Arkansas Reporter Leslie Milwee Bill Clinton Sexual Assault

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 09:00 PM PDT

Leslie Milwee, a former news reporter with KLMN-TV in Arkansas, accused Bill Clinton of sexually assaulting her three times in a studio editing room in 1980.

According to Breitbart, Milwee — then known as Leslie Derrick — first met the then-Arkansas governor while covering the "Cuban Refugee Crisis" in 1980, during which she interviewed "Clinton about 20 times at various public events" and "inside the KLMN station."

Before the alleged assaults, Milwee says Clinton attempted to woo her with several "inappropriate gestures" and encounters.

In one alleged encounter, Clinton took Milwee's reporter notebook and wrote his name above hers in the ledger.

Dive team searches for leads in cold case

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 08:30 PM PDT

QUEEN ANNE — Residents of the Queen Anne/Hillsboro area may have noticed some unusual police activity on the Tuckahoe River Wednesday, Oct. 19. The Maryland State Police Dive Team, at the request of the Queen Anne's County Sheriff's Office, searched an area of the river north of Route 404 behind the National Guard Armory. They were looking for clues in the only cold case murder in Queen Anne's County.

Twenty-four years ago Herman "Dolly" Callahan was found shot dead in the breezeway of his home off Route 404 in Queen Anne, but the sheriff's office hasn't given up on the unsolved case, said Lt. Dale Patrick.

Over the years, the sheriff's office has tried different methods to generate new leads. Information and photos from the case were added to the sheriff's office website; a copy of the case was sent to the Maryland State Police Cold Case Unit for review; several videos were filmed and shown on "Queen Anne's Most Wanted" cable TV show, including an interview of the victim's daughter; fliers and posters were distributed in the area; and the case was added to Fox Television's "America's Most Wanted" website.

Detectives got the idea it might be good to search the river, so the sheriff's office contacted MSP and asked for assistance, Patrick said. Wednesday's effort was in response to that request.

The dive team took inflatable rafts out in the river and divers searched the bottom of the river by hand, Patrick said.

Hillary Clinton's IRS likely to single out Republican critics

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 08:00 PM PDT

Use of the agency against Republican critics likely will persist

Imagine: What if the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) singled out hundreds of grassroots citizens groups across the nation and subjected them to ill treatment because of their political beliefs and values, mainly in opposition to the president of the United States? And imagine if that president ordered an investigation of the scandal and the lead attorney was a maximum donor to the president's political campaigns. And then imagine if the president appointed as IRS commissioner to "clean up" the scandal someone who was a . maximum donor to the president's political campaigns. Can you imagine such a thing? The watchdogs in Congress and the media would never allow such clear partisanship to rule the IRS, right?

But that is exactly the situation we have watched unfold over the past three years, since the Treasury inspector general for tax administration (TIGTA) confirmed that the IRS had, indeed, targeted conservative groups — hundreds of them — for singular mistreatment and abuse. The Department of Justice attorney charged with "investigating" the targeting was Barbara Bosserman, an individual who had contributed the maximum to President Obama's political campaigns.

And what about IRS Commissioner John Koskinen? He is yet another maximum Democratic donor. Since 1997, Mr. Koskinen has contributed $51,550 to the Democratic National Committee, various Democratic congressional and Senate candidates and the presidential campaigns of John Kerry, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

Counties' plans to cut water pollution prove 'rain tax' was unnecessary, Hogan says

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 07:30 PM PDT

State environmental officials signed off Tuesday on a list of projects aimed at reducing the amount of pollution that rain washes into the Chesapeake Bay.

But advocates for the environment said the efforts proposed by the state's 10 largest jurisdictions are inadequate to the job of restoring the estuary.

Gov. Larry Hogan called the plans from Baltimore and the nine largest counties "innovative," and said they prove that the stormwater fee derided as the "rain tax" was unnecessary.

Hogan signed a law last year that gave jurisdictions the option not to collect it.

"Today's news further illustrates what many Marylanders and local officials have already known for years: the state does not need to impose yet another burdensome tax on homeowners and job creators in order to successfully manage stormwater runoff," Hogan said in a statement.

Secretive group in control of FBI investigation into Clinton

A page from the FBI's publicly released documents from the investigation of Hillary Clinton's private email server reveals that a group literally called "the shadow government" was overseeing the inquiry.

"There was a powerful group of very high ranking STATE officials that some referred to as 'The 7th Floor Group' or 'The Shadow Government.' This group met every Wednesday afternoon to discuss the FOIA process, Congressional records and everything CLINTON-related to FOIA/Congressional inquiries," states page 56 of the document.

Officials issue new warning about fentanyl

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 06:30 PM PDT

Synthetic opioid posing problems for law enforcement

BALTIMORE —There's a new warning about fentanyl: It's not just harming people who are abusing it, it's also dangerous for police agents.

Fighting the drug is becoming more and more challenging for a variety of people, from law enforcement officers who do drug busts to employees of the U.S. Postal Service.

The synthetic opioid continues to be a huge problem in Baltimore and other major cities. Not only is fentanyl a threat to those who use it, but it is becoming an increasing challenge for medics and law enforcement officers.

Drug Enforcement Administration Deputy Administrator Jack Riley issued a roll-call video to agencies, in which he says, "If you encounter this in your daily duties, please don't field-test it in your car, or on the street, or bring it back to the office."

Shocking Footage: Media Caught Covering Up Clinton's Ongoing Looting Of Haiti

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 06:00 PM PDT

Special Report: Clintons preying on Haiti disaster victims by pocketing millions

The Clinton Foundation is scamming millions of people by pocketing nearly all of the $30 million it's raised for Haitians needing severe medical care.

Additionally, the mainstream media is ignoring over a million people are in distress in Haiti in favor of attacking Donald Trump.

"You've got the Clinton Foundation here, but guess where they're at? At Port-au-Prince, wheeling and dealing at the Marriott, trying to put money in their own pockets," Joe Biggs pointed out. "Meanwhile you have people here with their legs snapped and fractured backs trying to get help, trying to get out of here, trying to get the medical attention they should have, and the Clintons are more concerned with putting money in their own pockets."

Bank places 100 'lucky pennies' across US worth $1,000 each

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 05:30 PM PDT

DETROIT —Stopping to pick up a stray penny off the ground may not seem worth the effort, yet one bank is trying to change that mindset by placing 100 fake pennies across the country worth $1,000 apiece.

Ally Bank says it is hoping to encourage Americans to look for opportunities to save through its "Lucky Penny" promotion, which launched this week. The lucky pennies carry a copper color like real pennies, but feature the Detroit-based bank's logo instead of Abraham Lincoln's head. The flip side of the coin lists its value at 100,000 cents.

The pennies have been placed in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Miami, Denver, Detroit, San Diego, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Austin, Texas.

The coins can be redeemed online until the end of the year.

New Clinton Emails Appear to Belie Sworn Testimony

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 05:00 PM PDT

Hillary Clinton may have perjured herself when answering questions under oath through her lawyer about whether she had previously communicated with Bryan Pagliano, the IT aide who set up and maintained Clinton's private email server.

Clinton last week answered questions from conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch and said she did not remember ever discussing her private server with Pagliano.

"Secretary Clinton states that she does not recall having communications with Bryan Pagliano concerning or relating to the management, preservation, deletion, or destruction of any emails in her clintonemail.com email account," Clinton wrote through her lawyer, David Kendall.

However, recently released documents obtained by Judicial Watch through a Freedom of Information Act request indicate that Clinton included Pagliano in two emails from 2012 regarding technical problems with the server, the Washington Examiner reports.

Clinton and Kendall had raised objections to the question posed by Judicial Watch on whether she communicated with Pagliano, as well as many other questions submitted by the group that Clinton was court-ordered to answer.

DNR cautions drivers during ongoing whitetail deer rut

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 04:30 PM PDT

Most injuries, and a healthy percentage of the fatalities suffered during car accidents involving whitetail deer come from drivers avoiding, rather than striking the animals as they pursue each other during mating season.

That's according to Brian Eyler, the deer project leader from Maryland's Department of Natural Resources.

"It's just getting started now — bucks are chasing does, the does are chasing bucks and love is in the air," he said.

In the rare cases there are human fatalities from a crash involving an automobile and an animal, the more severe injuries generally come from the animal ricocheting off one car and onto another.

Answer to Who Am I Quiz

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 04:00 PM PDT

I am Dr. Thomas Sowell, famed economist and Senior Fellow at the famed Hoover Institute in California.

I have warned many about the economic downfall of America for several decades; however, many - especially the Liberals, have failed to learn from the information. I am a strong opponent to Minimum Wage, Welfare and Affirmative Action because as history has shown us, it's been more destructive to Black America and other minorities than it's aim intended.

I graduated from Harvard (BA) and Columbia (MA) before Civil Rights was ever Law in our land. In 1968, I got my PhD from the University of Chicago. I actually got my academic accolades through my own resourcefulness and hard work in spite of the racism and segregation I faced. Unlike some, I never saw myself as some racial victim!

While my opinions are not popular with some, they are built on a dedication to the study of Economics. I am notorious for my economic prowess and pursuit in true Capitalism - even Ronald Reagan asked me to join his economic board; however, I did decline.

I did serve as a consultant to Reagan along with my friend, Milton Friedman and have influenced many conservatives in today's world. Even though I do still write, many of my writings are largely rejected by Liberals because, let's just say, I expose their nonsense in a logical manner.

Email: Clinton's 'Forceful' Gun Position Had Some Democrats 'Freaking'

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 04:00 PM PDT

Hillary Clinton's "forceful" stance in favor of gun control caused some members of the Democratic Caucus to freak out, an email exchange published Wednesday shows.

Campaign staffers and outside strategists discussed the best way to approach issues such as President Obama's handling of foreign policy, Wall Street, and gun control during a back and forth over an internal strategy memo in December 2015. Much of the conversation focused on how Clinton could differentiate herself from Obama in ways that would be advantageous to the campaign. One consultant pointed out during the exchange that Clinton was already "more forceful on guns/gun lobby than any other person who ever seriously ran for president" and some unnamed Democratic Caucus members were "freaking out about it."

"I think the one thing missing from this very good strategic memo is positioning vis a vis [sic] Obama," Clinton campaign chair John Podesta wrote. "We have more or less hugged him on economics, health care, and Wall Street. We have differentiated on Syria, but have not criticized. I think the question going into this debate is as much about his personal style as it is specific plans. I think there is a perception that he's slouching into the San Bernadino [sic] events that the Republicans are successfully exploiting that. That may be OBE by the debate, but we need to figure out what her posture is on direct questions about the president's performance."

Karen Dunn, a D.C. lawyer and Clinton debate preparation strategist, told Podesta that Clinton was worried she was embracing President Obama too strongly on some issues.

Cops And Courts – October 21, 2016

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 03:30 PM PDT

OCEAN CITY — A Whaleyville man was arrested on disturbing the peace and resisting arrest charges last week after allegedly sauntering across Coastal Highway at a slow speed, causing traffic to brake, before defying police attempts to question him.

Around noon last Thursday, an Ocean City Police Department officer was on marked patrol in the area of 114th Street when he observed an individual, later identified as Ethan Bezold, 23, walking across the highway at an unusually slow pace with both hands in his pockets. The officer noted in the report Bezold was crossing the highway about 20 feet north of the clearly marked crosswalk.

The officer observed a work truck heading south on Coastal Highway dramatically decrease its speed in order to avoid hitting Bezold, who was still in the traffic lanes and had not quickened his pace. The officer circled around and located Bezold in the Gold Coast Mall parking lot. According to police reports, the officer rolled down his window and told Bezold to stop, but Bezold looked at him and continued to walk away at the same slow pace.

The officer then pulled his vehicle in front of Bezold and told him to stop, but Bezold continued to refuse to comply. The officer got out of his vehicle and ordered Bezold to stop and to take his hands out of his pockets, but Bezold continued walking. When the officer asked Bezold to produce some identification, Bezold reportedly told the officer he did not have to because he had done nothing wrong and continued to walk away.

Obamacare Rates to Skyrocket 50-75 Percent in Arizona

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 03:00 PM PDT

Arizona's Obamacare marketplace rates are set to skyrocket as the state's two remaining insurers in the marketplace raise their rates 50-75 percent.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona will sell marketplace plans in every county but Maricopa, hiking rates up to 51 percent while Centene Corp. will sell "Ambetter" plans in every county in the state with rate increases of up to 74.5 percent, according to the Arizona Republic.

The amount customers of the Obamacare exchanges pay vary depending on age, coverage levels, and income–all factors that determine how much customers receive in subsidies that offset the costs of premiums.

Seven out of ten Arizonans reportedly get subsidized coverage.

Winter outlook: Warm south; cooler north; murky in middle

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 02:30 PM PDT

WASHINGTON (AP) — Federal forecasters predict this winter may paint the U.S. in stripes of different weather: Warmer and drier than normal in the south, and colder and wetter than usual in the far north.

The National Weather Service winter outlook , issued Thursday, gets murky in the nation's middle belt, with no particular expectation for trends in temperature or precipitation.

Still, some nasty storms might make the winter there memorable, said Mike Halpert, deputy director of the weather service's Climate Prediction Center.

The major driver of the winter forecast is a budding La Nina, a cooling of the central Pacific that warps weather worldwide and is the flip side of the better-known El Nino, Halpert said.

Laurel - State Police have arrested a Delmar man after he pulled a knife on troopers during a traffic stop near Laurel.

The incident occurred Thursday October 20, 2016 around 10:10 p.m. as troopers from the Pro-Active Criminal Enforcement (P.A.C.E.) team observed a male walking northbound on Sussex Highway (US13) in the area of Gordy Road without an illumination device. The troopers performed a traffic stop on the pedestrian, who was later identified as Saa'diq A. Holmes, 18 of Delmar, Delaware, and requested to perform a pat-down search. Sen. Ted Cruz called for a "serious criminal investigation" into multiple visits to the White House by Democratic consultant Robert Creamer after undercover videos showed he was involved in hiring protesters to disrupt Donald Trump events.

"Voter fraud operative: 45 meetings w/ Obama—this merits a serious criminal investigation (not a James Comey 'friends and family' cover-up)," the Texas Republican tweeted Wednesday, referring to Mr. Comey, FBI director.

Mr. Cruz's comment came after the Daily Caller reported that White that Mr. Creamer has paid 342 visits to the White House, including 47 with Mr. Obama, since 2009.

Berlin cop serves town and country

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 01:58 PM PDT

Cpl. Merle Bragg was less than 24 hours away from another lengthy deployment with the U.S. Army National Guard. It would have been a familiar story for the 50-year-old veteran, before the state granted a hardship approval memorandum to keep him on duty with the Berlin Police Department.

A native of northern Maine, Bragg said the service "kicked [him] around" between different units until he ended up in Maryland 26 years ago. He has been a member of the Berlin Police force for two decades.

For Bragg, entry into the service had been a foregone conclusion since middle school.

"I joined the delayed entry program with the Army between my junior and senior year of high school. I told my dad when I was 12, I wanted to be a soldier," he said. "I was a farmer [and] didn't want to be a farmer. I wanted to do something else.

‘Most accurate’ poll: Trump leads Hillary by 1

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 01:00 PM PDT

Wildly different results in establishment media surveys

The IBDC-TIPP Presidential Election Tracking Poll, described as the "most accurate poll in recent presidential elections," on Wednesday had Donald Trump leading Hillary Clinton by one point, 41 percent to 40 percent.

But a variety of other polls showed wildly disparate results, including one from the left-leaning Bloomberg that indicated Clinton was ahead by nine points.

The survey by Investor's Business Daily and TechnoMetric Market Intelligence had Trump at 41.3 percent to Clinton's 40 percent nationally and leading across the Midwest and South.

It also found 67 percent of Trump supporters are "strong" in their support, while Clinton has that level from only 58 percent.

The survey questioned 788 likely voters, with a margin of error of 3.3 percentage points.

Comptroller Franchot Announces Opening of New Taxpayer Call Center in Salisbury

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 12:30 PM PDT

Facility will enable quicker responses to taxpayers' questions, add up to 25 jobs

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – At today's Board of Public Works meeting, Comptroller Peter Franchot announced plans to open his agency's first remote customer call center to assist taxpayers during the 2017 tax season. The new center, which will open in early January adjacent to the existing Salisbury Branch Office at Sea Gull Square, will enhance the agency's ability to assist taxpayers in a timely manner and add up to 25 jobs to the local economy.

"This new center will substantially increase our capacity to respond more quickly to taxpayers' calls – especially during the busy tax season — and boost Salisbury's local economy with some new jobs," Comptroller Franchot said.

The new center's staff will assist Marylanders with tax questions and tax payment options. During the busy tax season from January through April, the agency's current Taxpayer Services unit in Annapolis typically swells from 35 to 75 employees to handle the volume of taxpayer inquiries. Some of the new Salisbury jobs will be permanent and others will be temporary during the tax season.

Salisbury University President Janet Dudley-Eshbach praised Comptroller Franchot for his broad vision and his ability to work with multiple constituencies to benefit Maryland taxpayers.

"We are pleased that the Maryland Comptroller's Office is creating its first remote customer call center in the state at Sea Gull Square on the campus of Salisbury University," President Dudley-Eshbach said. "The Lower Eastern Shore will benefit from the 25 professional jobs to be offered at the center. SU students, we hope, also will have opportunities to learn there with internships in communications, public service and other fields."

Salisbury Mayor Jake Day said the city is proud to welcome an expansion of the Comptroller's Office.

"Maryland taxpayers from the Eastern Shore are grateful for the services provided from this office without requiring trips over the Bay Bridge," Mayor Day said. "We thank the talented team in the Comptroller's Office and Comptroller Franchot for his continued, focused and dedicated service to Maryland, the Eastern Shore and Salisbury."

Training for the new hires will begin at the Salisbury office and continue in Annapolis later this fall. The call center will not be open to the public, but anyone with a tax question or in need of free tax help can stop by the neighboring Salisbury Branch Office at Unit 182, 1306 S. Salisbury Blvd., weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Anyone interested in one of the positions may go to https://www.jobaps.com/MD/ for more information and to apply.

Las Vegas Crowd Chants 'Lock Her Up' as CNN Tries to Discuss Election

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 12:00 PM PDT

An on-site CNN panel had difficulty on Wednesday discussing the 2016 electoral map and what both presidential candidates should do in their third debate later that night when a crowd in Las Vegas began relentlessly chanting "lock her up" for at least a minute straight.

The Washington Post's Dan Balz tried to talk over them, but due to a faulty microphone, was initially unsuccessful.

"To be more subdued, to be a different Donald Trump," Balz said while discussing what he thinks the Republican nominee should do to garner more support.

"To be a president?" CNN's John King asked.

MAJOR TRAFFIC PATTERN CHANGE COMING TO US 13 SALISBURY BYPASS NEXT WEEK

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 11:30 AM PDT

Temporary Shift to Bidirectional Traffic Needed for 11-Bridge Rehabilitation Project; Motorists Urged to Use Caution and Allow Extra Travel Time

The first of four major traffic shifts for the US 13 (Salisbury Bypass) 11-bridge rehabilitation project will take place Monday, October 24. The Maryland Department of Transportation's State Highway Administration (SHA) will use median and ramp crossovers, concrete barrier and signage to redirect US 13 northbound motorists to the southbound side of US 13 prior to the US 50 interchange. This bidirectional flow will continue beyond the Norfolk Southern railroad overpass where northbound US 13 traffic will cross back over the median and resume normal flow. All ramp movements will be maintained.

The shift will allow crews to begin rehabilitation of the US 13 northbound bridges over US 50, MD 346 (Old Ocean City Road) and the railroad. In November, SHA will send northbound US 13 traffic into bidirectional flow slightly further to the south, using a median crossover just south of Parker Pond. This will allow work to begin on the northbound US 13 bridges over Parker Pond and MD 350 (Mt. Hermon Road).

In May, SHA will return US 13 to normal flow north of US 50 in anticipation of heavy summer beach traffic. From October 2017 to May 2018 traffic will run bidirectional on the northbound lanes to accommodate rehabilitation of the southbound bridges. All work will be completed by summer 2018.

Speed limits through the work zone will be reduced from 65 to 55 mph. Click here for information about the project.

SHA awarded the construction contract to Corman Construction of Annapolis Junction. Every day, 36,225 vehicles travel the Bypass and this volume is expected to reach 53,000 by 2035. The bypass is a major beach route with traffic increasing 15 percent during the summer.

While SHA and its transportation partners work hard to maintain safe traffic mobility in work zones, each driver needs to actively modify his or her driving style to help prevent crashes. Stay alert and look for reduced speed limits, narrow driving lanes and highway workers. Slow down and don't follow too closely. Work Zone Safety is in Your Hands.

A complete listing of current SHA projects is included in e-Road Ready 2016, the online brochure. Maryland drivers can also know before they go by calling 511 or visiting www.md511.org for live traffic updates, including construction delays and lane closures.

Those who have questions about this project may contact the SHA District 1 Office at 410-677-4000.

Democratic operative plotted to have women bullied by men at Trump rally

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 11:00 AM PDT

The White House moved Wednesday to distance itself from a Democratic dirty-tricks scandal amid Republican calls for an investigation and newly released footage revealing that a Hillary Clinton campaign consultant schemed to have women bullied at a Donald Trump rally.

The latest hidden-camera video posted by Project Veritas shows Aaron Black, an associate at the Democratic consulting firm Democracy Partners, brainstorming about how to make sure pro-Trump men bully hired female agitators.

"So we get people behind Trump when he's at a rally, but we make sure it's women and they are positioned next to men," said Mr. Black. "We want images of the men bullying the women who are trying to hold their signs up. That's what I'm going to do. That is what we're going to do. That is the hit."

Sen. Ted Cruz, Texas Republican, called for the FBI to conduct a "serious criminal investigation," while the Public Interest Legal Foundation filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission against the Clinton campaign, the Democratic National Committee and two political consulting firms.

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said the videos reveal a "fundamental threat to our democracy."

Mosby Calls For Reforms In Police Misconduct Investigation

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 10:30 AM PDT

Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby is pushing for policy reforms to investigate and prosecute police misconduct.

Thursday morning, Mosby announced five proposals that she would like to see take effect in Baltimore.

"The ultimate goal will be to provide the community with a seat at the table," Mosby said. "My first proposal involves replacing the typical police investigative team with one that includes impartial investigative representation from the Police Department, the prosecutor's office, state police and the investigator and civilian review board."

Mosby said a collaborative approach will improve transparency, remove the pressure of police investigating fellow officers and eliminate bias and skepticism during the early investigation stages.

"My second proposal is to grant police powers to the State's Attorney's Office in Baltimore City," Mosby said.

Rurally Speaking: Are You a Member of a Fire “Club” or a Fire Department?

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 10:15 AM PDT

By Carl J. Haddon

We, as rural firefighters, are certainly part of the great fraternal brotherhood that is the American fire service. However, I ask the uncomfortable question: Is your "department" more of a "social club" than it is a fire department?

Volunteer retention and recruitment is a struggle for the best of fire departments. Certain concessions need to be made, or at least considered, to be able to maintain adequate volunteer staffing numbers. Rural departments face different challenges than urban departments, and the challenges of running rural volunteer departments are a whole other "bag of cats," right? Concessions, in my opinion, are fine when it comes to things that don't compromise safety and firefighter survival. There are, however, some things that we cannot, or certainly should not, waiver on or make concessions about. At a minimum, two of those things are hiring and training. Training speaks for itself. And even though members are volunteers, they are—or should be—associated with the department through a hiring process.

An alarming number of rural volunteer departments today are hesitant to run criminal background checks, or even driving record checks on potential new members for fear of chasing off prospective volunteers. Additionally, I hear story after story about how difficult it is to get people to training. And, "If we require training more than once a month for a couple of hours, our members threaten to quit." These statements defy logic to me. I certainly want—and you should want—the firefighters that I'm running calls with to be comfortable that I'm not a convicted felon, or someone with a history of DUI, while I'm behind the wheel of an apparatusen route to a call, don't you? This is to say nothing of the huge risk and liability exposure to the department/city/county/district as a whole.

Fed risks repeating Lehman blunder as US recession storm gathers

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 10:00 AM PDT

The risk of a US recession next year is rising fast. The Federal Reserve has no margin for error.

Liquidity is suddenly drying up. Early warning indicators from US 'flow of funds' data point to an incipent squeeze, the long-feared capitulation after five successive quarters of declining corporate profits.

Yet the Fed is methodically draining money through 'reverse repos' regardless. It has set the course for a rise in interest rates in Decemberand seems to be on automatic pilot.

"We are seeing a serious deterioration on a monthly basis," said Michael Howell from CrossBorder Capital, specialists in global liquidity. The signals lead the economic cycle by six to nine months.

"We think the US is heading for recession by the Spring of 2017. It is absolutely bonkers for the Fed to even think about raising rates right now," he said.

WIKILEAKS: Podesta Says It’s OK for Illegals to Vote With Driver’s License….

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 09:53 AM PDT

In the latest Wikileaks Podesta documents John Podesta actually says it is OK for illegals to vote if they have a driver's license.

Trump says the system is rigged.
Then we see this email the next day.

John Podesta: I think Teddy's idea scratches the itch, is pretty safe and uncomplicated.
On the picture ID, the one thing I have thought of in that space is that if you show up on Election Day with a drivers license with a picture, attest that you are a citizen, you have a right to vote in Federal elections.

Hillary’s open borders ‘dream’ is a nightmare for workers

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 09:45 AM PDT

Immigration will take center stage Wednesday night at the final Donald Trump-Hillary Clinton debate. Clinton dreams of "open borders." Count on her to yank on your heartstrings. But workers who are losing their jobs to newcomers from other countries know first-hand the danger of increasing immigration.

Trump's challenge will be to convince voters that putting American workers first is not racist or xenophobic. It's simple economics. Hillary's "dream" of open borders is a nightmare for wage earners.

Do the math: In the last 12 months, jobs held by immigrants have increased five times as fast as those held by US-born workers. The American labor force is being displaced at a rapid pace.

To add insult to injury, some pink-slipped workers are being forced to train low-wage replacements after they've been fired. Last year, Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla., fired 250 tech workers and then demanded they spend their final weeks on the job teaching their replacements from India.

Clinton promises to protect American jobs. Don't count on it. Hillary's "private position" on open borders — her secret dream of unlimited immigration — is one of the bombshell revelations in the recent WikiLeaks disclosure of her paid speeches.

Now it's clear why she refused to disclose these speeches when Bernie Sanders demanded them.

Emails Surface Between Hillary Clinton, Bryan Pagliano — Which She Did 'Not Recall' Under Oath

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 09:37 AM PDT

Hillary Clinton certainly had conversations with Bryan Pagliano, contradicting a statement she made under oath that she "does not recall" talking to him about managing the unsecured private email server she used to conduct all her business as Secretary of State.

Clinton talked to Pagliano — the IT staffer who pleaded the Fifth Amendment in the FBI investigation of her handling of classified materials — urgently about Blackberry trouble, according to new emails obtained by Judicial Watch.

When asked by Judicial Watch under oath to "identify all communications between you and Brian Pagliano" about the email server, Clinton dodged the request with a claim that she could not remember any such communications.

"Secretary Clinton states that she does not recall having communications with Bryan Pagliano concerning or relating to the management, preservation, deletion, or destruction of any e-mails in her clintonemail.com email account," according to Clinton's sworn testimony, which includes multiple objections in that answer alone.

These messages also join the pile of work-related emails that Clinton failed to turn over to the Department of State to comply with federal records-keeping laws — contradicting Clinton's insistence that any emails she failed to produce were personal in nature.

Wicomico Tables Impact Fee Talks, But Council Plans To Revisit Issue Soon

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 09:30 AM PDT

SALISBURY – Wicomico County Council members did not vote to repeal development impact fees in Tuesday's meeting, but instead have tabled discussions until other proposed options are reviewed.

Councilman Ernest Davis suggested altering portions of the current code that would eliminate the fees, but not the legislation, allowing the county to re-add fees in the future if needed.

Council President John Cannon, however, said keeping the legislation, even without a dollar amount, would do nothing for the county.

"I didn't vote to table the issue because I thought it was a matter of semantics," he said. "I don't really see what you are gaining because whether the bill is still on the books or it is deleted, someone can still bring it back on the table later."

Cannon said he was surprised by the turn of events at Tuesday's meeting and was certain the repeal would pass.

He even went so far as to claim that 'his' emails on WikiLeaks were altered - which is false. His truculence only further prove the organization (WikiLeaks) is a threat to their power structure and accurately portraying the DNC/Clinton Campaign cartel in all it's corrupt glory.

Additionally, ask yourselves this... When WikiLeaks was revealing corruption in the Bush Administration, the Left heralded them as heroes! Accurate. Precise. However, now, they are damning the organization. Shouldn't this be a sign to you all? Judge doubles down against Obama’s bathroom plan

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 09:23 AM PDT

'The scope of this injunction should be and is nationwide'

A federal judge on Wednesday doubled down on his suspension of President Obama's transgender bathroom plan for schools, affirming the injunction prevents the imposition of the program nationwide.

"It is clear from Supreme Court and Fifth Circuit precedent that this court has the power to issue a nationwide injunction where appropriate," ruled U.S. District Judge Reed O'Connor in Texas. "Both Title IX and Title VII rely on the consistent, uniform application of national standards in education and workplace policy.

"A nationwide injunction is necessary because the alleged violation extends nationwide. Defendants are a group of agencies and administrators capable of enforcing their guidelines nationwide, affecting numerous state and school district facilities across the country.

"Should the court only limit the injunction to the plaintiff states who are a party to this cause of action, the court risks a 'substantial likelihood that a geographically limited injunction would be ineffective.'"

Lawyers announce in Vegas their plan for paternity suit

NEW YORK – In the hours before the third and final presidential debate, attorneys for Danney Williams, the 30-year-old who has for decades claimed to be the black son of Bill Clinton, were in Las Vegas to announce their intention to file a paternity suit demanding DNA evidence from the former president.

Accompanying the dramatic announcement is a rap music video celebrating Williams that has begun to go viral on the Internet.

"Justice for Danney Williams" is the title of the piece produced by the act Freenauts. It can be found on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.

George V. Gates IV of New Orleans and Bruce Fein, of Washington, D.C., held a press conference Wednesday with Williams in Las Vegas, the site of the debate.

Hillary Clinton bodyguard tells how they hated her so much they LAUGHED when she broke her elbow

Clinton was walking to her car in the State Department basement ahead of a White House meeting when the incident occurred.

'It was kind of like payback. You're treating us like s*** — hey, karma is a b****! We were smiling to ourselves,' an agent who witnessed the fall told The New York Post.

The glee didn't last long, though, the source said.

California Attorney General Launches Criminal Probe Into Wells Fargo Over Fake Accounts

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 09:00 AM PDT

According to a report by the LA Times, California Department of Justice is investigating Wells Fargo on allegations of criminal identity theft over its creation of millions of unauthorized accounts, according to a search warrant sent to the bank's San Francisco headquarters this month. The warrant and related documents, served Oct. 5 and obtained by The Times through a FOIA request, confirm that California AG Kamala Harris, in the final weeks of a run for U.S. Senate, has joined the growing list of public officials and agencies investigating the bank in connection with the accounts scandal.

As Reuters adds, the AG warrant seeks to seize documents at Wells, and cites probable cause that felonies were committed at the bank.

Harris' office demanded the bank turn over a trove of information, including the identities of California customers who had unauthorized accounts opened in their names, information about fees related to those accounts, the names of the Wells Fargo employees who opened the accounts, the names of those employees' managers and emails or other communication related to those accounts. Her office is also requesting the same information about accounts opened by Wells Fargo workers in California for customers in other states.

While on the surface this would be an admirable move, it appears to be merely the latest attempt by a politician to score brownie points with voters. According to the LA Times, Harris has made her combat of wrongdoing in the financial services industry one of the themes of her Senatorial campaign. She has especially pointed to her role in negotiating $20 billion in relief from banks for California homeowners who lost homes or suffered losses in the housing bust. But that deal failed to live up to promises she had made to send those responsible to jail, opening her up to some criticism.

Alarmist Scientists Are Trying To Hide News The Planet Is Greener

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 08:45 AM PDT

Alarmist scientists are trying to cover up the good news that rising CO2 levels are making the planet turn greener. And that even includes one of the scientists who made the discovery in the first place.

The discovery was first announced in 2012 in a lecture by Professor Ryanga Myneni of the University of Boston.

Rising CO2 levels are causing the planet to get greener, Myneni revealed. In the last 30 years, he estimated, the planet's greenery has increased by 14 per cent. About half of this, he calculated, was a direct result of increased carbon dioxide levels, rather than of other factors like warmth, irrigation or fertilisers. And the area covered is vast: as Myneni's co-author Zaichun Zhu, of Beijing University, puts it, it's equivalent to adding a green continent twice the size of mainland USA.

'Nineteen days out from the election, you've been labeled a racist, you've been called a sexist, how...' Marshall began to ask the Republican presidential nominee.

But Trump didn't let the reporter finish, simply saying 'Thank you very much' before he began to walk away.

The state's chief investment officer told lawmakers Wednesday that the pension system is weighing how efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions could lower the value of some of its investments, and how to shift more money to environmentally friendly industries, such as renewable energy.

Members of the General Assembly requested the briefing as large investors around the country are increasingly selling assets linked to fossil fuels and urging companies to reduce emissions.

Huma on Hillary’s $12M Morocco fiasco: ‘She created this mess and she knows it’

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 08:07 AM PDT

Hillary Clinton solicited a $12 million donation from a government that her State Department considered corrupt, then realized the "mess" it would cause to her presidential run, a newly leaked email reveals.

King Mohammed VI of Morocco agreed to give the money to the Clinton Foundation, provided that it hold a convention in his country in May 2015 with Clinton as the keynote speaker.

But Clinton realized that the conference, slated for a month after she announced her run for president, would hurt her candidacy.

"No matter what happens, she will be in Morocco hosting CGI [Clinton Global Initiative] on May 5-7, 2015. Her presence was a condition for the Moroccans to proceed so there is no going back on this," top Clinton aide Huma Abedin wrote to campaign manager Robby Mook in a November 2014 email revealed by WikiLeaks.

'Smoking Gun' Email Confirms DNC Involvement In Inciting Violence At Trump Rallies

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 07:53 AM PDT

Just another plume of smoke?

Just a few days ago, Project Veritas released a bombshell video exposing coordinated efforts between the Hillary Clinton campaign, the Democratic National Committee, Democracy Partners (run by Robert Creamer) and The Foval Group (run by Scott Foval) to incite violence at Trump rallies across the country. The Clinton campaign and the DNC have vehemently denied the validity of the Project Veritas video but new emails discovered from WikiLeaks' previous "DNC Leaks" seem to confirm the DNC's involvement.

Recall in the first Project Veritas video, that the following people made the following claims (video below):
"Aaron Black" (real name: Aaron Minter) (appears at 9 mins 10 secs): "So, I'm basically deputy rapid response directorfor the DNC for all thing Trump on the ground. Nobody is really supposed to know about me. So the Chicago protest when they shut all that, that was us. It was more him (Bob Creamer) than me, but non of this is supposed to come back to us, because we want it coming from people, we don't want it to come from the party."

Bob Creamer (appears at 10 mins 50 secs): "We have a call with the campaign every day to go over the focuses that need to be undertaken."

Zulema Rodrigues (appears at 10 mins 58 secs): "I just had a call with the campaign and the DNC. Everyday at one o'clock."

Well, if the video is faked, then it is certainly odd that several of the comments above line up perfectly with the email below in which Bob Creamer reaches out to Luis Miranda, the Communications Director for the Democratic National Committee, to setup a conference call. Here are a couple of the "coincidences":

First, the call is titled the "Trump Rapid Response" call, which perfectly aligns with Aaron Black's comment above that he is the "Rapid Response Director."
Second, the call is scheduled for 1pm which is exactly when Zulema Rodriguez confirms that she has her daily call with the "campaign and the DNC."

Apple: 90% Of “Apple” Power Accessories Sold On Amazon Are Fake

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 07:37 AM PDT

For years, Amazon and Apple have fought their own battles when it comes to counterfeit products: third-party retailers selling lookalike Apple accessoriesand companies hawking fake name-brand products on the e-commerce site. Now, the two issues have come together, with a lawsuit claiming that 90% of the supposed Apple power accessories listed on the site are fake.

The revelation came as Apple filed a trademark lawsuit against Mobile Star LLC, claiming the company sold counterfeit power products — like adapters and charging cables — on Amazon, Patently Apple reports.

According to the lawsuit [PDF], Mobile Star illegally used Apple's trademark to sell the products, which were not safety tested and posed risks to consumers.

"Counterfeit power products, such as those supplied by Mobile Star, pose an immediate threat to consumer safety because, unlike genuine Apple products, they are not subjected to industry-standard consumer safety testing and are poorly constructed," the suit states, noting that the fake products have the potential to overheat, catch fire, and deliver a deadly electric shock to customers.

Pocomoke hears grim report from fiscal year 2016

Partner Mike Kleger and Manager Leslie Michalik of Pigg, Krahl and Stern accountants delivered Pocomoke's financial statements and audit report for fiscal 2016, which ended June 30, and noted a deficit in net position of $639,000 from last year.

Net position is the term, adopted in 2011, that replaces net assets. The shorthand in describing the term is if 100 widgets were purchased for one dollar each, but are now trading for $9, the net position is worth $900, or the total current value minus the cost of the initial investment.

"The City's combined net position, after depreciation, at June 30, 2016 was $10,705,000. Of this total, $13,400,000 is invested in capital assets or restricted for special revenue leaving an unrestricted deficit in net position of $2,696,000," the report reads.

Meaning, the town's liabilities outweigh its assets by almost $2.7 million.

Watkins Lawsuit Over Pepper Tin Sizes Will Go Forward In Federal Court

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 07:23 AM PDT

If the outside of a food package is the same, especially for a food you don't buy very often, do you notice? Longtime Consumerist readers might, but most people wouldn't. Last year, spice giant McCormick quietly shrank down the contents of its boxes of black pepper, but kept using the same size container. Tiny competitor Watkins noticed, and filed a federal lawsuit against McCormick accusing it of false advertising. A judge decided this week that the lawsuit could go forward.

McCormick didn't see the problem with this difference in its packaging:

Mark Jacobs, chief executive of Watkins, explained to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune that his company was new to the spice market, and noticed that McCormick was dropping its pepper prices while the wholesale price was going up. Wondering how such a thing was possible, that's when the company noticed that the containers were the same size, but sometimes considerably lighter.

East Vs. West Division Is About The Dollar - Not Nuclear War

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 07:15 AM PDT

The interesting thing about working in alternative economics is that inevitably you will become the designated buzzkill. You may be presenting the facts on the ground and the reality behind the numbers, but most of what you have to report will not be pleasant. Alternative economists are doomed to be labeled "doom and gloomers." And that's okay…

The truth is what it is, and sometimes it hurts people obsessed with undue positivism and bull market naivety. However, as bad as we seem to be when it comes to a negative outlook, we do not necessarily present the most ugly options on the table.

There is an undeniable trend by some within the liberty movement to assume a Mad Max-style end game to our ever expanding house of cards. That is to say, they see the only plausible outcome being apocalyptic in nature, and nuclear holocaust fits well within this viewpoint. In many cases, the argument is sometimes presented that WWIII is in the best interests of global elites seeking a catalyst for their so-called "new world order."

This is not to say that I don't think WWIII is a possibility; it certainly is. But I remain rather skeptical of the usefulness of nuclear war for the elites. Primarily because everything they openly claim they hope to accomplish can be accomplished without nukes.

Windshield Locks Could Be Parking Enforcement’s New Tool of Choice

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 07:07 AM PDT

Putting a boot on a car to crack down on illegally parked vehicles could be a thing of the past in at least one city, where parking enforcement officials are considering an alternative mechanism: a windshield lock that makes it impossible for parking violators to see anything, preventing them from driving away

They call it the Barnacle: a large, yellow thing that looks like an unfolded briefcase, reports The Philadelphia Inquirer, which attaches to the windshield with two suction cups, securing it with 750 pounds of force. It can only be removed with a keypad on the device, or wirelessly by parking enforcement.

Drivers in Allentown, PA are now facing the Barnacle treatment if they run afoul of parking regulations as part of a pilot program, and if it proves effective there, the Philadelphia Parking Authority might give it a go in Philly.

"Can't I just stick my head out the window and drive off?" you might be asking. Sure, but it's illegal, and not as easy as you might think.

"If you ever actually try to drive that way, it's physically very difficult," Kevin Dougherty, president of New York-based Barnacle Parking Enforcement tells The Inquirer. "Cars are designed to keep you in."

Hillary escapes default in Benghazi case

Obama appointee gives Clinton pass after she failed to respond

Hillary Clinton has escaped a default judgment that was entered in a case over her liability for the deaths of Americans in Benghazi when an Obama-appointed judge adopted claims that she wasn't properly served.

That excuse, however, now is over as the case moves forward.

"Whether or not the defendant was served with process in accordance with the applicable state law, defendant is now on notice of this lawsuit, and counsel entered an appearance on her behalf of Sept. 15, 2016," wrote Judge Amy Berman Jackson on Wednesday.

Jackson was appointed to the bench by Obama in 2011.

WND reported in August the claims were brought by the parents of two of the Americans killed by Islamic terrorists in Benghazi.

The case was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by lawyer Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch USA on behalf of Patricia Smith, the mother of Sean Smith, and Charles Woods, the father of Tyrone Woods. The parents cite the FBI's determination that Clinton's handling of classified information through the use of a nonsecure, private email server was "extremely careless."

Kroger responds to two employees’ refusal to serve pro-police customers

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 06:45 AM PDT

Kroger Co. was caught in a firestorm after customers at stores in Texas and Louisiana complained that cashiers wouldn't serve them because they wore pro-police T-shirts.

The two incidents occurred in the last two weeks in the Houston suburb of Spring, Texas, and Alexandria, La. The customer in Spring told KTRK-TV she was wearing a "Police Lives Matter/All Lives Matter" shirt and the cashier stepped away from the register and refused to ring up her groceries, saying she was offended by the shirt. The woman said she's the wife of a police officer.

A similar incident in Alexandria, La., on Sept. 27 involved a Pineville, La., police officer who was off duty and wearing a pro-law enforcement T-shirt. The cashier allegedly refused to serve her, saying she had problems with the police, according to the Blue Lives Matter website.

The Blue Bow Foundation, a Houston-area nonprofit aimed at supporting law enforcement officers, pulled its link to Kroger's rewards program after the incident. Blue Bow, like many nonprofits, had an arrangement that gives the foundation a donation when supporters use the Kroger rewards card.

"Due to the recent situation in which a police wife was refused service at a local Kroger store for wearing a 'Police Lives Matter, All Lives Matter' T-shirt, The Blue Bow Foundation regrets to announce that we are cutting our ties with the Kroger Plus Rewards Program," it said in a statement on its website. "It is our understanding that similar situations have occurred at other Kroger stores as well. We do not condone and cannot support an organization that refuses to immediately and unequivocally stand up for officers, their families or anyone who supports them."

Washington Post Backs Hillary; Says Benghazi 'No Scandal at All'

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 06:37 AM PDT

The Washington Post endorsed Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton for president on Thursday. That was predictable. What was less predictable was the incredibly weak, and misleading, case the Post editorial board attempted to make as it argued that she is not the lesser of two evils, but will make an "excellent" president.

The Post cannot highlight Clinton's achievements. Instead, it re-casts her many failures as "a series of learning experiences that have prepared her well" for the Oval Office.

For example, it excuses Clinton's role in the ill-fated Russian "reset" by pretending that no one could have predicted the result: "When Ms. Clinton launched the policy, Dmitry Medvedev, not Vladimir Putin, was president of Russia, and nobody — maybe not even Mr. Putin — knew how things would play out." Everyone knew that Putin controlled the real power behind Medvedev, and the Russians immediately took advantage of Clinton's weakness, pushing back U.S. missile defenses.

The Post cites Clinton's "executive experience" as Secretary of State, but cites no actual accomplishments. The word "Iran" does not appear once in the editorial.

Most laughable of all, the Post describes the Benghazi terror attack as a "hyper-investigated" controversy that "proved to be no scandal at all." Never mind Clinton's dereliction of duty on the night of Sep. 11; never mind her refusal to provide increased security beforehand; never mind her lies about a YouTube video; never mind the intimidation of witnesses when investigations began; never mind the emails she destroyed, while under subpoena.

More Maryland tax-filers move out than move in

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 06:30 AM PDT

Maryland had more tax-filers move out than move in last year, as families headed south to states such as Virginia and Florida.

The state saw a net loss of nearly 8,000 households, as 68,384 families opted to go abroad or to another state but just 60,429 moved in, according to new Internal Revenue Service data. About 63,356 households relocated within the state, said the IRS, which tracked the number of filers using a different address in 2015 than in 2014.

Much of the movement in and out was between Virginia and Washington, D.C. As in prior years, Florida saw the biggest net increase of Maryland families.

Obama Urges Press "Curation" Needed As Trump Plans New Attack On New York Times

Bombshell after bombshell has come out from the latest round of Wikileaks documents about Hillary

Less than a month to go before the election, the revelations are piling up.

Bombshell after bombshell has come out from the latest round of Wikileaks documents about Hillary.

What the GOP could get from testimony and official investigative vetting of the former Secretary of State has been produced by the robin hoods of the digital age.

Despite clear evidence that the future Madam President has colluded with unsavory foreign leaders, traded access for cash and engaged in an enterprising empire of cronyism in toppling countries and exchanging no-bid contracts to manage the messes made all across the globe… and obviously much, much more… despite all this, Hillary remains closer than ever to the coveted White House, the prime lobbyist-in-chief office for the military industrial complex and various other related tentacles of the establishment.

Among other scandals that have been summarily dismissed by the military comes a document showing clearly that Hillary Clinton and her staff literally discussed the blowback of a system that willingly produced a population of unaware, trendy people now gripped by social media.

Posted: 21 Oct 2016 06:00 AM PDT

Newly leaked emails show the political calculations that went into Hillary Clinton's decision to back away from supporting the controversial Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP), a trade deal aides privately conceded she would "ultimately" support.

The deliberations were revealed in hacked emails purportedly from Campaign Chairman John Podesta's account that WikiLeaks has published.

In one March 25, 2015, message shortly before Clinton entered the race, senior speechwriter Dan Schwerin sent senior staff, including Podesta and communications director Jennifer Palmieri, a draft letter on trade.

"This draft assumes that she's ultimately going to support both TPA and TPP. It focuses on what needs to happen to produce a positive result with TPP, and casts support for [Trade Promotion Authority] as one of those steps," he wrote.

At the time of the emails, Congress was preparing for a heated debate on what's known as trade promotion authority (TPA), which would give the White House power to fast-track deals like the TPP. However, Clinton primary foe Bernie Sanders was an ardent opponent of the Pacific nation trade pact, arguing it's bad for workers.

At the time, Clinton found herself in an awkward spot, having been a past supporter, as some union figures spoke out against the deal. In a November 2012 speech in Australia, Clinton infamously proclaimed that TPP "sets the gold standard in trade agreements to open free, transparent, fair trade." The statement dogged Clinton throughout the primary campaign, and Republican Donald Trump since has repeatedly used it in debates and on the campaign trail.

Donald Trump Wins Third Debate -- Finally, a Fair Fight

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton each delivered impressive performances on Wednesday night, but the night belonged to the Republican challenger, who stuck to a repeated theme: that Clinton is to blame for the very problems she promises to fix.

Clinton's lines were well-rehearsed, but blunted somewhat by the fact that many of them were old. On several occasions, she was forced to filibuster — such as when moderator Chris Wallace asked her to explain her dream of "open borders," which she revealed to a Brazilian bank in one of the confidential speeches released recently by Wikileaks. (Clinton's response was to claim, rather implausibly, that she was talking only about "energy," and then to claim Trump was helping Russian hackers.)

Wallace, in an understated way, was the star of the night: he was the only fair-minded moderator of the entire presidential series, who posed tough questions to both candidates and scolded the audience when it favored one side or the other. He also pressed Clinton on her conflicts of interest at the Clinton Foundation, refusing to allow her to wriggle away from the question by talking about the good work her charity does. And he challenged some of Trump's inaccurate past statements on Syria.

U.S. Foreign Policy 'Elites' Eagerly Await Expansion Of Overseas Wars Under Hillary Clinton

Your average American Hillary Clinton supporter will smugly head to the polls on November 8th, entirely self-assured of his or her vital role in the defeat of fascism in these United States. It won't take long for such childish delusions to be vanquished by the horror of subsequent reckless and unnecessary imperial conflagrations that will be inevitably unleashed by their savior throughout the world.

The extreme dangers faced by the planet as a result of neocon warmonger Hillary Clinton becoming President have been apparent for a very long time. Oliver Stone and many others have vocally warned about it, and I've covered the topic on many occasions; including in the following posts:
