oct. 8, 2013, Lopez Aguilar sought a temporary exemption from deportation under an Obama administration policy known as DACA, according to the report. On June 5, 2014, that deferred action was approved, but it expired on June 4, 2016. More |
Bombshell: Over 1,000 Illegal Voters in Eight Virginia Localities Posted: 03 Oct 2016 06:07 AM PDT More than 1,000 aliens, or residents who are not U.S. citizens, have been free to vote illegally in Virginia. The bombshell disclosure was made in a report released by the Virginia Voters Alliance based on findings from the Public Interest Legal Foundation. The 1,046 Virginia voters may just be the tip of the iceberg, as it's only the number found in eight Virginia localities, the report reads. The report found that the most illegal votes were cast in 2012, followed by 2008, the year President Obama was elected to his first term. In both years, Obama won Virginia. It's a felony for non-citizens to vote in Virginia. But in Virginia, no proof of citizenship is required when voters register. In some cases, aliens and permanent residents will register to vote and either admit on the form they are not citizens, or they will mislead, according to Christian Adams, general counsel for the foundation. Local officials can check each voter later by matching data from the Virginia driver's license bureaus, where the aliens in question are usually likely not to mislead authorities on their status. Christian Adams, legal counsel for the foundation, said the watchdog group moved the investigation wider and soon met resistance. Adams said Gov. Terry McAuliffe, a Democrat and an old friend of Hillary Clinton, told a key staffer to advise officials in other Virginia localities to ignore Adams' requests for information. The problem of non-citizens is likely worse than what the alliance found in eight Virginia localities. More here |
Trump Unloads in Pennsylvania Speech: Hillary Clinton 'Should Be in Prison' Posted: 03 Oct 2016 06:00 AM PDT NEW YORK CITY, New York — In a lengthy speech on Saturday night in Manheim, Pennsylvania, Republican nominee for president Donald J. Trump lambasted his opponent Democratic nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton for a secret tape recording of her bashing supporters of Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont—and even called for Clinton to be placed in prison and questioned as to whether she has been loyal to her husband former President Bill Clinton. Trump said in the speech on Saturday night: A new audio tape that has surfaced just yesterday from another one of Hillary's high roller fundraisers shows her demeaning and mocking Bernie Sanders and all of his supporters. You know, and I'll tell you something we have a much bigger movement that Bernie Sanders ever had. We have much bigger crowds than Sanders ever had. And we have a more important movement than Bernie Sanders ever had because we're going to save our country, okay? We're going to save our country. But I can tell you Bernie Sanders would have left a great, great legacy had he not made the deal with the devil. He would have really left a great legacy. Now he shows up and 120 people come in to hear him talk. Bernie Sanders would have left a great legacy had he not made the deal, had he held his head high and walked away. Now he's on the other side perhaps from us and we want to get along with everybody and we will—we're going to unite the country—but what Bernie Sanders did to his supporters was very, very unfair. And they're really not his supporters any longer and they're not going to support Hillary Clinton. I really believe a lot of those people are coming over and largely because of trade, college education, lots of other things—but largely because of trade, they're coming over to our side—you watch, you watch. Especially after Hillary mocks him and mocks all of those people by attacking him and his supporters as 'living in their parents' basements,' and trapped in dead-end careers. That's not what they are. More |
White House wants to add new racial category for Middle Eastern people Posted: 03 Oct 2016 05:30 AM PDT WASHINGTON — The White House is putting forward a proposal to add a new racial category for people from the Middle East and North Africa under what would be the biggest realignment of federal racial definitions in decades. If approved, the new designation could appear on census forms in 2020 and could have far-reaching implications for racial identity, anti-discrimination laws and health research. Under current law, people from the Middle East are considered white, the legacy of century-old court rulings in which Syrian Americans argued that they should not be considered Asian — because that designation would deny them citizenship under the 1882 Chinese Exclusion Act. But scholars and community leaders say more and more people with their roots in the Middle East find themselves caught between white, black and Asian classifications that don't fully reflect their identities. "What it does is it helps these communities feel less invisible," said Helen Samhan of the Arab American Institute, which has been advocating the change for more than 30 years.
