Mook Struggles to Defend Clintons and State Dept. Over Haitian Rebuilding Contracts Posted: 25 Oct 2016 09:00 PM PDT Hillary Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook struggled Sunday to defend the Clintons, the Clinton Foundation and the State Department from accusations of favoritism from donors to the Clinton Foundation for contracts for rebuilding Haiti after the 2010 earthquake there. CNN's Jake Tapper questioned Mook about emails that were released by WikiLeaks and show how donations to the Clinton Foundation influenced decisions made by the Clintons and the Clinton State Department. "In an email that was hacked by WikiLeaks, and I know that the talking point from the Clinton campaign is this is the Russians trying to infiltrate, but beyond that there is the substance of this email," Tapper said. "We learned that the King of Morocco wanted to contribute $12 million to the Clinton Foundation last year, but he only wanted to do it if he could get a face-to-face meeting with Hillary Clinton. Clinton adviser Huma Abedin wrote that the contribution was a nonstarter if the King did not get a meeting with Hillary Clinton. Now, ultimately Hillary Clinton did not make the trip to Morocco because the campaign had already started." More/Video |

Donald Trump says he would block the $80bn AT&T and Time Warner merger Posted: 25 Oct 2016 08:00 PM PDT The deal that could 'destroy democracy' between AT&T and Time Warner would undoubtedly be blocked if America elected Donald Trump as president, or so he says. 'Deals like this destroy democracy,' proclaimed Trump during a rally in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, where he discussed what he would do in his first 100 days of presidency. AT&T reached a deal to buy media company Time Warner for $85.4billion. More/Video |
Federal authorities warn against dangers of decorative contact lenses Posted: 25 Oct 2016 07:30 PM PDT WASHINGTON – With Halloween rapidly approaching, federal law-enforcement authorities are issuing a consumer warning against dangerous counterfeit contact lenses and unapproved decorative contact lenses illegally sold at retail outlets and online that can cause eye infections, conjunctivitis and impaired vision. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) have combined efforts to make several hundred seizures totaling around 100,000 pairs of counterfeit, illegal and unapproved contact lenses. The enforcement actions, coordinated from the ICE-led National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center (IPR Center), were conducted under the FDA-led initiative dubbed Operation Double Vision, an ongoing effort to target the illicit importation and distribution of counterfeit and unapproved contact lenses that present a significant health and safety hazard to the American public. "Criminal elements will capitalize on the excitement of the holiday season by selling substandard, dangerous counterfeit and illegal items with no regard for the health and safety of consumers," said ICE Homeland Security Investigations Executive Associate Director Peter Edge. "Our agents are committed to collaborating with external agencies to develop effective operations and conduct aggressive investigations into the distribution of fake goods that threaten the American public with lengthy medical procedures and strenuous rehabilitation programs." Several investigations into the trafficking of counterfeit and unapproved contact lenses have included testing, which has revealed high levels of bacteria that could cause significant health problems. The presence of bacteria and other toxins are the result of poor sanitary conditions during packaging and improper storage during the shipping process. Additionally, the coloring on decorative contact lenses may be made of lead-based materials that leach directly into the eye. Therefore, consumers searching for any type of contact lenses should visit an eye doctor, obtain a prescription and purchase them from a licensed provider. "A valid prescription helps ensure consumers get contact lenses that are determined to be safe and effective by the FDA. Without it, people can risk serious eye injuries or loss of eyesight for one night of fun," said George M. Karavetsos, Director, FDA's Office of Criminal Investigations. "We will continue to pursue and bring to justice those who attempt to circumvent the regulatory process and put the public's health at risk." Forty million Americans wear contact lenses, which the FDA regulates as medical devices under federal law. National studies conducted for optometrists have revealed that 11 percent of consumers have worn decorative contact lenses, but a majority of those individuals purchased them without a prescription, and 59 percent of people using disposable contact lenses wear them for longer than recommended. "You'd never buy a new hip at a flea market and you should never buy a medical device like contact lenses at one either," said Georgia Optometric Association President Dr. Ben Casella. "If you're not careful, one night of using knock-off lenses to change your appearance can mean a permanent change in your ability to see for the rest of your life." Founded in 2000, the IPR Center – formally codified in the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 – is one of the U.S. government's key weapons in the fight against criminal counterfeiting and piracy. The center uses the expertise of its 23 member agencies to share information, develop initiatives, coordinate enforcement actions, and conduct investigations related to IP theft. Through this strategic interagency partnership, the IPR Center protects the public's health and safety, the U.S. economy and the war fighters |
Mook Flustered by Fox Questions on Clinton Soliciting Morocco Donation Posted: 25 Oct 2016 07:00 PM PDT Hillary Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook appeared to grow flustered on Sunday as Fox News host Chris Wallace pressed him on Clinton's solicitation of a $12 million donation from the King of Morocco to the Clinton Foundation. According to hacked emails of John Podesta released by WikiLeaks, top Clinton aide Huma Abedin wrote to Mook and Podesta early in 2015 that it was Clinton's idea to speak at a Clinton Global Initiative meeting in Morocco in return for the eight-figure sum. Given that Clinton's own State Department called the African nation "corrupt," Abedin acknowledged Clinton knew she'd made a "mess" for herself with her presidential campaign launch coming up. She ultimately did not attend the conference. "Why wasn't that classic pay-to-play?" Wallace asked of the solicitation of the money. Mook said it was not news that the CGI held its meeting in Morocco and that Hillary Clinton wound up not attending. Bill and Chelsea Clinton went, however. More/Video |

Donald Trump: Anyone Who Supports Open Borders Should Never Be Allowed to Be President Posted: 25 Oct 2016 06:00 PM PDT Donald Trump said that Hillary Clinton should never have been allowed to run for president due to her crimes and open-borders advocacy. "Anyone who supports open borders should never be allowed to be president," Trump said. "Hillary's plan includes an open border with the Middle East…most people don't even know where [refugees are] going, including governors and senators. This is going to be the great Trojan horse." "I'm going to keep radical Islamic terrorists the hell out of our country!" Trump said. "She has opened the door to unlimited drugs pouring into your community. Which Ohio does not want," Trump said. NY Political Science Professor: 87-99 Percent Chance Trump Wins; Other Polling Methods 'Bunk' Posted: 25 Oct 2016 05:00 PM PDT Helmut Norpoth, a political science professor at Stony Brook University in New York State, is defying seemingly all national polling data by predicting Republican nominee Donald Trump has an 87-99 percent chance of taking the White House. Norpoth, who is strongly cautioning against our current "bunk" polling measures, has correctly predicted every presidential election since 1996. Further, his election model has predicted every presidential election winner since 1912, save the 1960 election. "The American Voter Revisited" co-author explains that the current polling system fails on two fronts, 1.) ineffective "opinion" polling and 2.) excluding those who refuse to participate in polling surveys, citing inaccurate polling predictions by Gallop and Rasmussen in 2012. In his column for The Hill, Norpoth first goes after opinion polls: "To start with something basic, opinion polls are really about 'opinions,' not actions. At their best, they can tell us how people feel about political issues and personalities. Do voters, for instance, like or dislike candidates such as Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump?" he writes. "Yet having an opinion and acting on it are two different things," Norpoth continues. "Barely 6 in 10 voting-age American citizens turn out for presidential elections. Ascertaining the opinions of 100 citizens is just a start. Now you have to determine which 60 of them actually take the time to mark a ballot. They are the 'likely voters.' They are the only ones that count. But to find them is no easy chore." More/Video |

Two Wanted Suspects Killed By Police In Cecil Co. Posted: 25 Oct 2016 04:23 PM PDT (ELKTON, MD) – Two suspects who were wanted on felony warrants in Delaware and who were armed with what appeared to be handguns but were later determined to be BB guns, were fatally wounded this morning when both ignored commands of a police fugitive team and raised their guns at officers attempting to arrest them at a Cecil County motel. The deceased are identified as Brandon Jones, 25, and Chelsea M. Porter, 25, both from Dover, Delaware. Both were wanted on warrants by Delaware State Police for four counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, three counts of possession of a deadly weapon by a person prohibited, receiving a stolen firearm, conspiracy 2nd, possession of marijuana other than personal use quantity, and possession of drug paraphernalia The two were believed to be traveling together and were possibly in Maryland. Delaware State Police contacted the Maryland State Police yesterday requesting assistance in the search for the fugitives. The Maryland State Apprehension team, a cooperative inter-agency fugitive task force coordinated by the Maryland State Police and the US Marshals Service, took the lead searching for the fugitives in Maryland. Shortly before 10 a.m. today, members of the Maryland State Apprehension Team went to the New Eastern Inn, in the 200-block of Pulaski Highway, Elkton, Md. The Maryland State Apprehension team included fugitive investigators from the Maryland State Police and the Cecil County Sheriff's Office. The preliminary Maryland State Police Homicide Unit investigation indicates investigators determined both suspects were in a second floor room of the motel. Members of the MSAT team approached the hotel room door. They were wearing ballistic vests clearly marked with "Police" and displaying police badges. Police knocked on the hotel room door and announced their presence, saying they had a warrant and the suspects should surrender. No answer was received and an officer saw a male inside the room pick up a handgun and move toward the door. Police officers outside the door immediately retreated and continued to shout commands to the suspects inside. Assistance was requested from the Elkton Police Department and officers responded to join those from the State Police and Cecil County Sheriff's Office already there. According to the preliminary investigation, several minutes passed as police continued to yell commands to the suspects in the room. Without warning, the male suspect then stepped outside the room onto the walkway and pointed a handgun at police, ignoring their continuing commands to drop the weapon. Police fired at the suspect, who was hit. Seconds later, the female stepped outside the room and also pointed a handgun at officers, ignoring their continuing commands to drop the weapon. Police fired at the suspect and she was hit. Police called for emergency medical assistance. Both suspects were pronounced dead at the scene. The Maryland State Police Homicide Unit is conducting the investigation, as is procedure in police involved shootings. Investigators are working to determine how many police officers fired and what departments they are from. Investigators have determined one of the officers who fired is a trooper from the Maryland State Police. He has been placed on administrative leave, as is procedure pending the outcome of the investigation. State Police investigators obtained a search warrant prior to a search of the scene. Crime scene technicians and investigators are continuing to process the scene this afternoon. Investigators have found two replica handguns next to the suspects. At this time, it is believed one is a BB pistol and the other is a compressed air-powered pellet or BB gun. Further examination will be conducted as the scene is processed. A photo of one of the guns accompanies this news release. The investigation is continuing. Upon completion, the State Police Homicide Unit investigation will be provided to the Cecil County State's Attorney's Office for review. The Maryland State Police Internal Affairs Unit is also conducting an investigation, as is procedure. This investigation examines adherence to administrative policies and procedures. Content from a 10/22/16 Delaware State Police news release concerning the search for the fugitives is below: Dover – State Police are requesting the public's assistance in locating Brandon Jones, 25, and Chelsea M. Porter, 25, both of Dover. Brandon Jones is wanted in connection with a reckless endangering incident that occurred on Tuesday October 18, 2016 in the 700 block of Dinahs Corner Road, Dover, when Jones fired one round from a handgun into the air after he threatened to shoot a 44-year-old victim. Detectives then conducted a search warrant on Thursday October 21, 2016 at Jones' residence in the 100 block of Stardust Drive, Dover and located 2094 bags (31.41 grams) of heroin, 1,020 grams of marijuana, a .38 caliber revolver, a 6.35 caliber pistol, a .22 caliber rifle, and a .357 caliber revolver that was reported stolen back in July 2016 out of Queen Anne's County, Maryland. Over $2,700.00 in suspected drug proceeds was also seized. Brandon Jones (No Photo Available) and his girlfriend, Chelsea Porter (Photo Attached) were not at the residence during the search warrant. Detectives have obtained warrants on both of them for four counts of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin, Possession of Heroin, Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, three counts of Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited, Receiving a Stolen Firearm, Conspiracy 2nd, Possession of Marijuana Other Than Personal Use Quantity, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Posted: 25 Oct 2016 04:00 PM PDT I am John Mitchell, former Attorney General in the Nixon Administration. Unfortunately, due to my involvement in Watergate, I went to jail for corruption. While my lawyer tried to get me off, the government (and the people) didn't see me as innocent. You can read more about my story and the Watergate scandal at this site. For those not alive during my time in the sun, you should give Watergate a look. Hillary Clinton was fired from the investigation because she lied and stole evidence. "I Went To A Wells Fargo Branch... And This Is What Happened Next" Posted: 25 Oct 2016 04:00 PM PDT They have learned nothing. I walked into my Wells Fargo branch to put my data backup into my safe deposit box, as I've been doing for a decade. This routine business turned into a wake-up call about safe deposit boxes and churned up insights into how Wells Fargo conducts to this day its cross-selling efforts: the algo makes them do it! To clarify, I'm a happy customer. Wells Fargo handles day-to-day banking for me and my vast WOLF STREET media-mogul-empire corporation. The people are nice, and I have not yet noticed any fraudulent accounts in my name. It doesn't bother me that every time I call one of the national numbers with a problem or question, I have to swat away their offers of "pre-approved" credit cards, lines of credit, or other high-margin products. Having run a car dealership earlier in my life, I appreciate the art of aggressive cross-selling. However, we never-ever did it over the phone! We waited till we saw the whites of their eyes. Yet at the counter for safe deposit boxes, I was in for a surprise. The young man – a 30-year-old employee would have looked suspiciously over-age at that branch – checked the computer for my box number. There was a problem. He asked for my driver's license. He rummaged through a file cabinet, found the signature cards. He conferred with another kid. He came back, embarrassed. Turns out, the fact that I've been renting the box for a decade wasn't in their computer system. So no-go. I thought: That's how easy it is to block you from getting into your safe deposit box. He called over a "personal banker" – a young woman – to "fix" the problem. We trotted off to her desk. She said the bank had "updated" its computer system. My box rental hadn't made it into the new version. So she got busy on her computer. Took a while. She had to set it up. There were fees and discounts to discuss. There were things I had to read, agree to, and sign. She was just about finished, when she suddenly did a mini double-take of her screen. Everything came to a halt. "I don't mean to sell you anything," she said after a long pause, with an embarrassed smile, "but…." More |
It’s official: Double-digit rate hikes for Obamacare Posted: 25 Oct 2016 03:30 PM PDT WASHINGTON - Premiums will go up sharply next year under President Barack Obama's health care law, and many consumers will be down to just one insurer, the administration confirmed Monday. That will stoke another "Obamacare" controversy days before a presidential election. Before taxpayer-provided subsidies, premiums for a midlevel benchmark plan will increase an average of 25 percent across the 39 states served by the federally run online market, according to a report from the Department of Health and Human Services. Some states will see much bigger jumps, others less. Moreover, about 1 in 5 consumers will have plans from only a single insurer to pick from, after major national carriers such as UnitedHealth Group (UNH), Humana (HUM) and Aetna (AET) scaled back their roles. New York Times Warns of 'the Dangers of Hillary Clinton' Posted: 25 Oct 2016 03:00 PM PDT The New York Times editorial page warns this weekend that Hillary Clinton is dangerous because of her "establishmentarian type of folly." Ross Douthat opines: The dangers of a Hillary Clinton presidency are more familiar than Trump's authoritarian unknowns, because we live with them in our politics already. They're the dangers of elite groupthink, of Beltway power worship, of a cult of presidential action in the service of dubious ideals. They're the dangers of a recklessness and radicalism that doesn't recognize itself as either, because it's convinced that if an idea is mainstream and commonplace among the great and good then it cannot possibly be folly. Almost every crisis that has come upon the West in the last 15 years has its roots in this establishmentarian type of folly. The Iraq War, which liberals prefer to remember as a conflict conjured by a neoconservative cabal, was actually the work of a bipartisan interventionist consensus, pushed hard by George W. Bush but embraced as well by a large slice of center-left opinion that included Tony Blair and more than half of Senate Democrats. More |
Md. woman chooses sleeping outside with pets over homeless shelter Posted: 25 Oct 2016 02:30 PM PDT WASHINGTON (WUSA9) - Allyn Sweet lost her Mount Airy home in June 2016, but she was more concerned about what would happen to her six pets. With a lack of pet-friendly homeless shelters and the costly prices of pet-friendly hotels, Sweet decided to sleep outside with her animals. "The shelter system is set up for people with families," said Sweet, "not people with pets. She spent the summer camping in a tent and with the help of an acquaintance has taken shelter in a hotel through the end of the month. But colder weather is coming and she is hoping to find something a little more permanent. More |

A picture that was only shared with close friends and family until now... Posted: 25 Oct 2016 01:30 PM PDT Lynn Andrews Above is a picture that I have only shared with our close friends and family. It's highly personal to Joe and I and not something I take lightly. It's one of the only images of our sweet girl that I will have until we reach heaven. This is why I share it with you now... I wasn't going to add to all the chatter littering my news feed about this presidential election. But after Wednesday night's debate and moving through these last few days, desperately missing my babies that were lost either by miscarriage or stillbirth, NOT by my choosing...I can't help but pen these words. Please hear me friends...both candidates are liars. Both are "nasty" in their own way. Neither one lines up completely with my Christian values. Neither one hits all the issues the way I would like. I have truly *struggled* the last few months on who I was going to vote for, IF I was going to vote. With each new story that would break, each new accusation or headline, each new scandal that would surface...all of it left me disgusted and hopeless. Could this really be all we've got?! But then, something happened within the first few minutes of Wednesday night's debate, and I haven't been able to shake it. For the first time in over a year, I watched and heard Donald Trump be sympathetic, dare I say, convicted even, of what he was saying. When he said (concerning abortion), "that's not okay with me" and "that's not acceptable", and that he would appoint Pro-Life, Supreme Court Justices...that was it. As a Christian, my choice was clear. While all of these other issues do indeed matter...nothing matters nearly as much as protecting the sanctity of human life. Not job security, not tax cuts, not education or health care, not border control or immigration laws, not inappropriate comments or deleted emails. All of it PALES in comparison to the taking of innocent, human life. I realized in that moment how selfish I had been by being SO concerned with all of the other issues. Friends, if we're not protecting the sanctity of human life, we have NOTHING LEFT. And just so we're clear, yes, I have been sexually assaulted by a man, and yes, I have been on the receiving end of inappropriate comments, almost my entire life. And still, my position remains the same...everything else pales in comparison to the taking of innocent, human life. As a Christian, I don't see where there is any other choice. So, I will indeed be casting my vote on November 8th. And I will be voting for Donald Trump...if for no other reason than to protect the sanctity of human life. As a woman, as a mother, as a Christian, this is where I unapologetically stand. After 5 months of pregnancy, we lost Gabrielle without warning. I share this image with you because it could just as easily be the image of SO many other babies that Hillary Clinton thinks it's okay to rip apart, piece by precious piece. Gabrielle was small, but even at 20 weeks, she had all ten fingers, all ten toes, she had a beautiful face with a nose, lips, eyes, and ears...she even had a cute little bum. She was loved and she was wanted. Unfortunately, she couldn't be saved. But thousands more, just like her, can be...just not under a Clinton presidency. Hillary Clinton would probably call this post "scare rhetoric"...so be it. The idea of dismembering a human child SHOULD be scary. It should terrify us all that this kind of barbaric act is protected, even encouraged and applauded, by our United States government. It should be terrifying enough to vote Pro-Life, no matter where you stand on any other issue. Psalm 139:15-16, "My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be". Jeremiah 1:5, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart". |

Former Pa. Attorney General Sentenced To 10-23 Months In Jail For Perjury Posted: 25 Oct 2016 12:30 PM PDT Pennsylvania's former attorney general, Kathleen Kane, has been sentenced to 10 to 23 months in jail after she was embroiled in a scandal that shook the state's political establishment. Kane, who was once viewed as a rising star within the Democratic Party, was "convicted on all nine counts – including perjury, obstruction and official oppression – in connection with a complicated case in which she leaked grand jury information about an investigation in retaliation against a political rival and then lied about it under oath," as The Two-Way has reported. She resigned from office a day after her conviction in August. She was also sentenced to eight years of probation "by a Montgomery County judge who said Kane's ego drove her to take down enemies and break the law," as The Associated Press reported. More |

Voters still have the opportunity to register and cast their ballots, during early voting this week. To do so, voters must bring proof of residency, like a driver's license, ID card, paycheck or utility bill to register on site this week. As early voting is set to get underway, election judges are needed in Baltimore City to ensure the process goes smoothly. Dems Squirm On Sunday Morning Talk Shows As WikiLeaks And O'Keefe Promise More Surprises Posted: 25 Oct 2016 11:00 AM PDT Clinton strategist Joel Benenson was squirming in his seat for just about every second of the following interview with George Stephanopoulos this morning on ABC. We suspect Benenson didn't expect to be pushed quite so hard by a long-time Clinton loyalist like Stephanopoulos. Of course, the interview came just a ABC released a poll this morning showing a 12-point national advantage for Hillary which is perhaps why Stephanopoulos feels a little more comfortable actually doing his job in an impartial way. The interview starts out with a review of O'Keefe's Project Veritas video exposing efforts of the DNC to incite violence at Trump rallies which prompts the following question from Stephanopoulos... Stephanopoulos: "This is pretty shocking stuff. Now I know there have been questions about these O'Keefe videos in the past. Watch: SNL Puts White Trump Supporter On ‘Black Jeopardy’ Posted: 25 Oct 2016 10:00 AM PDT |
Posted: 25 Oct 2016 09:53 AM PDT Republican New York Assemblywoman Claudia Tenney is warning voters against supporting Hillary Clinton citing Clinton's "failed" record in New York state. "[Clinton's] failed policies– NAFTA, pay-to-play, corporate welfare– all those things have destroyed central New York," Tenney told listeners on Breitbart News Saturday. "Can you imagine if she's President what's going to happen to the country? It's going to be terrible NAFTA deals on steroids, pay-to-play, the entire White House is going to be for sale. It's a nightmare. Those policies have caused this problem right in our area." Tenney, who is running for the U.S. House seat in New York's 22nd Congressional district, explained that Clinton "promised 200,000 jobs when she was running for Senate" in 2000, but Tenney says Clinton failed to deliver. Instead "we've lost probably three or four hundred thousand manufacturing jobs out of the state," Tenney said. "We have the largest out migration of population. We have some of the highest taxes, probably the highest taxes in the nation. We have the second highest energy costs. We are the least free state in the country." Tenney told Breitbart that there are "very few manufactures left in central New York" as a result of the trade policies backed by Clinton such as NAFTA. More |
Donald Trump Lays Out Seven Point Plan To Drain The Swamp Posted: 25 Oct 2016 09:45 AM PDT In a lengthy Saturday address in Gettysburg, PA, Donald Trump laid out a seven point plan to "drain the swamp" in Washington, DC, and revitalize the American economy. Trump pledged that in his first 100 days in office, he will restore "honesty, accountability and change to Washington" through the following seven steps: A Constitutional Amendment to impose term limits on all members of Congress A hiring freeze on all federal employees to reduce federal workforce through attrition (exempting military, public safety, and public health) A requirement that for every new federal regulation, two existing regulations must be eliminated A five year ban on White House and Congressional officials becoming lobbyists after they leave government service A lifetime ban on the White House officials lobbying on behalf of a foreign government A complete ban on foreign lobbyists raising money for American elections Cancel billions in payments to U.N. climate change programs and use the money to fix America's water and environmental infrastructure Trump also named several legislative measures which he will work with Congress to pass within his first 100 days in office. Thousands of California soldiers forced to repay enlistment bonuses a decade after going to war Posted: 25 Oct 2016 09:30 AM PDT Short of troops to fight in Iraq and Afghanistan a decade ago, the California National Guard enticed thousands of soldiers with bonuses of $15,000 or more to reenlist and go to war. Now the Pentagon is demanding the money back. Nearly 10,000 soldiers, many of whom served multiple combat tours, have been ordered to repay large enlistment bonuses — and slapped with interest charges, wage garnishments and tax liens if they refuse — after audits revealed widespread overpayments by the California Guard at the height of the wars last decade. Investigations have determined that lack of oversight allowed for widespread fraud and mismanagement by California Guard officials under pressure to meet enlistment targets. More |
O'Malley: 'Lincoln Rolled Over in Grave' With 'Fascist Threat' Trump in Gettysburg Posted: 25 Oct 2016 09:23 AM PDT Former Democratic presidential candidate and former Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley joinedFox & Friends to discuss the presidential election. An email discussion between O'Malley and Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta was uncovered in the latest WikiLeaks dump, which showed, after Podesta asked for O'Malley to support Clinton, the former Baltimore mayor said that "politicians have rigged the economic opportunity game against" the public. Tucker Carlson pointed out the similarity between that statement and one of Donald Trump's campaign themes, in which he describes the 'system' as "rigged". O'Malley disagreed, saying that "the solutions Hillary Clinton is offering [include] returning to common sense wage...policies, affordable college and [making] those at the very top, like Donald Trump...pay their fair share." Posted: 25 Oct 2016 09:15 AM PDT The latest 2016 presidential poll has Donald Trump destroying Hitlery Clinton in a head-to-head matchup, 375 electoral votes to Hitlery's 163. That is an astonishing 70% to 30%, and is very good news if you are a Donald Trump supporter…. and I am! From Dmitri Voltova, prntly.com Based on an average of the RCP (Real Clear Politics) polling data from all the states and all the "head to head" matchups between Donald Trump (by far the winner of the GOP) and Hillary Clinton (The winner of the Democratic Party) shows bad news for the Democrats. Here’s what voter fraud looks like in 23 states Posted: 25 Oct 2016 09:07 AM PDT Trump: 'Why do Republican leaders deny what is going on? So naive!' Republican candidate Donald Trump is making accusations that the election is "rigged" against him, even suggesting the possibility of voter fraud. Trump leveled this accusation in a tweet early Monday morning that read, "Of course there is large scale voter fraud happening on and before election day. Why do Republican leaders deny what is going on? So naive!" Many others strongly push back against claims of voter fraud. The Brennan Center for Justice says that voter fraud is "myth" and the Washington Post maintains that voter fraud isn't a problem. As the debate rages, here are examples of voter fraud in 23 different states, as compiled by the Daily Caller News Foundation. Virginia Just a few weeks ago, Harrisonburg, Va., claimed about 20 voter applications were submitted for dead people. A voter registration group called "HarrisonburgVOTES" is responsible for the applications, and the group is reportedly headed by Joe Fitzgerald, chairman of the Democratic Committee in Harrisonburg. RNC Chairman Priebus: Hillary Is Going to Lose, 'She's Too Risky for This Country' Posted: 25 Oct 2016 09:00 AM PDT Sunday on CBS's "Face the Nation," Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Reince Priebus said Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton will lose the election because, "She's too risky for this country." When asked if Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump will win, Priebus said, "Yeah, he is going to win, and he's going to win because I think people in this country have had enough and he's the change agent. When it comes down to risk in this country, Hillary's been tested and she's failed. She's the risky candidate. You look at Russia, the uranium deal giving them control of 20% of the world's uranium. Her pocketing hundreds of thousands in speeches, Russian reset, Libya, you look at Iraq and the mess she left there. What I'm saying is she was tried and tested. She failed. She's too risky for this country. That's why she's going to lose." More/Video |
Former Prosecutor: The Clintons Are So Corrupt, Everything ‘They Touch Turns To Molten Lead’ Posted: 25 Oct 2016 08:45 AM PDT Obama's Department of Justice "created a double standard for justice – one for the Clintons and one for the little guy." Pithy former federal prosecutor Joe diGenova believes the recent Project Veritas video by James O'Keefe featuring DNC contractors explaining their dirty practices to foment violence at Trump events, is a prima facie case of federal and state criminal activity. DiGenova says prosecutors should investigate everyone in the video, including Illinois Democrat Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky's husband, Bob Creamer, who suddenly retired last week. In this exclusive 26-minute video interview for The Daily Caller News Foundation, diGenova explains why many former and current FBI officials believe James Comey, the director of the FBI, is a "dirty cop." When Comey refused to recommend prosecution of Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton for her misuse of classified government information in July after "a fake and sophomoric" investigation, he bred cynicism and tainted the premier law enforcement agency. Md. State Board of Education member resigns over Hogan’s back-to-school order Posted: 25 Oct 2016 07:40 PM PDT WASHINGTON — Gov. Larry Hogan is getting more pushback on his mandate that all public schools start after Labor Day — including from his own State Board of Education. S. James Gates, the vice president of the state board and a mathematics professor at the University of Maryland, announced he was resigning from the board Tuesday and in a letter to Hogan said the governor's executive order "has the remarkable potential to damage both the most at risk and the most ambitious students in Maryland." In August, Governor Larry Hogan signed an executive order mandating that all public schools start classes after Labor Day and end classes by June 15. Earlier this month, Hogan amended the order, narrowing the conditions under which most school districts could get a waiver that would exempt them from his mandate. Before Tuesday's meeting, state board member Chester Finn, expressed concern about Hogan's move saying it took away a measure of local control and that Hogan may have "undermined" his own state school board. Unreleased Impeachment Era Evidence Against Bill Clinton Still Sealed By Congress Posted: 25 Oct 2016 08:15 AM PDT Tens of thousands of pages detailing the case for impeachment against former President Bill Clinton have remained locked away from the public for almost 20 years. Although many believe that the report issued by then Independent Counsel Ken Starr revealed the final findings of his investigation of Clinton in the late 1990's, around 60,000 pages of documents seen by only a few people describe the House Judiciary Committee's case against the 42nd president. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Henry Hyde hired Chicago attorney and Democrat David Schippers to be the Chief Investigative Counsel to help prosecute the committee's case against Clinton. Schippers described to American Family Radio's Sandy Rios Friday how the evidence against Clinton was stored and studied by Congress at the time. EPA Spends $10.8 Million For Green Teacher Training Posted: 25 Oct 2016 07:45 AM PDT The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is spending $10.8 million training teachers on the fundamentals of "environmental education." "Environmental educators help learners of all ages understand and value the ecosystems around them," EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy said in a statement. "The teacher training program gives educators access to the best classroom and out-of-classroom materials and professional development opportunities, focused on using the environment as a platform for learning science, technology, engineering and math skills to improve decision-making." WSJ: No Hillary, The Heller Decision Does Not Endanger Toddlers Posted: 25 Oct 2016 07:15 AM PDT In a fact-check on the gun claims Hillary Clinton made during the last presidential debate, the Wall Street Journal reports that she "misleadingly suggested" the District of Columbia v Heller (2008) decision endangers toddlers. WSJ goes on to show that Heller was not about toddlers but about the Washington, D.C. handgun ban, which took effect in 1976. The discussion of Heller arose after debate moderator Chris Wallace pointed out that in 2015, Clinton said, "the Supreme Court is wrong on the Second Amendment." Her statement was in reference to the Heller decision, so Wallace asked if she would explain why she believed the decision was a mistake. Clinton said: I disagreed with the way the court applied the Second Amendment in that case, because what the District of Columbia was trying to do was to protect toddlers from guns. So they wanted people with guns to safely store them. Clinton also admitted being "upset" by the decision and reiterated her suggestion that toddlers would be endangered by it. More |

New Podesta Email Exposes Dem Playbook For Rigging Polls Through "Oversamples" Posted: 25 Oct 2016 06:53 AM PDT Earlier this morning we wrote about the obvious sampling bias in the latest ABC / Washington Post poll that showed a 12-point national advantage for Hillary. Like many of the recent polls from Reuters, ABC and The Washington Post, this latest poll included a 9-point sampling bias toward registered democrats. "METHODOLOGY – This ABC News poll was conducted by landline and cellular telephone Oct. 20-22, 2016, in English and Spanish, among a random national sample of 874 likely voters. Results have a margin of sampling error of 3.5 points, including the design effect. Partisan divisions are 36-27-31 percent, Democrats - Republicans - Independents." Of course, while democrats may enjoy a slight registration advantage of a couple of points, it is nowhere near the 9 points reflected in this latest poll. Meanwhile, we also pointed out that with huge variances in preference across demographics one can easily "rig" a poll by over indexing to one group vs. another. As a quick example, the ABC / WaPo poll found that Hillary enjoys a 79-point advantage over Trump with black voters. Therefore, even a small "oversample" of black voters of 5% could swing the overall poll by 3 full points. Moreover, the pollsters don't provide data on the demographic mix of their polls which makes it impossible to "fact check" the bias...convenient. More |
Posted: 25 Oct 2016 06:45 AM PDT Red Ink Growth and profits mask a variety of problems. They hide business inefficiencies and the money suck of corporate adminis-trivia. They also conceal unproductive staff. But most of all growth and profits obscure the extreme value subtracting forces of bloated management teams. During good times it is unclear what these smug fellows do. During bad times it is lucidly clear that most of them ain't worth a darn. When the profits inevitably recede, the senior executives, with their silly 24 point project reviews and cumbersome project execution requirements, appear lost. They're left exposed, with their pants down, and without a clue in the world as to what business it is they're actually in. What the heck have they been doing all this time? Where does the money come from? How is it spent? Over time, and in the absence of a watchful eye, the rising tide of growth gradually submerses the answers to these questions. Then, when the answers are needed most, it is too late. While management was busy developing mindless risk management protocols and clumsy 9 step work flow approval processes the answers had drowned. But instead of drowning under the rising tide of growth, they'd sunk below a hemorrhaging sea of red ink. More |
Proof: Thousands of GOP votes likely stolen in Pa. Posted: 25 Oct 2016 06:37 AM PDT Exclusive: Jack Cashill revisits eye-popping anomalies concerning Romney ballots Retired Pittsburgh-area manufacturer Bill Been stumbled into what may prove to be the most significant presidential vote fraud scandal since, at least, 1960. Although Been did not buy into the myth of the missing millions of Republican voters for Mitt Romney in 2012, he was troubled by the Romney shortfall in at least three Pennsylvania counties: Philadelphia, the suburban Philadelphia county of Delaware, and the Pittsburgh-area county, Allegheny. In fact, Romney outperformed John McCain's 2008 numbers in virtually every state, including Pennsylvania, but in these three counties, he received 35,000 fewer votes than McCain had in 2008. A mathematician by training, Been set out to understand the localized Romney shortfall in Allegheny County. There was an obvious binary nature to the problem: either fewer Republicans voted in 2012 than in 2008 or the official Allegheny County Voter History failed to record all the votes of those who did. To solve this problem, Been planned to ask those Republicans who voted in the 2008 presidential election but did not seem to have voted in 2012 whether they actually voted or not. More than 24,000 people fell into this category. More |

FBI, DOJ roiled by Comey, Lynch decision to let Clinton slide by on emails, says insider Posted: 25 Oct 2016 06:25 AM PDT The decision to let Hillary Clinton off the hook for mishandling classified information has roiled the FBI and Department of Justice, with one person closely involved in the year-long probe telling FoxNews.com that career agents and attorneys on the case unanimously believed the Democratic presidential nominee should have been charged. The source, who spoke to FoxNews.com on the condition of anonymity, said FBI Director James Comey's dramatic July 5 announcement that he would not recommend to the Attorney General's office that the former secretary of state be charged left members of the investigative team dismayed and disgusted. More than 100 FBI agents and analysts worked around the clock with six attorneys from the DOJ's National Security Division, Counter Espionage Section, to investigate the case. "No trial level attorney agreed, no agent working the case agreed, with the decision not to prosecute -- it was a top-down decision," said the source, whose identity and role in the case has been verified by FoxNews.com. A high-ranking FBI official told Fox News that while it might not have been a unanimous decision, "It was unanimous that we all wanted her [Clinton's] security clearance yanked." "It is safe to say the vast majority felt she should be prosecuted," the senior FBI official told Fox News. "We were floored while listening to the FBI briefing because Comey laid it all out, and then said 'but we are doing nothing,' which made no sense to us." Note: This unrest within the FBI was told to you a couple of months ago, but many said it wasn't true. Now you're seeing, it is true! Dare to be informed! |
WSJ: Wikileaks Raises Questions on When John Podesta, Russia Stopped Doing Business Posted: 25 Oct 2016 06:23 AM PDT In an article titled "John Podesta and the Russians," WSJ's James Freeman writes that the question "When did Clinton's top aide stop doing business with Moscow?" is not an easy one to answer, given the latest information we have from Wikileaks. From the Wall Street Journal: Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta has responded to the WikiLeaks publication of his private emails by suggesting they were stolen by the Russians to elect Donald Trump. What he doesn't like to talk about is the business he's done with a Kremlin-backed investment firm and the lengths he's gone to avoid scrutiny of this relationship. The emails published on WikiLeaks show that around the time he was returning to the White House, Mr. Podesta wrote to Joule requesting the transfer of his shares to an entity called Leonidio Holdings, LLC, which had been created just weeks earlier. Leonidio shares an address with Mr. Podesta's daughter Megan Rouse, a financial planner who lives in California. When reached by telephone on Tuesday, Ms. Rouse told us that she did not have time to discuss the issue, thanked us for the call, and then hung up. More |

Maryland Department of Legislative Services librarian Susan Cole of Bowie was featured on Wednesday night's episode of "Jeopardy" and revealed that one of her favorite genres was "Nerdcore hip-hop." It's really catchy and fun." "Losers, in other words," Trebek said. The crowd erupted in laughter. Trebek noted that he was just teasing, but video clips of the moment have since been shared on Twitter and Instagram in humorous posts, with people surprised with Trebek's timeliness. BARREN CREEK ROAD REBUILD OPTIONS ARE LIMITED Posted: 25 Oct 2016 06:03 AM PDT Privately-owned dam is a stumbling block SALISBURY – October 25, 2016 -- Since a severe storm washed out a section of Barren Creek Road in July, county officials have been reviewing the options to reopen the road, County Executive Bob Culver said this week. A privately owned dam was destroyed during the historic rain event, and rushing water from the nearby 11,000 acre watershed completely washed out the road. Complicating the situation, the land under and surrounding the road was never owned by the county, but by a private citizen. Culver said he's been in discussions with the landowner to see if he's willing to donate the land in order to get the road repaired. "We cannot do anything without this property owner's consent," he said. "We know that the only other property owner on Barren Creek Road doesn't want the road reopened. The other, who owns the pond and the dam, doesn't live in Wicomico County and as of now, his intentions are unclear." Environmental concerns are another huge issue, Culver said. "The state of Maryland has a lot of concerns, and we understand they don't want the dam rebuilt. But if our state legislators are willing to work toward that end, and find the funding necessary to get it rebuilt, I will certainly welcome that approach." There are at least three options to consider: Rebuild the dam to current dam safety standards and rebuild the road. Estimated cost: $4 million Forgo the dam but install fish passage pipes to allow the water to flow under the road and fish to spawn in the creek. This option wouldn't restore the pond, but the county could do some wetland restoration. Estimated cost: $500,000 to $750,000 Make permanent cul-de-sacs on each end of the road and let the natural flow occur as it is today. This option could also include building wetlands in the pond bottom. Estimated cost: $50,000 - $100,000 All options, however, will require cooperation from the private landowner. Barren Creek connects U.S. Route 50 and State Route 54 in the northern part of Wicomico County, and while it only has two residences on it, it is used as a shortcut for some local traffic. Since the historic storm events in July and August, county road crews have been busy inspecting and shoring up roadways that were impacted by the amount of water that has drenched our area, Culver said. "As the county executive, it's my job to weigh all the options, and ensure that upgrades to our infrastructure makes sense to all taxpayers," Culver said. "We do what we can with our limited road funding resources. We are looking at all possible alternatives for Barren Creek. We welcome public input and hope we can find a resolution." |
Malpractice Lawsuit Against University of Maryland Medical System Results in $10M Verdict Posted: 25 Oct 2016 06:00 AM PDT A Baltimore jury awarded $10 million in damages against University of Maryland Medical System late last month, in wrongful death lawsuit filed over a medication error. The family of Dennis Allen brought the medical malpractice case against the hospital, alleging that the drug Kayexalate was improperly administered after Allen was admitted for kidney problems in 2013. Side effects of Kayexalate caused damage to his colon and resulted in Allen's death. Kayexalate is classified as a sodium polystyrene sulfonate and is used to treat patients with high levels of potassium in their blood. The prescription medication is taken orally usually between one and four times per day to allow the body to bind potassium in the large intestine so it can be removed naturally. High levels of potassium in the blood can cause heart rhythm issues. More |
Posted: 25 Oct 2016 05:54 AM PDT While it may be hard for diehard Democrats to swallow, it is the truth. In a recent World Leaders Poll, 77% of the countries polled wanted Donald Trump to win the presidency. Conversely, Clinton's only votes came Middle Eastern countries where she's made many 'bargains' to continue aid and arms while profiting from those deals through the Clinton Foundation. The leaders voting for Trump know, especially with her campaign rhetoric (i.e. blaming Russia when no intelligence agency has ever said they were responsible), we will have World War III started by her administration within a very short time. None of these leaders promote this action because the repercussions would be catastrophic to the entire world - not just America. Furthermore, to most leaders (and their cultures) view Hillary Clinton's history in public service as her being a traitor to her country even when they benefited. Her actions to date, in most countries, not only carries heavy jail terms but also punishment by death. It is time for people to wake up because the facts are indisputable at this point! In a recent interview with CNN, Vladimir Putin stated the following, which given the above poll, falls in line with over three quarters of the world leaders: |
CORRUPTION? NOTHING TO SEE HERE. MOVE ALONG. Posted: 25 Oct 2016 01:44 AM PDT Look inside your soul. Look inside your mind. Look to your gut. What does it say about you if you would KNOWINGLY vote for a politician who has evidence against them for corruption and lies. And worse, what does it say about you if you trust that politician to do what they say? Look inside your soul, mind and listen to your gut. Do you believe someone you know to be a liar in everyday life? Why would you believe a politician who has on so many occasions lied? Hil-LIARy is obviously corrupt and a liar…the alternative and a possibility is that she is corrupt and mentally ill. Either way, she does not deserve your vote. Let's play a little game here. Psychosis or Lie. Hil-LIARy said that when she flew to Tuzla,Bosnia in 1996 as first lady she came under sniper fire in Bosnia. In case you've forgotten, she gave a campaign stump speech using her experience there as an example of her "battle tested experience." She gave this speech in the 3rd week of March 2008, when running against now President Obama. Except it never happened. Yes, she went to Tuzla, but…there was no sniper fire. In case you've forgotten, here's a report from CBS News dated March 25, 2008. 12 years after the alleged event. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rZHO1vo762c She doubled down on her claim. Then when shown to be a liar, she claimed that she "misspoke." Now, was it her propensity to lie? Or was it psychosis? Can you really trust her? Do yourself a favor. If you are leaning toward Clinton, watch her lying for 13 minutes in a row from various comments in compilation. Watch it, then look at yourself again and ask yourself if you support corruption and lies. Here's the video… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dY77j6uBHI So ask yourself…do you support corruption and lies? Are you gullible enough to believe her? If you are, are you responsible enough to vote? If you're a Clinton supporter, there is another candidate you should look at. Jill Stein. Send a message. Another grower applicant cries foul on Maryland medical marijuana licenses Posted: 25 Oct 2016 05:30 AM PDT Head of Maryland medical marijuana grower licensing defends decisions, says scores were tightly bunched A key figure on the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission defended the panel's decisions on who received licenses to grow marijuana for medical use amid accusations that politically well-connected applicants were selected over better-qualified companies. Cheverly Police Chief Harry "Buddy" Robshaw, who chairs the growers subcommittee of the commission, said the differences in the scores of the top applicants were very small. The top 15 applicants — which received preliminary growers licenses — were "about interchangeable," he said. "They really were very close up to [No.] 30 or 40," Robshaw said. The commission has not released the scores, which guided officials as they picked which companies would receive the potentially lucrative preliminary licenses to grow and process marijuana. More |
Terminally ill mom denied treatment coverage — but gets suicide drug approved Posted: 25 Oct 2016 05:15 AM PDT Stephanie Packer wants to be the face of a Right to Live movement — for as long as she draws breath. "I just want to spend every last second with my kids," Packer, a terminally ill, married mother of four kids, ages 7 through 13, tells me. Nearly two years ago, Brittany Maynard, at just 29 years old, became the face of the Right to Die movement now sweeping across the United States. In Oregon, surrounded by loved ones, she took her own life, legally, before a brain tumor could do it for her, with a self-administered overdose of physician-prescribed barbiturates. I supported her choice to end her agony. But at what cost? Packer struggles to open her eyes each blessed morning. And the cultural landscape to which she wakes has shifted dramatically of late into one of pro-death. In June, her home state of California enacted a law permitting doctor-assisted suicide. And something terrible happened. More |
Restraint Deaths and Cover-ups of Abuse of the Disabled Posted: 25 Oct 2016 05:00 AM PDT Jonathan Carey was developmentally disabled and had autism and only 13 when he was killed by his caregivers, Jonathan was illegally restrained The shocking statements regarding the use of restraints by Jay Kiyonaga who is the acting Executive Director of the fraudulent New York State Justice Center are quite disturbing. — Michael Carey DELMAR, NEW YORK, UNITED STATES, /EINPresswire.com/ -- Jonathan's crime or offense was that he unbuckled his seat belt in a parked van. The New York State employed caregiver who was Jonathan's one to one aide and who was to be in arms length of Jonathan to assist him and protect him left him for over twenty minutes to do a personal banking errand. The other NYS caregiver in the van, who had worked 197.5 hours within the two weeks, immediately put Jonathan into an illegal physical restraint restricting his breathing. Jonathan is my son and Jonathan should never have been restrained in any way. Jonathan was the most loving person that I have ever met and you should get to know him and some of the horrific things he endured. http://www.nytimes.com/2011/06/06/nyregion/boys-death-highlights-crisis-in-homes-for-disabled.html - http://www.nytimes.com/video/nyregion/100000000849083/a-failure-to-protect.html More |

Abdul Majeed Akhonzada, deputy head of Helmand's provincial council, and Helmand's lawmaker in the upper chamber of the Afghan parliament, Sheer Muhammad Akhon, said on October 14 that the number of soldiers and police killed during the previous 10 days was more than 200. Akhonzada also told RFE/RL that more than 100 Afghan troops were killed on October 11 in a single battle while trying to retreat to Lashkar Gah from a besieged outpost at Cha-e Anjir, about 10 kilometers from the provincial capital. How to get a job in Clinton's world Posted: 25 Oct 2016 03:00 AM PDT Hacked Podesta emails reveal flattery, insider connections for job seekers. If you're wondering how to get a job in a Hillary Clinton White House, start by reading campaign chairman John Podesta's hacked emails. From a billionaire plugging a federal official for a cabinet appointment to Podesta himself plugging the daughter of a friend for an internship, the trove of Podesta's correspondence posted by WikiLeaks is a portrait of Washington insiderism, showing powerful people turning into supplicants using connections and flattery. A new president has 4,000 political appointments to dole out. And as Podesta went from running a think tank to serving as a counselor to Barack Obama to joining the Clinton campaign, everybody from high-ranking officials to college undergraduates jockeyed to get themselves or their friends onto his radar. One tip: Have someone well-connected float your name. More |

Obama’s Cabinet Was Built By A Wall Street Banker Posted: 25 Oct 2016 02:00 AM PDT Well, well, well, what do we have here? It seems that the President who claimed he was all for Main Street, and was willing to take on Wall Street was telling bold-faced lies the whole time. It turns out that Barack Obama's Presidential Cabinet positions were filled not by an everyday layman, not at the advice of someone who can relate to the average middle-class American, but by a Wall Street Executive of Citibank. And the best part about it is that he made these recommendations while holding an executive position! Zero Hedge reported: Perhaps the most startling discovery of the WikiLeaks dumps so far didn't come from the most recent emails surrounding the various Hillary scandals, though there are many great ones, but from 2008 when John Podesta served as co-chair of President-elect Barack Obama's transition team. The email came from Michael Froman, a former Citibank executive, who single-handedly built the entire cabinet of what was supposed to be the "main street" President. The email in question was even sent from Froman's Citibank email address (rookie!) and includes "A list of African American, Latino and Asian American candidates, broken down by Cabinet/Deputy and Under/Assistant/Deputy Assistant level, plus a list of Native American, Arab/Muslim American and Disabled American candidates." Apparently Obama wasn't as worried about placing women in senior-level positions but Froman decided to offer up some suggestions anyway. More |
Posted: 25 Oct 2016 01:00 AM PDT If you don't read this, and do nothing about it, don't complain when it affects you or your loved ones! This is the second Judge to have read the Obama Care document comments. More highlights of Nancy's "pass it and then find out what's in the bill"! Show this to everyone nearing the ripe old age of 76. These are just a few of the things that we seniors are going to have to deal with which started in 2014. Even far left Democrats will not like these. MEDICARE AT AGE 76, IMPORTANT PLEASE READ - ANYONE WHO DOUBTS THIS IS TRUE CAN DOWNLOAD THE NEW OBAMACARE AND LOOK UP THE PAGES MENTIONED. THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING.... THIS should be read by everyone, especially important to those over 75....... If you are younger, then it may apply to your parents. Your hospital Medicare admittance has just changed under ObamaCare. You must be admitted by your primary Physician in order for Medicare to pay for it! If you are admitted by an emergency room doctor, it is treated as outpatient care where hospital costs are not covered. This is only the tip of the iceberg for Obama Care. Just wait to see what else went into effect in 2014. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LIKE THIS... At age 76, when you most need it most, you are NOT eligible for cancer treatment... * see page 272. What Nancy Pelosi didn't want us to know until after the healthcare bill was passed. Remember, she said, "We have to pass the Bill so that we can see what's in it." Well, here it is. Obama Care Highlighted by Page Number THE CARE BILL HB 3200 JUDGE KITHIL IS THE 2ND OFFICIAL WHO HAS OUTLINED THESE PARTS OF THE CARE BILL. Judge KITHIL of Marble Falls, TX highlighted the most egregious pages of HB3200. Please read this...... especially the reference to pages 58 & 59. JUDGE KITHIL wrote: Page 50/section 152: The bill will provide insurance to all non-U.S. residents, even if they are here illegally. Page 58 and 59: The government will have real-time access to an individual's bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts. Page 65/section 164: The plan will be subsidized (by the government) for all union members, union retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN). Page 203/line 14-15: The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax. (How could anybody in their right mind come up with that?) Page 241 and 253: Doctors will all be paid the same regardless of specialty, and the government will set all doctors' fees. Page 272. section 1145: Cancer hospital will ration care according to the patient's age. Page 317 and 321: The government will impose a prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communities may petition for an exception. Page 425, line 4-12: The government mandates advance-care planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be required to attend an "end-of-life planning" seminar every five years. (Death counseling..) Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify which doctors can write an end-of-life order. HAD ENOUGH???? Judge Kithil then goes on to identify: "Finally, it is specifically stated that this bill will not apply to members of Congress. No wonder they did not see the need to read it....doesn't apply to them!!! THE AMERICAN PEOPLE NEED TO STAND UP TO WASHINGTON ..... I don't know if we can do anything, but awareness helps. Winds Of Change -- Warren Buffet is asking each addressee to forward this email to a minimum of twenty people on their address list; in turn, ask each of those to do likewise. At least 20 if you can. It has to stop somewhere. |
