He's With Her: Inside Paul Ryan's Months-Long Campaign to Elect Hillary Clinton President Posted: 24 Oct 2016 09:00 PM PDT Donald Trump made headlines this week when he questioned whether Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan wanted him to prevail over Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. "Maybe not," Trump told Good Morning America on Tuesday. "Because maybe he wants to run in four years… or maybe he doesn't know how to win. I mean, who can really know?" Trump said. The view that Ryan "doesn't know how to win," however, neglects the reality that both Ryan and Clinton share a progressive, globalist worldview, which is at odds with Trump's "America first" approach. Indeed, both Clinton and Ryan have said that they see themselves as representatives not only for American citizens, but also for foreign nationals and foreign interests. This view that the needs of foreign citizens are equal to the needs of American citizens reflects the belief that Americans are only part of many interest groups that a lawmaker ought to consider when crafting legislation—even as he or she negotiates with other countries, which always put their citizens first. "I am delighted to be the Senator from Punjab [India] as well as from New York," Clinton reportedly told a group of Indian-Americans on Capitol Hill in 2005. "I can certainly run for the Senate seat in Punjab and win easily," Clinton told a group of Indian donors on a separate occasion. Clinton's remarks became the subject of a hard-hitting 2007 memo circulated by the Obama campaign that labeled his Democratic primary opponent as "Hillary Clinton (D-Punjab)"– implying that Clinton represents foreign nations and citizens rather than her own American constituents. U.N. goes all-in for unlimited migration Posted: 24 Oct 2016 08:00 PM PDT Hillary an enthusiastic supporter of globalist plan for U.S. cities The United Nations has cooked up a "New Urban Agenda" coming soon to a city near you. It was unveiled this week in Quito, Ecuador, at the so-called Habitat III conference. And part of the plan, enthusiastically embraced by Hillary Clinton, calls for unlimited migration across open borders. Migrants displaced by war, failing economies or other hardships will be seen as having "rights" in nations other than their own. Cities are seen as the key battlegrounds and the U.N. conference in Quito had a lot to say about how your city will be expected to embrace migrants of all types, from all regions of the world. By now most Americans who follow world events are familiar with the U.N's plan for global governance as envisioned by its "2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development," approved by some 190 world leaders including President Obama and Pope Francis in September 2015. This agenda includes 17 goals aimed at ending hunger, wiping out poverty and stamping out global income inequality by "transforming our world" through sweeping changes ostensibly aimed at freeing cross-border "labor mobility," among other things. Delmarva Poultry Industry, Inc. Hires First Communications Manager Posted: 24 Oct 2016 07:30 PM PDT As part of its new comprehensive communications program, Delmarva Poultry Industry, Inc. (DPI), the 1,800-member, non-profit trade association for the Delmarva Peninsula's chicken industry, has created a position of Communications Manager to coordinate and manage the organization's outreach efforts. Hired to lead the effort is veteran newspaper reporter and editor James Fisher of Milton, Delaware. Mr. Fisher has made his home on Delmarva since 2003. He has worked as a newspaper reporter and editor for 13 years, covering all kinds of stories — including many stories on agriculture and the poultry industry — for The Daily Times of Salisbury, Maryland, and most recently for The News Journal in Delaware. Examples of his science reporting were recognized with an award in 2015 by the Maryland-Delaware-D.C. Press Association. In that line of work, he has seen up close how communication among agriculture, the public, government, and other industries has evolved. "I'm thrilled to be joining Delmarva Poultry Industry, Inc., working in all kinds of ways — news, member communications, social media, video, and more — to tell the stories of the people who make up the region's most significant agricultural sector," Fisher said. "In my career, I've come to understand that poultry is far more intertwined in the region's economy and culture than many people think at first glance. I'm eager to help DPI spread that understanding even further." Fisher received a bachelor's degree from Bowdoin College in 2002 and a master's degree from the Medill School of Journalism in 2003. He is married to Kathleen, a schoolteacher, and they have two young children. For more than a year, DPI has been developing a comprehensive program to share more positive information about the chicken industry, its people, and its companies with a larger audience. DPI Executive Director Bill Satterfield noted that "there are many positive stories showcasing how our farm families and other members continuously are improving how chickens are raised, how the birds' welfare and care are being enhanced, how industry by-products are being handled in more environmentally sensitive ways, and how they share the values of others on Delmarva and are working to be better neighbors. With our new Communications Manager, we'll step up those outreach efforts." |

Electoral model: Trump has at least an 87% chance of winning Posted: 24 Oct 2016 06:00 PM PDT Not the only "fundamentals"-based model to show a likely Republican victory this year. Alan Abramowitz's "Time for Change" model also pointed to a probable GOP win based on things like the state of the economy, the president's job approval, and whether the party in power has been there for two terms or just one. Abramowitz disowned his own model's prediction this summer, though, on the theory that it only explains whether a generic Republican should defeat a genericDemocrat or vice versa. When you have a nominee who's not at all generic, who in fact much of the public deeply dislikes and has deemed unfit for office, then don't be surprised if that affects the results. In other words, the "Time for Change" model doesn't say who will win the election so much as which party should have won it. And therein lies the tragedy for Republicans in 2016. SEE ALSO: Wikileaks could have a lasting impact on Hillary Clinton This model, called the "Primary Model," looks at different factors than "Time for Change," although the amount of time that the incumbent party has been in power is relevant in both. Unlike Abramowitz, though, the man who developed itis sticking to his guns. More |
Posting Ballot Selfies: Personal Choice or Illegal Act? Posted: 24 Oct 2016 05:30 PM PDT TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — You probably already know whether you'll vote for Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton on Election Day, leaving one important question to consider when you walk into your polling place: Is it OK to take a picture of your ballot? While secrecy in the voting booth has become a thing of the past for those ready to share their views and daily lives on social media, laws nationwide are mixed on whether voters are allowed to take pictures of themselves in the act or of their ballots — "ballot selfies". Federal judges have struck down bans on selfies in New Hampshire and Indiana, and rules have been changed in places like California and Rhode Island, but in many states it's still a violation that carries potential fines or jail terms. There are laws against sharing any photo of your ballot in 18 states, while six other states bar photography in polling places but do allow photos of mail-in ballots, according to a review by The Associated Press. City Of Salisbury Welcomes New Council Member Posted: 24 Oct 2016 05:24 PM PDT City Welcomes New Council Member Salisbury – For the second time in two years, the Salisbury City Council was tasked with interviewing candidates to replace an outgoing Councilmember. This month-long process, as laid out in the charter, began with a call for letters of interest and resumes, and, after interviews and an internal vote, culminated this evening in the swearing in of R. Hardy Rudasill as the new representative of the City's 5th District. Mr. Rudasill, who has his Juris Doctor from the Illinois College of Law, brings a wealth of experience to the Council table, having worked for Senator Paul Sarbanes, the Upward Bound Program at the University of Maryland, the University of Illinois Law Library, Wor-Wic Community College, University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and the Office of the Public Defender, to name just a few. Mr. Rudasill has served the community for the past two years as a member of the City's Housing Board of Adjustments and Appeals. Mayor Jake Day, who, as Council President, encouraged Mr. Rudasill's appointment to the Housing Board of Adjustments and Appeals, said that the Council has made a very wise choice. "I'm honored to congratulate Mr. Rudasill on his appointment to the Council," said the Mayor. "His acumen is matched only by his desire to serve, and the breadth of experience he brings will be a great benefit to his constituents. I look forward to the positive work that this Council will continue to accomplish. I am also proud to see Muir Boda selected as the Council's new Vice President." |
Clinton’s WikiLeaks strategy: Doubt, delay, distract Posted: 24 Oct 2016 05:00 PM PDT ORLANDO, FLA. The emails are full of potential damage for Hillary Clinton. She weighed the political implications of policies. She is close to Wall Street. Her aides gathered information to discredit a woman who'd accused her husband of rape. So how has she so far remained largely unscathed by the unprecedented release of hacked emails? It's one part a deliberate strategy of casting doubt on the authenticity and distracting from the content of the emails, one part fatigue by Americans who already have seen tens of thousands of Clinton's emails and one part a whole lot of luck. With Clinton leading in both national polls and battleground-state surveys, the Democrat is in some ways trying to run out the clock on the election. The WikiLeaks emails do threaten to reinforce voter doubts about Clinton's honesty. But her strategy – refuse to confirm the authenticity of the emails, blame Russia for the hack and say little else – has so far successfully defused the impact by avoiding any talk that would keep voters looking at the content of the messages. Her undisciplined opponent has taken care of the rest. "When you start explaining, you're in trouble," said G. Terry Madonna, the director of theFranklin & Marshall College poll in Pennsylvania. "They are handling it the best way they can. It's about as an effective argument you can make." Clinton demonstrated her approach during this week's final presidential debate. When moderator Chris Wallace asked her about a particular email, for example, she shifted to Russia and Republican opponent Donald Trump's praise of its leader, Vladimir Putin. More |

Mexico arrests ex-police chief in case of 43 missing students Posted: 24 Oct 2016 04:00 PM PDT Mexican authorities arrested on Friday the fugitive former police chief of the city where 43 students disappeared after officers abducted them in 2014, raising hopes of a breakthrough in the case. Following a months-long investigation, federal police detained Felipe Flores Velazquez, 58, as he left a house in Iguala after visiting his wife, said National Security Commissioner Renato Sales. While Flores was finally caught in Iguala, where the mass disappearance occurred more than two years ago, Sales said "he was not always" in the city. |

1,000 Clinton-Petraeus emails missing from records sent to State, FBI files show Posted: 24 Oct 2016 03:00 PM PDT Roughly 1,000 emails between Hillary Clinton and Gen. David Petraeus were thought to be missing from the 30,000 emails provided by Clinton's team to the State Department in December 2014, according to the newly released FBI investigative files. Additional documents obtained through a federal lawsuit by Judicial Watch show Clinton had directed Petraeus to send her emails at her personal address, which was used for all government work during her tenure as secretary of state. In a heavily redacted FBI interview summary from Aug. 17, 2015, a State Department employee from the Office of Information and Programs and Services (IPS), which handles Freedom of Information Act requests, discussed how Petraeus' records apparently were not among the work-related emails provided by the former secretary's team. "CENTCOM records shows approximately 1,000 work-related emails between Clinton's personal email and General David PETRAEUS, former Commander of CENTCOM and former Director of the CIA," said the employee, whose name is redacted, according to the summary. "Most of those 1,000 emails were not believed to be included in the 30,000 emails that IPS was reviewing. Out of the 30,000 emails, IPS only had a few emails from or related to PETRAEUS as well as a few related to Leon PANETTA, former Secretary of Defense." More |
AT&T Buying HBO And CNN Owner Time Warner For $85.4 Billion Posted: 24 Oct 2016 02:30 PM PDT NEW YORK (AP) — AT&T is buying Time Warner, the owner of the Warner Bros. movie studio as well as HBO and CNN, for $85.4 billion in a deal that could shake up the media landscape. The acquisition would combine a telecom giant that owns a leading cellphone business, DirecTV and internet service with the company behind some of the world's most popular entertainment, including "Game of Thrones," the "Harry Potter" franchise and professional basketball. It's the latest big media acquisition by a major cable or phone company — deals like Comcast's 2011 purchase of NBC Universal, all aimed at shoring up businesses upended by the internet. Regulators would have to sign off on the acquisition, no certain thing. The prospect of another media giant on the horizon has already drawn fire on the campaign trail. Speaking in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump vowed to kill it if elected because it concentrates too much "power in the hands of too few." More |

Space Station Accepts 1st Virginia Delivery In 2 Years Posted: 24 Oct 2016 01:30 PM PDT CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. (AP) — The International Space Station received its first shipment from Virginia in more than two years Sunday following a sensational nighttime launch observed 250 miles up and down the East Coast. Orbital ATK's cargo ship pulled up at the space station bearing 5,000 pounds of food, equipment and research. "What a beautiful vehicle," said Japanese astronaut Takuya Onishi, who used the station's big robot arm to grab the vessel. The capture occurred as the spacecraft soared 250 miles above Kyrgyzstan; Onishi likened it to the last 195 meters of a marathon. Last Monday's liftoff from Wallops Island was the first by an Antares rocket since a 2014 launch explosion. Orbital ATK redesigned its Antares rocket and rebuilt the pad. While the Antares was grounded, Virginia-based Orbital ATK kept the NASA supply chain open with deliveries from Cape Canaveral, Florida, using another company's rocket. More |
BREAKING: WikiLeaks Just Dropped Bombshell About Hillary’s Health… The Truth, REVEALED! Posted: 24 Oct 2016 01:23 PM PDT First we learned, Hillary Clinton reached out to the NFL Commissioner in 2012 to ask for advice about dealing with her "cracked head" and head injuries. But the details are even worse than that. It has been confirmed that the State Department staff, under Hillary Clinton, was told to research new drugs to treat Parkinson's disease. Just why would a government employee at Hillary's State Department be researching this topic? Wikileaks reports, you decide: We know now that as Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton dispatched her executive staff in the State Dept. to help conduct research on Provigil, a controlled drug often prescribed for patients suffering from Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and Multiple Sclerosis. Provigil is often used to help such patients stay awake and curb extended bouts of sleep. The drug is also used to treat narcolepsy. In a series of emails spanning from August to Oct. 2011, Clinton asks and receives information from her trusted inner circle on the drug Provigil, including the side effects of the pick-me-upper drug favored by long-haul truckers to stay awake for long periods of time. Reuters/Ipsos Poll: Half Of Republicans Would Reject Election Result If Clinton Wins Posted: 24 Oct 2016 01:00 PM PDT NEW YORK (Reuters) – Donald Trump has repeatedly called this year's presidential election rigged and has coyly said "I will keep you in suspense" on whether he would accept a Hillary Clinton victory, but many Republicans are less circumspect, according to a new poll. Only half of Republicans would accept Clinton, the Democratic nominee, as their president. And if she wins, nearly 70 percent said it would be because of illegal voting or vote rigging, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll released on Friday. Conversely, seven out of 10 Democrats said they would accept a Trump victory and less than 50 percent would attribute it to illegal voting or vote rigging, the poll showed. The findings come after repeated statements by Trump that the media and the political establishment have rigged the election against him. He also has made a number of statements encouraging his supporters to fan out on Election Day to stop illegible voters from casting ballots. More |

Perhaps You Need To Think Deeper Posted: 24 Oct 2016 12:30 PM PDT WHY do you think Hillary Clinton and her staff would flat out say the Russians are behind hacking liberal e-mail, yet never accept guilt to all of the illegal and corrupt findings coming out of them? It's a really good question and I mean it. You see, here's what I think their master plan is. I firmly believe Donald Trump is way ahead of Hillary Clinton and they know it. Look, all you have to do is see who's turning out at the rallies to know who's ahead. I believe Hillary and the Liberals are purposely passing everything on the Russians so they can come back after Trump wins and claim the Russians hacked the election as well. Their next step will be to contest the election and perhaps stir the pot so much so that we may even see the beginning of a revolution. (not saying it might not happen either way) Obama then claims Martial Law, stays in office and Lord knows what the final outcome is. However, the mere fact that Liberals are making such a big deal out of Donald Trump refusing to accept the final results PROVES to me there's something majorly wrong. He has every right to do what he so chooses. Funny, the LIBERALS aren't going after the other Republican candidates who signed a pledge to support whomever became the winner, Donald Trump. Sometimes I think Americans are so stupid. They rarely take the time to really think things out, because there is an outcomes, especially when Liberals are involved. Agree with my thoughts or not, I've started to open your minds as to what might be ahead. One thing is for sure, Trump is bringing in tens of thousands of people to rallies and there's no denying it's 500 to 1 Trump signs verses Hillary signs. I can't wait to hear your thought and ideas on this one. |
Kaine shrugs off targeted WikiLeaks threat Posted: 24 Oct 2016 12:15 PM PDT Tim Kaine, the Democratic party's vice presidential nominee, isn't letting a targeted threat by WikiLeaks bother him, even as the document-hosting website has ominously promised a forthcoming leak that would hurt the Virginia senator. WikiLeaks tweeted Thursday that the group has a "suprise [sic] in store" for Kaine and the Democratic National Committee interim chair Donna Brazile.
Kaine, for his part, has shrugged off the threat, telling the Associated Press in an interview Saturday that he had nothing to be "overly embarrassed about" and that he was just a "regular human being." More |
Clinton Adviser: ‘Seems Odd’ To Put Tributes To ‘Four Guys’ In Benghazi Statement Posted: 24 Oct 2016 12:00 PM PDT In an email released by Wikileaks, Mandy Grunwald, political consultant to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, suggests that it seemed "odd" to place tributes to the "four guys" that died in the 2012 terror attack on Americans in Benghazi, Libya, in opening remarks prepared for Clinton. An email chain entitled "DRAFT: Opening Statement" involves discussion between Dan Schwerin, David Kendall, Jennifer Palmieri, Mandy Grunwald, Katherine Turner, Jake Sullivan, Cheryl Mills and Phil Barnett according to the Wikileaks released document. On October 16, 2015 Schwerin sends an initial draft of "HRC's opening statement based on our discussion today" and adds, "As Cheryl mentioned, we'd love to get this to HRC for a first read tonight or tomorrow, so quick feedback would be great." Several of those addressed respond with their input on the statement and edits. Though Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta is included in those the email dialogue was circulated to, it doesn't appear that he offers a response in this chain. An October 19, 2015 email from Mandy Grunwald, however, does give input in the email discussion about what to include in a statement from Clinton on Benghazi and it reads as follows: More |

WikiLeaks Just Drops 23,000 Of Hillary’s “C” Emails Proving She Does Know That “C” Means Classified Posted: 24 Oct 2016 11:15 AM PDT Isn't it amazing that Hillary can lie so straight faced? She stated during the investigation that she didn't know that many of the emails were classified, yet now that Julian Assange has dumped over 23,000 of them even we can see that they were clearly marked and not hard to understand. WikiLeaks is a wonder machine for all of us to be able to force our government to be honest and no matter how many times Hillary lies or blames the emails on Trump or Putin the cold hard fact is regardless of how they came out they are in fact her emails and she will have to answer for it all someday. Remember when Comey said this about Hillary's ability to know what the C meant?….. "No, not that she would have no idea what a classified marking would be," Comey responded. "It's an interesting question whether she … was actually sophisticated enough to understand what a C in [parentheses] means." More |
Trooper Struck On Shoulder Of I-495 Posted: 24 Oct 2016 11:07 AM PDT (GREENBELT, MD) — A Maryland state trooper and the driver of a passenger car remain hospitalized this afternoon following a crash this morning that occurred as the trooper was monitoring traffic on the shoulder of I-495 in Prince George's County. The trooper is identified as Trooper First Class Robert Cearfoss, who is assigned to road patrol duties at the College Park Barrack. TFC Cearfoss was flown by Maryland State Police helicopter to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center where he continues to undergo treatment. The other driver involved is identified as Elwin J. Cedilloz, 23, of Washington, D.C. He was transported by ambulance to Prince George's Hospital Trauma Center. Shortly before 8:00 a.m. today, TFC Cearfoss was parked on the shoulder of inner loop of I-495, near Rt. 1. For reasons unknown at this time, a 2016 Dodge Dart, driven by Cedilloz, left the travel portion of the inner loop of I-495 and struck the rear of the State Police patrol vehicle. The force of the crash trapped TFC Cearfoss in his vehicle. He was extricated by responding fire and rescue personnel. Charges are pending at this time. The cause of the crash has not been positively identified, but troopers are investigating the possibility that alcohol was involved. MDOT State Highway Administration personnel responded to the scene to close lanes as needed for scene safety, rescue, investigation, and the landing of the State Police medevac helicopter. All lanes of I-495 were reopened at about 11:30 a.m. today. The investigation is continuing. |
Trump: A better candidate than Reagan Posted: 24 Oct 2016 11:00 AM PDT Exclusive: Scott Lively sees worldwide impact in 'populist vs. globalist' war Many of the people announcing an intention to vote for Donald Trump are adding a disclaimer to distance themselves from his unsavory comments or actions of the past. I'm not going to do that. In my view Donald Trump is today a far different and better man than the one who threw his hat in the ring at the start of this election cycle. I credit that to the unprecedented level of public vilification – the "borking" of Donald Trump – he has endured and appears to have been transformed by. Whatever his worldview and the context of his past experience might have been, and regardless of the level of his sincerity at the beginning of his campaign, this man has made himself the spokesman for numerous positions and values that Christian conservatives (at great personal cost) have advocated for years. He hasn't just pandered to us, he has walked in our shoes these past months, going far beyond the minimum necessary to align himself with us, and he has learned firsthand what we have endured at the hands of the Marxist elites. And through it all he hasn't been intimidated into caving and pandering to the left like every other champion we've put our hopes in – including the otherwise stalwart Mike Pence in the Indiana RFRA debacle. Trump's transformation is the best example of personal growth and maturity in a public figure that I've seen in my lifetime. More |
Porn Star Becomes Latest Trump Accuser — Day After Launching Online Sex Store Posted: 24 Oct 2016 10:45 AM PDT Donald Trump's latest sex accuser has launched her own online store to sell adult videos, toys, and sexual equipment. She announced the opening of the store one day before going public with her Trump allegations. Jessica Drake, an adult film actress, appeared with feminist attorney Gloria Allred Saturday at a press conference, alleging that Trump tried to sleep with her after allegedly touching her. Variety reported: She said that she met Trump ten years ago at a golf tournament in Lake Tahoe, Calif. She said Trump invited her to his suite after the tournament, and she went with some women friends. When they arrived, she said, he grabbed each of them tightly and kissed them. After they left him, one of his representatives called to invite her to his room alone, but she said she declined. Then Trump himself called and asked, "What do you want? How much?" After she declined his invite, he eventually offered her $10,000, she said. More |

28 Things Donald Trump Promises to Do as President Posted: 24 Oct 2016 10:00 AM PDT Donald Trump is laying out delivered a long list of things he would do if elected president. During an appearance in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, he vows to act on them in the first 100 days in office. "On November Eighth, Americans will be voting for this 100-day plan to restore prosperity to our country, secure our communities, and honesty to our government," Trump says. "This is my pledge to you and if we follow these steps we will once more have a government of, by and for the people and importantly we will make America great again. Believe me." Here is the list of the "Contract with the American Voter" policies detailed by Trump: 1. Propose a Constitutional Amendment to impose term limits on all members of Congress 2. Institute a hiring freeze on all federal employees to reduce federal workforce through attrition (exempting military, public safety, and public health) 3. Require for every new federal regulation, two existing regulations must be eliminated. |
The Standard Of Living Of The Irredeemables Continues To Plunge As 'Not So Hidden' Inflation Soars Posted: 24 Oct 2016 09:53 AM PDT We all know the BLS artificially suppresses the CPI through bullshit substitution adjustments, quality adjustments, and various other incomprehensible hedonic adjustments made by government apparatchiks at the behest of their politician bosses. Some obscure theoretical academic calculation called owners equivalent rent accounts for almost a quarter of the CPI weighting. It has no relation to reality as it has increased by only 12% since 2012, while the Case Shiller Housing Price Index is up 52% over the same time frame. The median price of existing home sales is up 30% over the same time frame. It also has no relation to rent increases, as they have gone up 22% nationally since 2012. It's essentially a made up number by goal seeking bureaucrats doing the bidding of their establishment masters. Prior to Greenspan and his cronies getting their grubby little non-callused academic hands on it in the 1980s, CPI reflected measuring the cost of maintaining a constant standard of living, as measured by a fixed-basket of goods. The purpose of all these adjustments and calculations has been to systematically repress the reported level of inflation as a way to keep the Social Security system solvent, allow the Federal Reserve to keep interest rates falsely lower for their banking cartel owners and the biggest debtor on the planet – the U.S. government, and to conceal from the average American how far their standard of living has fallen. It ain't working. The average household might not know real median household income is at the same level it was in 1989, but they know they are treading water on a daily basis – using credit cards to sustain themselves while paying 15% interest to the Wall Street banking cartel. They know their wages are stagnant and their every day costs relentlessly rise. Real hourly wages, using the fake CPI, are up just 1.4% in the past year. In reality, using an accurate measure of inflation, real wages are falling. The government can tell them inflation is only up 1.5% in the last year, but they know better. Their real everyday inflation is north of 4%, as measured before the 1990 coverup began. Now, even the BLS is starting to lose control of the narrative of no inflation. More |
NSA Whistleblower: US Intelligence Worker Likely Behind DNC Leaks, Not Russia Posted: 24 Oct 2016 09:45 AM PDT During the third and last presidential debate between Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Hillary Clinton, debate moderator Chris Wallace pulled a quote from a speech Clinton had given to Brazilian bankers, noting the information had been made available to the public via WikiLeaks. Instead of answering the question, Clinton blamed the Russian government for the leaks, alleging "[t]he Russian government has engaged in espionage against Americans," hacking "American websites, American accounts of private people, of institutions … in an effort, as 17 of our intelligence agencies have confirmed, to influence our election." Following the claim, Clinton criticized Trump for saying "[Clinton] has no idea whether it's Russia, China, or anybody else," repeating her assertion that 17 U.S. intelligence agencies had determined the Russian government had been behind the Democratic National Committee (DNC) hack. Despite her claim, reality couldn't be more different. Instead of 17 agencies, only the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have offered the public any input on this matter, claiming the DNC attacks "are consistent with the methods and motivations of Russian-directed efforts." Without offering any evidence, these two — not 17 — agencies hinted that the Kremlin could be behind the cyber attack. But saying they believe the hacks come from the Russians is far short of saying they know the Russians were behind them. During an interview on Aaron Klein's Sunday radio program, former high-ranking NSA intelligence official-turned-whistleblower, William Binney, discussed the alleged Russian involvement in our elections, suggesting the cyber attack against the DNC may not have originated from the Russian government. Instead, Binney says, a "disgruntled U.S. intelligence worker" is likely behind the breach. More |
Meet The Man Who Can Expose "The Real Hillary Clinton Scandal" Posted: 24 Oct 2016 09:37 AM PDT We have written frequently about the internal Clinton Foundation power struggle between Chelsea Clinton and Doug Band over the previous couple of weeks (see here, here and here). It all started back in 2011 when, as Chelsea started to take a more senior role at the Clinton Foundation, she became increasingly concerned about an internal audit that exposedglaring conflicts of interest throughout the Foundation with an emphasis on Doug Band and his company, Teneo, who she thought had inappropriately sought favors from the State Department during Hillary's tenure as Secretary of State. A Politico article from March 2015, summarized Chelsea's rise at the Foundation and how it threatened some long-time Clinton allies who had grown quite accustomed to the status quo. But Chelsea Clinton's rise at times has seemed to threaten some veteran Clinton aides who had carved out influential—and lucrative—positions after long service with her parents. She is blamed in some quarters formarginalizing both Lindsey and Doug Band, who rose from the president's body man to build and help run the foundation's Clinton Global Initiative. A third Clinton veteran, Ira Magaziner, saw his portfolio at the foundation diminished during Braverman's tenure, and sources say Magaziner's role remains under scrutiny. Now, new WikiLeaks emails reveal additional details behind the the man, Eric Braverman, who was brought in as CEO by Chelsea to change the controversial practices of the Foundation but abruptly resigned a short time later after being pushed out by long-time Clinton loyalists who had apparently grown very comfortable with the status quo. Below is the new email exchange which begins when Neera Tanden warns John Podesta to "keep tabs on Doug Band" who she assumed was the insider who told NBC to "follow the money and find the real HRC scandal." Interestingly, John Podesta writes back quickly to identify the real source as former Clinton Foundation CEO Eric Braverman which seems to be shocking to Tanden who replies simply, "Holy Moses." Md. Senate President condemns Gov. Hogan’s ‘my way or the highway’ approach Posted: 24 Oct 2016 09:30 AM PDT WASHINGTON — Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan and Comptroller Peter Franchot lashed out Friday at critics of a new executive order preventing school systems from beginning their academic year before Labor Day. But one powerful lawmaker said the governor, through his executive order, is picking an unnecessary fight. Maryland Senate President Mike Miller said Governor Larry Hogan didn't have to do an end around the legislature to change the school calendar. "The general assembly didn't push back on it," Miller said. "We could have gotten it passed if the governor had had his act together." A bill mandating the change stalled in Annapolis even after a state task force recommended the change. At an event Friday in Bethesda, Hogan ripped lawmakers and education leaders who were upset by his executive order, which has already been revised once to close loopholes in his original order. Clinton "Fixer" Memo Unveils 24 Years of Cover-Ups and Sex Scandals Posted: 24 Oct 2016 09:15 AM PDT The National Enquirer has released an in-depth interview with one of Hillary Clinton's so-called fixers on Wednesday, unveiling documents that show 24 years of collusion with the Clintons to cover-up Bill and Hillary's sexual affairs and how officials from the White House were complicit! The fixer said that he worked with the Clintons to cover-up 12 incidents, including Bill Clinton's affair with Monica Lewinsky. All 12 incidents are revealed in the documentation given to the Enquirer. "I arranged a meeting for Hillary and a woman in an exclusive Beverly Hills hotel. She had come to the studio to see the filming of a movie in 1994," he said in a preview of the interview that the Enquire has posted online. "While I was there, I helped her slip out of a back exit for a one-on-one session with the other woman. It was made to look casual, leaving quietly [rather] than being caught up in the melee, but really it was for something presumably more sordid." More |

Posted: 24 Oct 2016 09:00 AM PDT Breitbart News Editor-at-Large, Clinton Cash author, and Government Accountability Institute president Peter Schweizer told Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Matthew Boyle on Saturday, "The Podesta emails show stunning facts that are very troubling and that show that pay-to-play was widespread in the Clinton Foundation." Schweizer said one of the most stunning revelations uncovered by the WikiLeaks email dumps was that found in the internal review of the Clinton Foundation, ordered by Chelsea Clinton, in which auditors noted that "some interviewees reported conflicts of those raising funds or donors, some of whom may have an expectation of quid pro quo benefits in return for gifts." "That the word of the internal review, that there was this expectation with donors that they were going to a quid pro quo," Schweizer said. Schweizer also noted that WikiLeaks emails provide proof that the "Clintons have a long and lucrative history of financial deals with the Russians, particularly with the Russian government." Schweizer explained the "deep ties" the Clintons have to Russia, specifically how in 2010 then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton approved the sale and transfer of 20% of U.S. uranium output to the Russian government: More |

"They're the ones who have been dealing with the Russians," said Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R.-Tenn.) to Breitbart Radio host Matthew Boyle in a live interview on the SiriusXM Patriot Channel 125 program. Blackburn was referring to the attention the media has given supposed ties between the Russian government and Clinton's GOP rival Donald J. Trump. Susan Rice's personal bio documents, including pot use, revealed by WikiLeaks Posted: 24 Oct 2016 08:45 AM PDT Sensitive personal data including the drug-use history of Susan E. Rice, President Obama's top national-security adviser, has been exposed by the publication of hacked emails from Hillary Clinton's campaign chairman. WikiLeaks published information disclosing Ms. Rice's Social Security number, passport number, stock holdings, cell phone number, and a personal history in which she acknowledged past use of marijuana. It also contains details of her medical history. The documents include one in which Ms. Rice admitted on a security clearance form that she smoked marijuana for "recreational use" until 1990. A former Clinton administration official, Ms. Rice said that she smoked marijuana "very infrequently" from October 1982 until June 1990, according to the documents. "Rare recreational use of marijuana prior to and in 1990. None since 1990," she wrote on the form. Mr. Obama also has acknowledged smoking marijuana regularly as a teen in Hawaii. WikiLeaks has been publishing thousands of emails hacked from the personal account of John Podesta, who is Mrs. Clinton's campaign chairman and served as Mr. Obama's counselor earlier in his second term. Stray cat patrol: Feral felines deployed in NYC war on rats Posted: 24 Oct 2016 08:37 AM PDT NEW YORK (AP) — Multitudes of feral cats roam New York City's concrete jungle, and some now have a practical purpose: They're helping curb the city's rat population. A group of volunteers trained by the NYC Feral Cat Initiative traps wild cat colonies that have become a nuisance or been threatened by construction, then spays or neuters and vaccinates them. The goal is to return them to their home territory, but some end up in areas rife with rats. Feline rat patrols keep watch over city delis and bodegas, car dealerships and the grounds of a Greenwich Village church. Four cats roam the loading dock at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, where food deliveries and garbage have drawn rodents for years. "We used to hire exterminators, but nature has a better solution," said Rebecca Marshall, the sustainability manager at the 1.8-million-square-foot center. "And cats don't cost anything." About 6,000 volunteers have completed workshops where they've learned proper ways to trap cats. More |

Calls, Texts Between Davis, Judge During Gray Trials Raise Questions Posted: 24 Oct 2016 08:30 AM PDT Some communication between Baltimore's police commissioner and an administrative judge is raising questions. Through a Maryland Public Information Act request, the 11 News I-Team obtained records of telephone calls and text messages between Baltimore Police Commissioner Kevin Davis and Baltimore City Circuit Administrative Judge Michel Pierson, the boss of Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Barry Williams, who presided over the trials of the officers charged in the death of Freddie Gray. Both the judge and police commissioner declined to tell 11 News what they discussed. Legal analysts agree that coordinating security on decision days is a legitimate reason for the communication, but they question contact on the weekend and on days of routine testimony. Davis and Pierson communicated with each other at least 26 times during the officers' trials. Davis released a statement Friday, saying, "Of course, I was in contact with the court during the trials. The community has a vested interest in addressing any potential public safety concerns before they arise. Anyone who doesn't understand that leadership requires preventive conversations doesn't understand leadership." More |

How Ethanol COSTS Farmers At Least $57 BILLION Posted: 24 Oct 2016 08:15 AM PDT A federal ethanol mandate has cost American farmers at least $57 billion dollars through increased corn prices, according to calculations by the National Chicken Council. The Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) requires refiners to blend a certain amount of ethanol into fuel and has caused corn prices to rise dramatically. Corn has cost the U.S. chicken industry $57 billion since 2005, according to calculations using U.S. Department of Agriculture data. Chicken companies have struggled to pay these high costs. "During the RFS era, at least a dozen chicken companies have ceased operations – filing for bankruptcy, being acquired by another company, or closing their doors altogether, " Tom Super, vice president of communications at The National Chicken Council, told The Daily Caller News Foundation. Other industries that use large amounts of corn have also suffered, and ethanol production may have even caused food riots and shortages in developing nations. More |

WikiLeaks: Clinton Political Director Wanted Hillary to Say 'Yo Mama' at Black College Posted: 24 Oct 2016 08:00 AM PDT Hillary Clinton's political director wondered whether the candidate should say "yo mama" during a speech at a historically black college near Birmingham, Alabama, leaked emails reveal. As her team rushed to revise remarks for a February 27 speech at Miles College, Amanda Renteria wrote to her colleagues the day before: "Is everyone comfortable w her saying 'Yo Mama'?" "No – pls let's revise," senior policy advisor Maya Harris wrote back. Clinton went on to deliver remarks to a "roaring crowd" at Miles College, according to the Associated Press, without the the "yo mama." In April, Clinton went on a New York City radio show called "The Breakfast Club," where black hosts asked her what she always carried in her purse: When asked what item she always carried with her, she replied, "Hot sauce." "You getting in Formation right now?" asked one of the amazed hosts, citing the lyrics of the Beyoncé song about keeping hot sauce in her bag. He suggested African-Americans would likely see her comment as "pandering to black people." "O.K… Is it workin'?" she replied, laughing. More |
Obama Released 52K Illegal Alien Kids Into the US in FY2016 Posted: 24 Oct 2016 07:53 AM PDT Anyone remember when Jeh Johnson vowed that our borders weren't open to illegal immigration, or when President Obama promised that anyone who recently crossed into the U.S. from Mexico wouldn't be allowed to stay? The lie detector test determined: those were lies. According to recently released data reviewed by MRCTV, the Dept. of Health and Human Services' Office of Refugee Resettlement released another 52,147 illegal alien kids into the United States in fiscal year 2016, averaging about 149 per day. Processed as "refugees," these children are in many cases sent to a family member who's also here illegally. A total of 5,203 kids were released in September alone, based on the numbers ORR released in August. Not only is the year-end number shocking in its size alone, it's also nearly double the number of kids the administration released in FY2015, when 27,840 unaccompanied minors were sent to sponsors in the United States. 9 Things You Need To Know About Illegal Immigration And Crime Posted: 24 Oct 2016 07:45 AM PDT Illegal immigration and crime became a hot topic this election cycle as soon as Donald Trump burst into the Republican primary with his call to build a wall to keep criminal illegal aliens out of the country. Such policy discussions have fallen by the wayside as the election cycle morphed into a mudslinging fight of personal insults and accusations of sexual assaults, but the link between illegal immigration and crime is still worth discussing, especially since Trump's initial highlighting of the issue fueled his rise. Here are nine things you need to know about illegal immigration and crime. 1. Federal, state and local governments keep data involving illegal immigration and crime out of the public purview. Fox News reported in 2015 that a source from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said "that comprehensive statistics on illegal immigrant crime are not available from the federal government, and suggested contacting county, state and federal jail and prison systems individually to compose a tally, a process that would encompass thousands of local departments." Former Department of Justice attorney J. Christian Adams also told Fox News that some states do readily track illegal immigration and crime, but they withhold the specific numbers from the public out of fear of backlash from the federal government or for political purposes. However, there is still some data that can be pieced together to examine illegal immigration and crime, and evidence suggests that there is a correlation between the two. 2. Available evidence suggests that illegals are more likely to commit crimes than the rest of the population. More |

Hogan: Side deal to keep Marriott in Md. is ‘necessary’ Posted: 24 Oct 2016 07:30 AM PDT WASHINGTON — Maryland got great news this week: Marriott is staying in the Bethesda area, where it has been for 60 years. Marriott had been threatening to move out of the state and build its new $600 million headquarters elsewhere. "We did not want to see them leave the state, and they were seriously considering it," said Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan. Both Virginia and D.C. had been working hard to win over Marriott. But a side deal that sweetened the pot to get the Fortune 500-company to stay in Maryland has some concerned. An incentives package offered to Marriott includes $22 million in subsidies from Montgomery County and another $22 million from the state of Maryland. Hogan said the incentives package is necessary. Troopers Investigating Stabbing Near Laurel Posted: 24 Oct 2016 07:18 AM PDT Laurel - The Delaware State Police are investigating the stabbing of two people near Laurel that occurred late last night. The incident occurred around 9:50 p.m. Sunday October 23, 2016 after troopers were dispatched to a report of a stabbing in the 7000 block of Airport Road. Upon their arrival it was determined that a 24-year-old male and a 20-year-old female were stabbed by their roommate, who was identified as Dwight L. Shivers, 29 of that address. Emergency Medical Services began treating the two and transported the female to Nanticoke Memorial Hospital, while the male was airlifted to Peninsula Regional Medical Center (PRMC) in Salisbury, Maryland where he was admitted in stable condition. The female victim was expected to be released with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Through the investigation, it was determined that Shivers was asked to leave the residence by the homeowner due to him being intoxicated and other issues that had occurred in the house. After consulting with the 24-year-old male and his 20-year-old girlfriend, the female homeowner went outside to place a phone call when she heard noises coming from inside the house and looked inside to see Shivers standing over her 24-year-old brother stabbing him. Shortly before stabbing him, Shivers reportedly removed the kitchen knife from the drawer and stabbed the 20-year-old female while she was washing dishes in the kitchen. While the homeowner called 9-1-1, the two stabbing victims were able to flee the residence and run to a nearby neighbors house. Shivers then entered the 20-year-old female victim's vehicle and drove away. Charges against Sheriff Joe ‘Orwellian beyond imagination,’ says author Posted: 24 Oct 2016 07:00 AM PDT DOJ charged Arpaio for enforcing federal immigration law When the U.S. Department of Justice filed criminal contempt charges against Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio on Oct. 17, accusing the well-known lawman of intentionally violating a federal judge's order not to arrest illegal aliens without evidence they had broken state law, it was beyond even the imagination of George Orwell. So says Daniel Horowitz, senior editor at Conservative Review. "Our Founders are rolling over in their graves at the sight of a sheriff being placed on trial for taking common sense steps to protect his state's sovereignty and applying federal law in cases of reasonable suspicion – laws over which Congress, not the judiciary, has plenary authority," Horowitz declared in a recent column. Federal judge Susan Bolton requested the criminal charges at a hearing the previous week. In August, Judge G. Murray Snow of the U.S. District Court of Arizona had referred Arpaio for misdemeanor criminal contempt charges for not obeying a previous court injunction against his practice of apprehending those he reasonably suspected of being in the country illegally. The injunction grew out of a 2007 class-action lawsuit brought by the ACLU and the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund accusing Arpaio of racial profiling. More |
Posted: 24 Oct 2016 06:53 AM PDT Many years ago, I was a member of a committee that was recommending to whom grant money should be awarded. Since I knew one of the applicants, I asked if this meant that I should recuse myself from voting on his application. "No," the chairman said. "I know him too -- and he is one of the truly great phonies of our time." The man was indeed a very talented phony. He could convince almost anybody of almost anything -- provided that they were not already knowledgeable about the subject. He had once spoken to me very authoritatively about Marxian economics, apparently unaware that I was one of the few people who had read all three volumes of Marx's "Capital," and had published articles on Marxian economics in scholarly journals. What our glib talker was saying might have seemed impressive to someone who had never read "Capital," as most people have not. But it was complete nonsense to me. Incidentally, he did not get the grant he applied for. More |
A Viewer Writes: "Yesterday's News" From the Daily Times Posted: 24 Oct 2016 06:45 AM PDT I asked, "Is this yearly subscriptions from the past"? They replied, This is my actual account from the daily times as far back as they archive to the present . The cost steadily increased while the news decreased... I only keep the printed subscription because my mother in-law must have her news paper everyday. When I said "yesterdays news", what I am referring to is the news they print has already been reported by other news outlets the day before. It is yesterdays news. |

Md. Gov. calls critics of post-Labor Day school start ‘whiny’ Posted: 24 Oct 2016 06:30 AM PDT NORTH BETHESDA, Md. — Maryland's governor took on critics of his executive order for public schools, calling opposition to a post-Labor Day start date "nonsense." "As far as I'm concerned, it's not controversial," said Gov. Larry Hogan, speaking to a crowd of Bethesda area business leaders Friday at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. Hogan has heard from vocal critics since he issued an executive order in August, requiring schools across the state to start after Labor Day. The order, which goes into effect next year, also will require schools to end their year by June 15, but it won't change the overall number of instructional days. He later amended his order, limiting the circumstances under which school systems might be granted a waiver. More |
Posted: 24 Oct 2016 06:23 AM PDT NEW YORK CITY, New York — Donald J. Trump, the Republican nominee for president, is in a unique position to be able to tell the Wall Street lobbyists and special interests to "go to hell" while he actually fixes the U.S. economy, his senior economic adviser Peter Navarro told Breitbart News Saturday. Navarro said on the program, which aired on SiriusXM Patriot Channel 125 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday: The basic problem is for a congressman or a president to get elected, they need obscene amounts of money. And the only place you can get obscene amounts of money is from Wall Street and the big corporations who benefit from shipping our jobs and our factories overseas—that's the fundamental political problem. That's the beauty of Donald Trump. He's the change agent. He can tell Wall Street and these big people and corporations that want to ship our jobs overseas to go to hell. He stands up for our workers. More |
WikiLeaks: Clinton aides scramble to address alleged mistress nicknamed 'Energizer Bunny' Posted: 24 Oct 2016 06:15 AM PDT Hillary and Bill Clinton's top aides scrambled in 2014 to respond to a new book detailing Bill Clinton's relationship with a New York suburban socialite nicknamed "The Energizer Bunny". According to leaked emails released Saturday by Wikileaks, the Clintons' inner circle was roiled by the forthcoming release of the book "The First Family In Detail: Secret Service Agents Reveal The Hidden Lives Of Presidents" by Clinton antagonist Edward Klein. The book alleged that Bill Clinton had a "blonde, buxom mistress" named Julie McMahon, whom the Secret Service reportedly nicknamed "The Energizer Bunny." McMahon was a neighbor of the Clintons in their adopted town of Chappaqua in New York's exclusive Westchester County. More |
You can't 'jail' me, Clinton tells Trump: 'We don't do that in America' Posted: 24 Oct 2016 06:07 AM PDT Hillary Clinton says she's not worried that Donald Trump will make good on his threat to 'jail' her if he wins. 'I have no concerns about [that] whatsoever,' she told reporters traveling on her plane from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia after DailyMail.com asked her about his pledge. The Republican said he'll appoint a special prosecutor to look into her emails and told Clinton she'd 'be in jail' if he were in the White House now. 'Every time Donald Trump says he wants to jail his opponent, meaning me, I think to myself, you know, we don't do that in America,' Clinton said earlier in the evening at her Pittsburgh rally. 'We actually have laws and courts and an independent judiciary.' More |
Paul Craig Roberts Roars "Rigged Elections Are An American Tradition" Posted: 24 Oct 2016 06:00 AM PDT Do Americans have a memory? I sometimes wonder. It is an obvious fact that the oligarchic One Percent have anointed Hillary, despite her myriad problems to be President of the US. There are reports that her staff are already moving into their White House offices. This much confidence before the vote does suggest that the skids have been greased. The current cause celebre against Trump is his conditional statement that he might not accept the election results if they appear to have been rigged. The presstitutes immediately jumped on him for "discrediting American democracy" and for "breaking American tradition of accepting the people's will." What nonsense! Stolen elections are the American tradition. Elections are stolen at every level—state, local, and federal. Chicago Mayor Richard J. Daley's theft of the Chicago and, thereby, Illinois vote for John F. Kennedy is legendary. The Republican US Supreme Court's theft of the 2000 presidential election from Al Gore by preventing the Florida vote recount is another legendary example. The discrepancies between exit polls and the vote count of the secretly programmed electronic voting machines that have no paper trails are also legendary. The black civil rights movement has fought vote rigging for decades. The rigging takes place in a number of ways. Blacks simply can't get registered to vote. If they do get registered, there are few polling places in their districts. And so on. After decades of struggle it is impossible that there are any blacks who are not aware of how hard it can be for them to vote. Yet, I heard on the presstitute radio network, NPR, Hillary's Uncle Toms saying how awful it was that Trump had cast aspersion on the credibility of American election results. I also heard a NPR announcer suggest that Russia had not only hacked Hillary's emails, but also had altered them in order to make incriminating documents out of harmless emails. The presstitutes have gone all out to demonize both Trump and any mention of election rigging, because they know for a fact that the election will be stolen and that they will have the job of covering up the theft. A Nation 'WRECKED' By Immigration: Do-gooding Swedes Turn Against Migrants Amid Violence Posted: 24 Oct 2016 05:53 AM PDT SWEDEN'S open-door policy has 'WRECKED' Europe's most liberal nation as the Swedes turn against migrants amid an unprecedented rise in violence and sex attacks For years Sweden has regarded itself as a "humanitarian superpower" – making its mark by offering refugee to those fleeing war and persecution. But people's patience with their visitors is wearing thin following a year of violence, sickening sex assaults and the death of social worker Alexandra Mezher, 22, who was knifed to death at an asylum centre for unaccompanied children at the hands of a Somalian migrant who claimed he was 15. At the time, her grieving mother, an immigrant herself from the Middle East said: "Immigration has destroyed Sweden." Sweden, a country of 9.8million, took 163,000 asylum seekers in 2015. The influx included 35,400 unaccompanied minors – nine times more than 2015. But nothing could prepare Stockholm for the rise in crime and an abuse of the criminal system. More |
