Subject: It's Still The Media, Stupid! Posted: 28 Oct 2016 09:00 PM PDT The US Presidential campaign has demonstrated once again that the mainstream mass media is still the dominant force and arbitrator of political events and if it is successful in pushing the Wicked Witch of Chappaqua past the finish line this November, it may have achieved its greatest triumph. During the campaign's stretch run, the mainstream media has used every form and variety of spin, distortion, half truth, calumny, and lies in its diabolical effort to make Killary Rotten Clinton President of the USSA. The mass media – television, newspapers, movies, the Entertainment industry, book publishing, advertising, and now sports – is part of society's opinion molding movers and shakers which form part of what Noble Prize winning economist F.A. Hayek called "intellectuals." This all important group are not simply nerdy academic professors with patches on their sleeves, but are those who have the ability to shape public opinion, as Hayek describes: It is the intellectuals in this sense who decide what views and opinions are to reach us, which facts are important enough to be told us, and in what form and from what angle they are to be presented. Whether we shall ever learn of the results of the work of the expert and the original thinker depends mainly on their decision. * Since at least the 1960s, the dominant opinion-molding sector of the mass media has been the electronic media, which has far outpaced newsprint and academia in influence. While its power may be on the wane in the Internet Age, it is still the most powerful and important tool in the political elites arsenal for imparting their agenda. The electronic media, through its use of pictures and images, has been able to manipulate political outcomes and shape public policy discussions at almost every turn. As every media realist has long understood, the mainstream media has long been controlled by the Left which has used this power to counter any opposition to its narrative. More
Clinton Campaign Chair Had Dinner With Top DOJ Official One Day After Hillary's Benghazi Hearing Posted: 28 Oct 2016 08:00 PM PDT In the latest revelation sure to reignite accusations of collusion between the Clinton campaign and the DOJ, among the recent batch of hacked emails released by Wikileaks, we learn that the day after Hillary Clinton testified in front of the House Select Committee on Benghazi last October, John Podesta, Hillary's campaign chairman met for dinner with a small group of well-connected friends, including Peter Kadzik, who is currently a top official at the US Justice Department serving as Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs. The post-Benghazi dinner was attended by Podesta, Kadzik, superlobbyist Vincent Roberti and other well-placed Beltway fixtures. The first mention of personal contact between Podesta and Kadzik in the Wikileaks dump is in an Oct. 23, 2015 email sent out by Vincent Roberti, a lobbyist who is close to Podesta and his superlobbyist brother, Tony Podesta. In it, Roberti refers to a dinner reservation at Posto, a Washington D.C. restaurant. The dinner was set for 7:30 that evening, just one day after Clinton gave 11 hours of testimony to the Benghazi Committee. More

Posted: 28 Oct 2016 07:00 PM PDT For years the political elites, backed by funding from George Soros, have fought common sense voter ID laws as blatant attempts of racist right wingers to suppress the votes of minority and low-income citizens. These same people tirelessly argue that there is no evidence of voter fraud despite the mountain of facts that keeps piling up the contrary. The latest evidence comes from Indiana, where CBS points out that the state's voter registration database, like many others around the country, are "riddled with errors" including 1,000s of duplicate registrations and dead voters. A data analysis firm hired by a voter registration group said on Tuesday that Indiana's voter database is riddled with errors, including thousands of people over the age of 110 who would likely be deceased but are still on the registration list. TargetSmart conducted a review of the state voter file maintained by Republican Secretary of State Connie Lawson's office on behalf of Patriot Majority, a voter registration group with deep ties to the Democratic Party that says it was trying to register black voters in Indiana. Patriot Majority has been the focal point of a state police probe of possible voter fraud. The group said the discovery of numerous problems in the voter database does not necessarily mean this was the result of fraud. TargetSmart said it also found 837,000 voters with out-of-date addresses when compared to the United States Postal Service address database, or roughly one-in-five of all Indiana registered voters. The review found4,556 duplicate registrations, 3,000 records without dates of birth and 31 records of registered voters who are too young to cast a ballot. More than 2,500 people on the rolls were listed over the age of 110. Meanwhile, Christian Adams, former Voting Section Attorney at the US Department of Justice under George Bush, recently highlighted on Fox News the inexplicable reluctance of politicians to clean up the voter roles. Dozens of Individuals Indicted in Multimillion-Dollar Indian Call Center Scam Targeting U.S. Victims Posted: 28 Oct 2016 06:30 PM PDT Today, an indictment was unsealed charging a total of 61 individuals and entities for their alleged involvement in a transnational criminal organization that has victimized tens of thousands of persons in the United States through fraudulent schemes that have resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in losses. In connection with the scheme, 20 individuals were arrested today in the United States and 32 individuals and five call centers in India were charged for their alleged involvement. An additional U.S.-based defendant is currently in the custody of immigration authorities. Assistant Attorney General Leslie R. Caldwell of the Justice Department's Criminal Division, U.S. Attorney Kenneth Magidson of the Southern District of Texas, Executive Associate Director Peter T. Edge of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Inspector General J. Russell George of the U.S. Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) and Inspector General John Roth of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General (DHS OIG) made the announcement today. "The indictment we unsealed and the arrests we made today demonstrate the Justice Department's commitment to identifying and prosecuting the individuals behind these impersonation and telefraud schemes, who seek to profit by exploiting some of the most vulnerable members of our communities,"said Assistant Attorney General Caldwell. "This is a transnational problem, and demonstrates that modern criminals target Americans both from inside our borders and from abroad. Only by working tirelessly to gather evidence, build cases and working closely with foreign law enforcement partners to ensure there are no safe havens can we effectively address these threats." "This indictment will serve to not only seek the conviction of those involved, but will send a message around the world that no one is safe from prosecution for participating in such pervasive transnational fraud schemes," said U.S. Attorney Magidson. "We are extremely vigilant when the names of U.S. government agencies are used to perpetuate fraud for the purpose of victimizing so many innocent American citizens." "Today's actions will not only bring a sense of justice to the victims in this case, but this significant investigation will also help increase awareness of this type of fraud," said Executive Associate Director Edge. "To potential victims, our message today is simple: U.S. government agencies do not make these types of calls, and if you receive one, contact law enforcement to report the suspected scam before you make a payment." "All agencies involved in today's announcement are to be congratulated and commended on their outstanding efforts," said Inspector General George. "This indictment is the result of countless hours of solid investigative work and excellent cross-governmental collaboration concerning massive amounts of fraud that individuals have allegedly perpetrated on the American people." "This multi-agency, three year investigation illustrates the ability of federal, state and local agencies to successfully leverage resources, communicate and work together to achieve justice," said Inspector General Roth. "We commend the victims for overcoming any possible embarrassment or fear and coming forward and report this to the authorities." The indictment was returned by a grand jury in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas on Oct. 19, 2016, and charges the defendants with conspiracy to commit identity theft, false personation of an officer of the United States, wire fraud and money laundering. One of the defendants is separately charged with passport fraud. The indictment alleges that the defendants were involved in a sophisticated fraudulent scheme organized by conspirators in India, including a network of call centers in Ahmedabad, India. Using information obtained from data brokers and other sources, call center operators allegedly called potential victims while impersonating officials from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. According to the indictment, the call center operators then threatened potential victims with arrest, imprisonment, fines or deportation if they did not pay taxes or penalties to the government. If the victims agreed to pay, the call centers would then immediately turn to a network of U.S.-based co-conspirators to liquidate and launder the extorted funds as quickly as possible by purchasing prepaid debit cards or through wire transfers. The prepaid debit cards were often registered using misappropriated personal identifying information of thousands of identity theft victims, and the wire transfers were directed by the criminal associates using fake names and fraudulent identifications. The co-conspirators allegedly used "hawalas," in which money is transferred internationally outside of the formal banking system, to direct the extorted funds to accounts belonging to U.S.-based individuals. According to the indictment, these individuals were expecting the hawala transfers but were not aware of the illicit nature of the funds. The co-conspirators also allegedly kept a percentage of the proceeds for themselves. According to the indictment, one of the call centers extorted $12,300 from an 85-year-old victim from San Diego, California, after threatening her with arrest if she did not pay fictitious tax violations. On the same day that she was extorted, one of the U.S.-based defendants allegedly used a reloadable debit card funded with the victim's money to purchase money orders in Frisco, Texas. The indictment also alleges that the defendants extorted $136,000 from a victim in Hayward, California, who they called multiple times over a period of 20 days, fraudulently purporting to be IRS agents and demanding payment for alleged tax violations. The victim was then directed to purchase 276 stored value cards which the defendants then transferred to reloadable debit cards. Some of the victim's money ended up on cards which were activated using stolen personal identifying information from U.S.- based victims. The conspirators would at times allegedly use alternative fraudulent schemes in which the call center operators would offer the victims small short-term loans or advise them that they were eligible for grants. The indictment alleges that the conspirators would then request a good-faith deposit to show the victims' ability to pay back the loan, or payment of a fee to process the grant. The victims of the alleged scam never received any money after making the requested payment. An indictment is merely an allegation and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law. DHS OIG, HSI and TIGTA led the investigation. The Ft. Bend, Texas, County Sheriff's Department; the Hoffman Estates, Illinois, Police Department; the Leonia, New Jersey, Police Department; the Naperville, Illinois, Police Department; the San Diego County District Attorney's Office Family Protection/Elder Abuse Unit; the U.S. Secret Service; U.S. Small Business Administration Office of Inspector General; IOC-2; INTERPOL Washington; and the U.S. Attorney's Offices of the Northern District of Alabama, District of Arizona, Central District of California, Northern District of California, District of Colorado, Northern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, Northern District of Illinois, Northern District of Indiana, District of Nevada and District of New Jersey provided significant support in this case. The Federal Communications Commission's Enforcement Bureau provided assistance in TIGTA's investigation. Senior Trial Attorney Hope Olds and Trial Attorney Michael Sheckels of the Criminal Division's Human Rights and Special Prosecutions Section, Trial Attorney Robert Stapleton of the Criminal Division's Asset Forfeiture and Money Laundering Section and Assistant U.S. Attorneys S. Mark McIntyre and Craig Feazel of the Southern District of Texas are prosecuting the case. A Department of Justice website has been established to provide information about the case to already identified and potential victims, and the public. Anyone who believes they may be a victim of fraud or identity theft in relation to this investigation or other telefraud scam phone calls may contact the FTC via this website. Anyone who wants additional information about telefraud scams generally, or preventing identity theft or fraudulent use of their identity information, may obtain helpful information on the IRS tax scams website, the FTC phone scam website and the FTC identity theft website.

NBC, Chuck Todd hide wife’s Kaine donation Posted: 28 Oct 2016 04:00 PM PDT Communications firm getting millions from Sanders campaign (NEWSBUSTERS) NBC Meet the Press host Chuck Todd has a wife who's active in Democratic Party strategic communications, and sometimes donates to Democrats. In 2012, Kristian Denny Todd contributed $2,500 to Sen. Tim Kaine. Todd never felt any need to disclose this during his three recent Kaine interviews on NBC (August 7, September 18, and October 23). But Maverick Mail & Strategies, the firm Mrs. Todd founded in 2007 with fellow James Webb aides Steve Jarding and Jessica Vanden Berg, did heavy lifting for openly socialist Bernie Sanders for President this year. Open Secrets shows a bill for $1.992 million made in ten payments to Maverick from January to April. Todd has never disclosed this business relationship in 11 Sanders interviews this year. (If the work began in 2015 before the payments, Todd failed to disclose any tie in six Sanders interviews in the second half of 2015). We didn't even count any Todd interviews with Sanders on MSNBC.

Congress: Attorney General Lynch ‘Pleads Fifth’ on Secret Iran ‘Ransom’ Payments Posted: 28 Oct 2016 02:45 PM PDT Attorney General Loretta Lynch is declining to comply with an investigation by leading members of Congress about the Obama administration's secret efforts to send Iran $1.7 billion in cash earlier this year, prompting accusations that Lynch has "pleaded the Fifth" Amendment to avoid incriminating herself over these payments, according to lawmakers and communications exclusively obtained by the Washington Free Beacon. Sen. Marco Rubio (R., Fla.) and Rep. Mike Pompeo (R., Kan.) initially presented Lynch in October with a series of questions about how the cash payment to Iran was approved and delivered. In an Oct. 24 response, Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik responded on Lynch's behalf, refusing to answer the questions and informing the lawmakers that they are barred from publicly disclosing any details about the cash payment, which was bound up in a ransom deal aimed at freeing several American hostages from Iran. The response from the attorney general's office is "unacceptable" and provides evidence that Lynch has chosen to "essentially plead the fifth and refuse to respond to inquiries regarding [her] role in providing cash to the world's foremost state sponsor of terrorism," Rubio and Pompeo wrote on Friday in a follow-up letter to Lynch, according to a copy obtained by the Free Beacon. Posted: 28 Oct 2016 01:30 PM PDT BERLIN — Each day the new Royal Farms store and Arby's restaurant on the north side of Route 50 across from Stephen Decatur High School inch closer to completion, the potential for students attempting to cross the busy dual highway grows nearer, but there have been discussions about a possible pedestrian crossing at the intersection. It's no secret once the Royal Farms store is completed on the north side of Route 50 across from Decatur it will likely become an oasis of cold drinks, snacks and other temptations for students at the high school and perhaps the adjacent middle school as well. The same can be said, although on a reduced level, for the new Arby's nearing completion on a site immediately north of the store and also across from the high school. In between, however, is a dangerous dual highway utilized by thousands of vehicles every day and even more during certain times of the year with heavy traffic heading to the resort area. State Highway Administration (SHA) officials are keenly aware of the potentially dangerous situation and have been meeting with school officials on possible solutions, but thus far there are no immediate plans for pedestrian crosswalks, increased signage or signals. JUST IN: New Emails in Clinton Case Came From Anthony Weiner’s Electronic Devices Posted: 28 Oct 2016 01:00 PM PDT WASHINGTON — Federal law enforcement officials said Friday that the new emails uncovered in the closed investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server were discovered after the F.B.I.seized electronic devices belonging to Huma Abedin, a top aide to Mrs. Clinton, and her husband, Anthony Weiner. The F.B.I. is investigating illicit text messages that Mr. Weiner sent to a 15-year-old girl in North Carolina. The bureau told Congress on Friday that it had uncovered new emails related to the Clinton case — one federal official said they numbered in the thousands — potentially reigniting an issue that has weighed on the presidential campaign and offering a lifeline to Donald J. Trump less than two weeks before the election. In a letter to Congress, the F.B.I. director, James B. Comey, said that emails had surfaced in an unrelated case, and that they "appear to be pertinent to the investigation." More

No charges in death of pedestrian Posted: 28 Oct 2016 12:30 PM PDT The Worcester County State's Attorney's Office will not be filing charges against an Ocean City police officer who struck and killed a pedestrian with her cruiser in May. "After reviewing the investigators' findings, State's Attorney Beau Oglesby has informed us that while the outcome in the incident was tragic, there is no criminal liability to consider," Police Public Affairs Specialist Lindsay Richard said. On May 5, 67-year-old Jeffrey Yale Delong was crossing Coastal Highway east to west around 94th Street with two other pedestrians around 1:11 a.m. He was struck by a marked police Chevy Tahoe operated by Officer Xeniya Patterson. ‘We Need to Clean This Up’: Clinton Aide’s Newly Public Email Shows Concern Posted: 28 Oct 2016 12:00 PM PDT In a March 2015 interview, President Obama said that he had learned about Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server as secretary of state "the same time everybody else learned it, through news reports." But that assertion concerned aides of Mrs. Clinton, who knew that the president himself had received emails from the private address, according to a hacked email made public on Tuesday by WikiLeaks. "We need to clean this up — he has emails from her — they do not saystate.gov," Cheryl D. Mills, a top aide, wrote to John D. Podesta, another senior adviser, on March 7, 2015. Two days later, Mr. Obama's spokesman, Josh Earnest, tried to clarify the president's remarks, saying that he had, in fact, exchanged emails with Mrs. Clinton through her private account. But Mr. Earnest suggested that the president had no idea the emails could be a problem because he had relied on Mrs. Clinton to make sure that using a private account did not break any laws. "The point that the president was making is not that he didn't know Secretary Clinton's email address — he did — but he was not aware of the details of how that email address and server had been set up, or how Secretary Clinton and her team were planning to comply with the Federal Records Act," Mr. Earnest said on March 9. Wicomico County Waterman Charged With Harvesting And Selling Oysters On a Suspended License Posted: 28 Oct 2016 11:30 AM PDT A Wicomico County waterman was charged Tuesday with harvesting and selling oysters on a suspended state tidal fish license. Vaughn Edward Collins, 46, of Tyaskin, received a citation after an officer found that he sold 12 bushels of oysters to Southern Connection Seafood for $504 in Nanticoke Harbor. Acting on information from the Maryland State Police, the officer collected the buy ticket and the purchase order and interviewed the mate aboard Collins's work boat, Ali-Bri. Collins was prohibited by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources from engaging in any commercial fishing activities from Oct. 17 to Nov. 15. In February 2015, Collins and another waterman were caught inside the Nanticoke River Oyster Sanctuary. Both men were charged with illegal oyster harvesting more than 150 feet inside a sanctuary; harvesting oysters before legal hours; possessing oysters onboard a vessel between two hours after sunset and before sunrise; being over the daily harvest limit; failing to tag oysters; and two charges each of possessing unculled oysters at 40 percent below legal size. Collins also was cited for operating a vessel without running lights. The 32 bushels of oysters aboard his boat were returned to the sanctuary and the dredge was seized. In 2014, Collins was found guilty of setting commercial crab pots in a prohibited area in Wicomico County and was fined $395. He is scheduled to stand trial in January for possession of undersized blue crabs. Collins is scheduled to appear in Wicomico County District Court Dec. 6. As a second-time offender, he must appear. The maximum penalty is a $1,000 fine and/or on year in jail.
Clinton adviser: ‘They wanted to get away with it’ on private email setup Posted: 28 Oct 2016 11:00 AM PDT As the story about Hillary Clinton's use of a private email account broke last year, the head of a pro-Clinton think tank complained that a penchant for secrecy within Clinton's inner circle only exacerbated the controversy, which would go on to dog her entire presidential campaign, according to a hacked email released Tuesday by WikiLeaks. In the exchange, Center for American Progress president Neera Tanden complained to incoming Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta that Clinton lawyer and former State Department Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills had allowed the email situation to fester to the point where it became a liability to Clinton's presidential bid. "This is a cheryl special. Know you love her, but this stuff is like her Achilles heal. [sic] Or kryptonite. she just can't say no to this shit. Why didn't they get this stuff out like 18 months ago? So crazy," Tanden wrote. "Unbelievable," Podesta replies. "I guess I know the answer. They wanted to get away with it," Tanden said, urging that Clinton turn over the emails to the National Archives immediately. At an earlier point in the exchange, Podesta appears to criticize Clinton lawyer David Kendall and Clinton communications adviser Philippe Reines for being too opaque about the email situation, although it's unclear whether Podesta is faulting them for not being transparent with him or the public. BREAKING NEWS: FBI reopens investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of private email server Posted: 28 Oct 2016 10:34 AM PDT The FBI has reopened its investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server while secretary of state, in a stunning turn of events just days before the presidential election. FBI Director James Comey wrote in a letter to top members of Congress Friday that the bureau has "learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation." Comey did not detail those emails, saying only that they surfaced "in connection with an unrelated case." He told lawmakers the investigative team briefed him on the information a day earlier, "and I agreed that the FBI should take appropriate investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation." http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/10/28/fbi-reopens-investigation-into-clinton-email-use.html

Clinton aide admitted 'there is just no good answer' for email questions Posted: 28 Oct 2016 10:00 AM PDT A former top aide to Hillary Clinton admitted in March 2015 that the campaign could not answer difficult questions about Clinton's private email use in the days after the New York Times exposed it for the first time. Philippe Reines, a former State Department aide to Clinton who recently played the role of Donald Trump during her debate preparations, admitted to other high-level campaign staffers on March 7 of last year that allies' suggestions for mitigating the controversy did not seem effective. Memo Details Ties Between Consulting Firm and Clinton Foundation Posted: 28 Oct 2016 09:45 AM PDT The overlap between Hillary Clinton's State Department, her family's foundation, and a consulting firm run by members of her inner circle has reaped a windfall for all involved, steering tens of millions of dollars to the Clinton family and generating lucrative contracts for a consulting practice run by a close confidante, an internal memo reveals. The 2011 memo, authored by Clinton confidante Doug Band, reveals for the first time the precise financial flows between the Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Clinton Foundation, Band's firm Teneo Consulting, and the Clinton family's private business endeavors. The Band memo also provides additional details on the specific relationships between his consulting clients, which include multinational corporations and deep-pocketed foundations, and the Clinton family's business and charitable efforts. Band sent the memo to Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, then the president of the left-wing Center for American Progress, in a November 2011 email. It was one of thousands released by Wikileaks after hackers believed to be acting in concert with the Russian government breached Podesta's email account. At the time the memo was written, Bill Clinton had four existing business "arrangements," Band wrote. "We secured all of them; and, we have helped manage and maintain all of his for-profit business relationships." More

Wikileaks' Emails Validated in Routine Tests, As Democrats Try to Discredit Revelations Posted: 28 Oct 2016 09:23 AM PDT A digital key buried in the emails sent by Hillary Clinton's staff shows that many of the most important emails released via Wikileaks have not been modified or falsified, according to a series of tests conducted by security experts and by Breitbart News. The tests are important because they undermine efforts by Democrats to deter media coverage of the Wikileaks emails with vague claims that the messages cannot be verified, or could be faked, or modified. So far, those claims have been made by Donna Brazile, the interim head of the Democratic National Committee, and by Sen. Tim Kaine, Hillary Clinton's choice for her vice-president. On Tuesday, for example, White House spokesman Josh Earnest said Tuesday that "I can't verify the integrity of these emails," when he was asked about an email which showedClinton's staff knew that President Barack Obama was communicating with Clinton via her secret home-made email system. The email contradicts Obama's March 2015 claim that he learned about Clinton's server at "the same time everybody else learned it through news reports." But Breitbart News used commercial software and a basic e-mail verification system to confirm that the Clinton staff email — "he has emails from her — they do not say state.gov" — is valid, true and unmodified. WikiLeaks: Band Firm Raised $150 Million For Clinton Charity Posted: 28 Oct 2016 09:15 AM PDT Douglas Band, one of former President Bill Clinton's closest advisors, boasted to outside auditors that his for-profit corporation had a "historical role in carrying the majority of the fundraising burden" for the nonprofit Clinton Foundation. A Nov. 16, 2011 memo Band authored, which WikiLeaks made public Wednesday, raises disturbing questions about charitable law violations due to mixing for-profit activities with the nonprofit foundation. Band authored the extraordinary memo for the law firm of Simpson Thacher, in which he bragged that his for-profit Teneo raised "well over $150 million, much of it from people who did not know President Clinton when he was in office." Let Me Define Exactly Why Your Local Main Stream Media Is Just Plain Stupid Posted: 28 Oct 2016 08:15 AM PDT As many of you know, I like to watch the local news to see if there's news and or information we may have missed. Well, this morning I saw something we did in fact miss and quite frankly I felt pretty bad about it. You see, this morning WBOC did a piece on a proposed rate increase with Delmarva Power. They mentioned something about each and every household getting a rate increase of $20.00 a month. They went on to say that the increase is based around Smart Meter equipment costs. Then it got REALLY interesting. They, (WBOC) flat out said there was a meeting held LAST NIGHT in Salisbury. I didn't know that, DID YOU? As someone who pays a lot of Delmarva Power bills I would have liked to have known this a few days ago, wouldn't you? OK, so they didn't tell anyone in advance, that's bad enough. But it got worse in my opinion. Why the hell would you do a piece this morning that tells you there was a meeting in Salisbury last night, yet they didn't interview ANYONE, nor did they offer ANYTHING referencing how the public felt about the increase! You see, your media should be providing you a service. They are supposed to HELP you by keeping you INFORMED, especially in advance so you/we can attend these extremely important meetings. Earlier I said I feel bad and I really do. I feel bad because I'm sure all of you believe me when I say, IF I/we had known about this meeting we would have immediately published the information. I have been known in the past to attend Delmarva Power meetings and this rate increase would have been enough for me to drive to Salisbury and attend. However, we were not informed and I'm sure you know why. We would have had the entire place packed because WE HAVE THE BIGGEST FOLLOWING. No need to wonder WHY Delmarva Power decided NOT to send us the meeting information in advance because the GOOD OLD BOYS clearly stick together. Delmarva power spends money with WBOC, HELLO. I'm not sure if the Daily Times had anything in advance, or did they wait until today to REPORT on the meeting AFTER it happened as well? I just see no point in them doing a piece this morning on a rate increase after the meeting had already happened, unless they have something up their sleeve? My personal belief, Solar Panels are kicking their rear end and THAT is why they are asking for a rate increase. Let's be real. If you think every single home with a $20.00+ rate increase is the end, well, you're not very smart. This is just the beginning and we should have been warned in advance. Finally, the less amount of people who show up for such a meeting looks GREAT for Delmarva power. They can go to the Board and say they received very little RESISTANCE from PUBLIC MEETINGS. Very slick!

7 Wikileaks Revelations About Hillary Clinton That The Media Is Completely Ignoring Posted: 28 Oct 2016 08:45 AM PDT The recent Wikileaks revelations about the Clintons, the Clinton campaign, media collusion, and the various hypocrisies of the Democratic Party are groundbreaking in both their scope and depth. The sheer number of hacked emails covering so many topics, combined with the shadiness of the activities involved, should have already handed Donald Trump the election. Alas, the media, whose collusion with the Clinton campaign is laid out in many of the emails, will not have a bar of reporting them in a professional, ethical fashion. The following seven email exchanges have either been deliberately suppressed by mainstream outlets or given the slimmest coverage to feebly ward off accusations that they are in the de facto service (or pocket) of Hillary Clinton. 1. Man gets community service for Boardwalk fight Posted: 28 Oct 2016 08:30 AM PDT One man accused of enflaming a crowd of hundreds of people during the Boardwalk melee last July pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and possession of a class four controlled substance on Wednesday morning in Ocean City District Court. Tuflah Davies, 19, of Silver Spring was also charged with resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. His attorney and Deputy State's Attorney Paul Haskell reached an agreement since Davies pleaded guilty to the more serious charges. Davies was one of 11 people who were arrested on the Boardwalk on July 23 and July 24. According to several police reports, a wild crowd spiraled out of control and assaulted police officers after a man was arrested for throwing a trash can around 9:45 p.m. According to the state's attorney's statement of facts, the situation became worse after midnight. Haskell told the court that police saw roughly 500 people head north on Seventh Street on the Boardwalk, and police were attempting to disperse the crowd. More
Schweizer: 12 Days from Election, Clinton World Still Has No Good Answers on Russian Uranium Deal Posted: 28 Oct 2016 08:23 AM PDT The transfer of 20 percent of America's uranium to a Russian-controlled company, first exposed in Clinton Cash and confirmed by the New York Times, has become a central subject of the presidential campaign. Donald Trump has referenced it in his speeches and news media "fact checkers" have been furiously writing about it. Set aside for a minute how candidates might inartfully describe a complex transaction or the semantic games that might be played by "fact checkers." The usually curious news media is going to absurd lengths to pretend that there is nothing here so the issue will go away. Briefly, a Russian government sought federal government approval to purchase a Canadian company called Uranium One which controlled 20 percent of American uranium assets. This required the approval of several federal government agencies, because the deal involved a material (uranium) of national strategic importance. Hillary Clinton's State Department was one of those agencies which signed off on the deal. More
WikiLeaks shows Clinton hid email scandal from her own staff Posted: 28 Oct 2016 08:15 AM PDT Hillary Clinton's closest aides hid the private email scandal from her campaign team in the months before the official launch of her presidential campaign, emails made public by WikiLeaks show. Robby Mook, Clinton's campaign manager, John Podesta, Clinton's campaign chair, and Neera Tanden, co-chair of Clinton's transition team, each expressed shock at the revelations about her private server as they emerged in early March 2015. Although Clinton's team had performed research on her in 2014 as staff prepared for her campaign, Clinton's inner circle apparently steered Mook and others away from the issue until it was too late. When Podesta asked Mook if he had "any idea of the depth of this story," Mook answered simply, "Nope." More

'Bill Clinton Inc.': Email details how top aides helped make ex-president rich Posted: 28 Oct 2016 08:00 AM PDT One of Bill Clinton's closest confidants outlined in a lengthy 2011 memo how he and another aide helped secure at least $50 million in speaking fees and other ventures for the former president – in addition to raising "the bulk" of funds for the controversial Clinton Foundation. The 12-page memo from Doug Band, released Wednesday by WikiLeaks, was designed to highlight the crucial role he – and his global strategy company Teneo – played in procuring money for the ex-president and Clinton's namesake foundation. "Throughout the past almost 11 years since President Clinton left office, I have sought to leverage my activities, including my partner role at Teneo, to support and to raise funds for the Foundation," Band wrote. "This memorandum strives to set forth how I have endeavored to support the Clinton Foundation and President Clinton personally." More
Clinton Campaign Coordinated With State Department to Answer Foundation Questions About Haiti Posted: 28 Oct 2016 07:53 AM PDT Clinton faced questions about $500,000 donation from Algeria Top aides to Hillary Clinton coordinated with the State Department to answer questions about the Clinton Foundation, according to recently released hacked emails. Prior to announcing her candidacy, Clinton faced questions about a $500,000 donation to her family's foundation from Algeria, which violated her agreement with the Obama administration that the Clinton Foundation would not accept new foreign donations while she was secretary of state. Following a report in the Washington Post that the foundation raked in millions from foreign governments while Clinton was at the State Department, Clinton's team discussed over email how to address questions about the Algeria donation from other outlets. "All – not surprisingly, we've received a number of follow up questions asking for confirmation of the Algeria donation," Clinton Foundation spokesman Craig Minassian wrote on Feb. 26, 2015. "We could let it sit or confirm for other outlets with the following draft statement." The statement, which was later modified and given to CNN, made the case that the Algeria donation was entirely spent to aid Haiti after the earthquake in 2010. More
To All Veterans, Save The Date Posted: 28 Oct 2016 07:45 AM PDT Hey, Joe, We've been providing free breakfast to our Veterans going on the 3rd year now to give back to where we can. It's grown a bit since then, but we can only reach so many people and need your help. Mainly because this year due to reservations already set, we want to provide free breakfast still, but will have to do it the day before Veterans Day. We made this decision so that we have the extra space voided of the groups we already have booked the following day. I'm hoping for those that have served, that its not a disappointment, but more or a reason to come enjoy a meal on us the day before, and then enjoy a meal with other businesses the following. We really look forward to doing what we can to serve our community and we don't have some of the strict guidelines of asking for credentials like other businesses, even though many are corporate and only enforcing what's sent down the ladder. Please help us spread the word and let them visit us for a delicious meal, on us.

Iran Takes More Hostages: What Did The US Expect? Posted: 28 Oct 2016 07:15 AM PDT Another question raised is that while the State Department has long warned American citizens against traveling to Iran, why do some dual nationals, primarily Iranian-Americans, continue to travel to Iran for business or other reasons? The Iranian government has learned that arresting dual nationals and Iranian-Americans not only can lead to the flow of billions of dollars to Iran, but also can ratchet up Iran's political leverage against the US and Western allies. President Obama is dangerously encouraging the Iranian leaders' detaining and arresting dual nationals to extort money and play hardball. Iran is not only detaining and arresting more Iranian-Americans, but also boasting about it and publicly asking for more money to release them. Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) pointed out recently: "We should wait and see, the U.S. will offer ... many billions of dollars to release" two particular Iranian-American businessman, Siamak Namazi and his father Baquer Namazi. According to Alex Shirazi's nuanced profile, Siamak Namazi was one of the intellectual architects of the National Iranian American Council (NIAC), which has been accused of lobbying for the Iranian regime and pursuing policies that benefit themselves and the Iranian regime. Accordingly, the organization was founded "as a way to continuously lobby for the removal of sanctions against Iran and to promote Iran's foreign policy, while combating the pro-Israel sentiment in America, according to documents from a Cyprus convention that featured the two men." Mr. Namazi worked for Iran's Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning from 1994 to 1996. He also joined a company in Tehran called Atieh Bahar Consulting (AB), which was founded by Pari Namazi and her husband, Bijan Khajehpour. The Tehran-based Atieh Bahar Consulting "offered a range of legal and industrial services to foreign enterprises, most importantly the access it provided to the [Iranian] regime, and the advice it dispensed on how best to navigate the vagaries of the regime's entrenched factions and competitive interests." Gorka on Clinton Foundation and Pay for Play: Let the Peasants Obey the Rules! Posted: 28 Oct 2016 07:07 AM PDT Breitbart News National Security Editor Dr. Sebastian Gorka, author of the best-selling book Defeating Jihad: The Winnable War, joined Trish Regan on Fox News' The Intelligence Report to discuss the latest WikiLeaks revelations about the Clinton Foundation. Asked why Hillary Clinton didn't shut the controversial Foundation down when she began running for President, Gorka replied, "It's simply a case of 'the rules don't apply to us. Let the peasants obey the rules that apply to everybody else. But if you work in the Clinton State Department, if you work for the Clinton Foundation, you're above all of that.'" "The government email is clunky!" he imagined Clinton complaining about the system she was supposed to be using. "So who cares if we're talking about sensitive issues? This isn't about the national security of America. It's not about the State Department. It's about the Clinton corporation. Neera Tanden, president of the Center for American Progress and a staunch Clinton backer, wrote to campaign manager John Podesta sharing "Howard's advice," a reference to Howard Wolfson, communications director for Clinton's 2008 presidential bid and a former top aide to Mayor Bloomberg. Wolfson, according to Tanden, "thinks the brown and women pundits can shame the times and others on social media. So cultivating [them] to defend her is helpful. They can be emboldened." Tanden named The Nation's Joan Walsh, Vox's Matt Yglesias, The Washington Post's Greg Sargent and NBC's Perry Bacon as among those who could be "helpful." More
The worst of ObamaCare is yet to come Posted: 28 Oct 2016 06:53 AM PDT Word that ObamaCare premiums will soar 25 percent in the 39 states that operate off the federal healthcare.gov system is only the tip of the iceberg: The so-called Affordable Care Act is inflicting damage all across America's health-care sector — with no end in sight. Just as critics warned from the start. Premiums are rising in nearly all the states that run their own exchanges, too. And if you get other coverage, you're also paying: ObamaCare taxes non-exchange health plans to help pay for the subsidies that make its policies (somewhat) affordable. (It also cut tens of billions from Medicare.) This, on top of the regulations that impact policies across America — boosting costs by mandating added coverage, whether you want it or not. The move forced insurers to cancel coverage for 6 million-plus people — even as tens of millions found that, no, they couldn't keep their doctor after all. More, the law also pushed consolidation — penalizing doctors who stay in independent practice, rewarding hospitals that merge. All because the liberals who wrote the law saw such competition as destructive. Oh, and the nonprofit "insurance cooperatives" created with tens of billions in federal funds have nearly all failed. Donald Trump praises Newt Gingrich for clash with Megyn Kelly on Fox News: 'We don't play games' Posted: 28 Oct 2016 06:15 AM PDT Donald Trump congratulated former House Speaker Newt Gingrich Wednesday for his much-hyped televised clash with Fox News host Megyn Kelly the previous evening, expressing his solidarity in the notion that the two men "don't play games." Mr. Gingrich accused Mrs. Kelly of being "fascinated with sex" and not caring about public policy after the she questioned him about the allegations of sexual misconduct that have been leveled against Mr. Trump since the release of a 2005 tape in which the New York businessman brags about groping women. "By the way congratulations Newt on last night," Mr. Trump said at a ribbon-cutting ceremony for his new luxury hotel in Washington, D.C. "That was an amazing interview. … We don't play games, Newt, right? We don't play games." Mr. Gingrich opined on Mrs. Kelly's sexual thoughts after growing frustrated with her questions, accusing her of being bias against Mr. Trump, and challenging her to label former President Bill Clinton as a sexual predator. "You are fascinated with sex, and you don't care about public policy," Mr. Gingrich said. More
Why Donald Trump is still the safer choice Posted: 28 Oct 2016 06:07 AM PDT Hillary Clinton will finish transforming America into a socialist welfare state America is a two-party system and after party conventions select the nominees, we have two choices and only two choices. Both nominees have demonstrated serious character flaws. The current spotlight is on lewd, vulgar comments from Donald Trump that cannot be defended. Nevertheless, his words could never be used to justify a vote for Hillary Clinton and her leftist agenda. Those morally pure conservatives who believe they cannot in good conscience vote for Mr. Trump but don't like Mrs. Clinton need to define what outcome they are seeking by voting third party or not at all. With America at a true tipping point, the reality is that only Donald Trump can block the election of another far-left progressive ideologue. Hillary Clinton will trample on individual liberties and religious freedom. If she is elected, the America of our Founders is over and the U.S. Constitution is toast. More
Trump introduces his 'new deal' for black America in Charlotte speech Posted: 28 Oct 2016 06:00 AM PDT Hours after promising to "revitalize" America during remarks at his new hotel in Washington, Donald Trump jetted off to North Carolina on Wednesday where he promised to provide "a new deal" for black communities if he defeats Hillary Clinton in next month's presidential election. In a speech tailored to black voters in the crucial swing state, Trump outlined a series of policy proposals aimed at tackling urban renewal and bringing prosperity to African-American families across the country. "Today I want to talk about how to grow the African-American middle class and provide a new deal for black America," he said to an intimate crowd in Charlotte. "That deal is grounded in three promises: safe communities, great education and high-paying jobs." "Every African-American citizen in this country is entitled to a government that puts their jobs, wages and security first," said the Republican presidential nominee, as he asked the state's large black population for the "honor of your vote and the privilege to represent you as your president." Jury acquits Ammon and Ryan Bundy, leaders of Oregon standoff, of federal charges Posted: 28 Oct 2016 05:45 AM PDT A jury delivered an extraordinary blow to the government Thursday in a long-running battle over the use of public lands when it acquitted all seven defendants involved in the armed occupation of a national wildlife refuge in rural southeastern Oregon. Tumult erupted in the courtroom after the verdicts were read when an attorney for group leader Ammon Bundy demanded his client be immediately released, repeatedly yelling at the judge. U.S. marshals tackled attorney Marcus Mumford to the ground, used a stun gun on him several times and arrested him. U.S. District Judge Anna Brown said she could not release Bundy because he still faces charges in Nevada stemming from an armed standoff at his father Cliven Bundy's ranch two years ago. The Portland jury acquitted Bundy, his brother Ryan Bundy and five others of conspiring to impede federal workers from their jobs at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, 300 miles southeast of Portland. Even attorneys for the defendants were surprised by the acquittals. More

Think The DOJ Was Corrupt With Hillary? Here's The Proof. Posted: 28 Oct 2016 05:30 AM PDT It was apparent from the beginning of the investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails that she would never face justice for her actions because the Department of Justice (DOJ) would not prosecute her due to the corrupt nature of the agency. A look at the political donations of DOJ employees reveals just how entrenched the bias for Clinton at the department truly is. The Hill poured through Federal Election Committee data to determine the amount of donations from federal government employees to presidential candidates. Federal workers donated a total of $2 million to the presidential candidates, and $1.9 million of it went to Clinton. But the most notable part was the amount of donations that DOJ employees gave to Clinton: (emphasis bolded) Employees of the Department of Justice, which investigated Clinton's use of a private email server while she was secretary of State, gave Clinton 97 percent of their donations. Trump received $8,756 from DOJ employees compared with $286,797 for Clinton. More/Video
New Evidence Links Voting Machines And Clinton Foundation Posted: 28 Oct 2016 05:15 AM PDT Could these connections be enough to implicate the Clinton Foundation in the alleged early vote rigging in Texas? As usual, the internet has come through as the ultimate watchdog while the supposed safeguards of our democracy have failed. A Gab user by the name "Special Prosecutor Will Logan" has found some stunning information. Note: as Gab is a members only site, you'll have to join to see his actual posts, but we included all pertinent information in the article. More
Is the Fed Fix in for the election? Posted: 28 Oct 2016 05:00 AM PDT As we near Halloween, the US stock market looks like it's whistling past the graveyard near the end of a year that I predicted would be the dawn of "the Epocalypse." (By that, I meant an economic apocalypse, the likes of which we've never seen.) So far, however, that prediction has not manifested. In fact, the market's fibrillating heartbeat in this graph exhibits a preternatural and eery calm. But it is too calm — too calm to be natural. The stock market plunged on my predicted schedule at the start of the year in what turned into the worst January in the US stock market's history. Then, suddenly, it was resurrected, great death defied; but, after a rapid recovery it lost consciousness and now behaves more like the walking dead. I have never seen a more rigged looking stock market. The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) has been flatlining in the narrowest range possible for almost four months. Coincidence, or has the Fed clandestinely set a threshold below which it will not let the market fall, just like it does openly for inflation — in order to make sure that nothing happens economically that would push voters toward Donald Trump? Yuengling Brewery to Eric Trump: 'Our Guys Are Behind Your Father' Posted: 28 Oct 2016 04:45 AM PDT Yuengling employees, working at "America's oldest brewery," are supporting Donald Trump. "Our guys are behind your father," Richard "Dick" Yuengling Jr., says. "We need him in there." Yuengling gave Eric Trump and a small group — including local GOP leaders — a tour of the brewery in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. "Eric Trump predicted his father would win Pennsylvania based on a message that resonates with workers like those at Yuengling, a long established business that has been in Schuylkill County since 1829," reports the Reading Eagle. "Because of a great company like Yuengling," Eric Trump stated, "workers can educate their kids and live a prosperous lifestyle." The Republican nominee's son said the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, as well as too much regulation and high taxes are "destroying" U.S. businesses. More
FreedomWorks Pushs To Postpone House Speaker Election Posted: 28 Oct 2016 04:30 AM PDT A conservative group affiliated with the tea party movement is urging congressional Republicans to postpone their planned election for speaker of the House so there can be more debate about the future of the party. "After a chaotic election cycle, the House Republican Conference should take some time to reassess and reflect on what the future of the GOP will be," said FreedomWorks CEO Adam Brandon. "Will the conference fight for conservative priorities in the lame duck and into the next Congress? Or will it continue down the path of the status quo that has frustrated conservative grassroots activists across America." More
Posted: 28 Oct 2016 04:15 AM PDT Before running against billionaire real estate mogul Donald Trump for the presidency, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told an audience at a private, paid speech she wanted to see more successful businessmen and women run for office because they can't be bought. In a speech made public by Wikileaks – which released an email from Hillary for America Research Director Tony Caark containing three attached speeches given at a private Goldman Sachs events – Clinton spoke and took audience questions at the "Builders and Innovators Summit" hosted by Goldman Sachs on October 29, 2013. Answering a question about businessmen in politics, Clinton said that they are "most often the people that look over the horizon," and therefore share a vision that many politicians of today lack. "And that's a very good question and thank you for asking it. Yes, I would love to see more businessmen go into politics because I believe they would bring in an entirely different mindset and strategies than what we're used to seeing traditionally," she opined. Confidential Memo Exposes Ties Between Clinton Foundation Donors And Bill's "For-Profit" Activities Posted: 28 Oct 2016 04:00 AM PDT We have written frequently in recent weeks about a feud that erupted between Chelsea Clinton and Doug Band back in 2011 after Chelsea raised concerns about potential conflicts of interest between Band's firm, Teneo, the Clinton Foundation and the State Department (see here, here, here and here). The feud ultimately resulted in Band being forced to draft a memo spelling out, in vivid detail, the many entangled relationships between himself, Teneo, the Clinton Foundation and the State Department. Fortunately, today's Wikileaks dump included that memo which reveals, for the first time, the precise financial flows between the Clinton Foundation, Band's firm Teneo Consulting, and the Clinton family's private business endeavors. The memo starts with a brief background on Teneo, which was created in June 2011, shortly after Declan Kelly resigned from his position as "United States Economic Envoy to Northern Ireland," a position to which he was appointed by Secretary Clinton.
