Joe Biden, 77, Becomes Youngest Male Candidate in Democrat Primary Posted: 03 Mar 2020 06:00 PM PST Former Vice President Joe Biden, 77, is now the youngest male candidate in the Democrats' presidential primary after former South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg dropped out of the race Sunday. As of last week, Buttigieg, 38, was the field's youngest candidate. He would have been 39 years and one day old upon taking up the White House had he won the general election. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), the presumed frontrunner, is the oldest at 78 years old, followed by former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg, who is only eight months younger than the Vermont senator. Sanders will be 79 if he wins the White House. More
Posted: 03 Mar 2020 05:30 PM PST A Mexican immigrant who was released by Chicago authorities despite ICE telling them not to 'went on to rape a three-year-old girl in a McDonald's bathroom as she cried ''daddy, daddy''.' Christopher Puente, 34, is accused of sexually assaulting the girl at the restaurant on 600 N. Clark St. in the River North area of the city at around 8am on February 19. The alleged attack happened while the girl's father was in another stall with her brother, who had had an accident in the restaurant. However ICE had requested that police continue detaining the previously deported felon - who had convictions for forced-entry burglary and forgery. More
Posted: 03 Mar 2020 05:00 PM PST In early January the United States killed General Qassim Soleimani, a top commander of Iran's al-Quds Force, in an airstrike at Baghdad's International Airport. The strike also killed Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, the deputy commander of Iran-backed militias known as the Popular Mobilization Forces. Seven people were reportedly killed in the airstrike. Following the death of Commander Soleimani Democrat Senator Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) lashed out at President Trump for assassinating the Iranian al-Quds terrorist leader who was responsible for the deaths and maiming of HUNDREDS of US soldiers. It soon became apparent why Murphy was sooo upset with Soleimani's death. Senator Murphy has a history of supporting Iran's mullahs. Murphy is a routine speaker at the NIAC Council, the regime's lobby house in the US. More
Baltimore officials investigating after reports of major water billing problems Posted: 03 Mar 2020 04:30 PM PST BALTIMORE (WBFF) – The City of Baltimore says an internal audit of the water system is now underway after reports of properties across the city not being billed properly. According to the Department of Public Works, they're investigating two different types of issues with water metering and billing. One instance is where properties aren't paying the city right now because of billing disputes, the other is where properties were never sent a bill at all. Mayor Jack Young's Deputy of Operations tells Fox 45 that the issue was first uncovered back in October when DPW realized the Ritz Carleton had not been billed for water in more than a decade. Posted: 03 Mar 2020 04:01 PM PST Comedian John Mulaney was blasted this weekend after comparing President Donald Trump to Julius Caesar and joking that an assassination would be 'interesting' to bring back. Mulaney, 37, shared the remark during his opening monologue on Saturday Night Live's latest episode. The SNL alum began by noting that the show fell on a Leap Year, which was created by Julius Caesar, and that the Roman military man ultimately met his demise when stabbed during a Senate session on March 15, 44 BC. '[Caesar] started the Leap Year in order to correct the calendar and we still do it to this day,' Mulaney said. More
DRAG QUEEN TEACHES TODDLERS HOW TO TWERK Posted: 03 Mar 2020 03:30 PM PST A video clip out of the UK shows a drag queen teaching toddlers how to twerk, confounding claims by leftists that drag queens aren't inherently sexual in the nature of their performance. The clip appears to show the drag queen at a bookstore or library. Judging from the sounds of the children who aren't seen on camera, they're likely to be pre-school age. The drag queen begins talking about dances from the video game Fortnite, but then states, "Most of all Michael likes to twerk." More/Video

Maryland Senate GOP introduces bill for Hogan to declare state of emergency in Baltimore Posted: 03 Mar 2020 02:00 PM PST Annapolis, Md. (WBFF) -- Senate Minority Leader J.B. Jennings, Senate Minority Whip Steve Hershey and members of the Senate Minority Caucus introduced a bill to provide an immediate response to the violent crime crisis in Baltimore City. "There have been 52 murders in Baltimore City so far this year. We are more than halfway through this legislative session, and Rome is still burning," said Senate Minority Leader J.B. Jennings. "The citizens of Baltimore don't have the luxury of waiting for the legislature to compromise. Something has to be done now to restore law and order in Baltimore." The Senate Republican bill expands the emergency powers of the Governor to declare a Violent Crime Emergency and provide an immediate response with State resources. More
Posted: 03 Mar 2020 01:30 PM PST Furious Canadians slammed the government for failing to cancel flights from Iran, presently the country with the worst outbreak outside China, and other policies that suggest a dangerously blithe response from the government, perhaps as a consequence of PM Trudeau's commitment to 'woke' policies (many have slammed travel bans as racist). #COVID-19 is coming. With the explosion of the virus in Italy, Korea, China, and Iran, containment is no longer realistic. One critic even accused Ottawa of "flying in" the virus by refusing to cancel flights. Though, to be fair, while President Trump has cracked down on China and Iran, his reaction to Italy and South Korea has been slightly more mild (though the State Department has issued travel advisories targeting SK and Italy. FEMA preparing for Trump emergency declaration on coronavirus: report Posted: 03 Mar 2020 12:30 PM PST The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is preparing for President Trump to potentially make an emergency declaration regarding the coronavirus outbreak, NBC News reported Monday. The agency is readying itself in case Trump makes an "infectious disease emergency declaration," which would allow states and local governments to receive disaster relief funding and federal assistance to combat the virus, according to internal planning documents obtained by NBC. The declaration would allow FEMA to distribute this funding under the 1988 Stafford Act, which is more often used to provide money for natural disaster relief but can also be used for diseases. The Stafford Act was also used to help fund the fight against the West Nile virus in New York and New Jersey in 2000. More
PROGRESSIVE DEMOCRATS ENDANGERING TAXPAYERS Posted: 03 Mar 2020 12:00 PM PST Austin, Texas, once a thriving small town Mecca of genuine Americana has become a victim of its own success. After high rent and property taxes ran all of the musicians that made Austin the "Live Music Capital of the World" out of town, Austin is now preyed on by a left-wing real estate millionaire whose zoning decisions apparently still don't merit a conflict of interest. Steve Adler's real estate empire of $320 Million worth of properties includes a luxury condo in the ivory tower of the W Hotel directly behind Austin City Hall. Among Adler and the City Council's waste of taxpayer dollars is an 85 thousand dollar storage room that was never used, three solar toilets for $450,000, $6 million for a rundown hotel valued at $2.6 million to house homeless people in, roughly 370 million in taxpayer dollars for a power plant that has been abandoned, dumping millions into a Convention Center that lost $40 Million last year alone, ruined Austin's credit rating and oversees $1.2 Billion in City debt. Johnson sent a letter to members of his committee on Sunday saying that it is his "intention to schedule a business meeting to consider a committee subpoena" of a former consultant for Blue Star Strategies, which Johnson noted worked as a U.S. representative for Burisma. "As part of the committee's ongoing investigation, it has received U.S. government records indicating that Blue Star sought to leverage Hunter Biden's role as a board member of Burisma to gain access to, and potentially influence matters at, the State Department," Johnson wrote in the letter to committee members. -The HillMore

Judge Judy makes an incoherent argument for Mike Bloomberg Posted: 03 Mar 2020 10:30 AM PST The era of Judge Judy is coming to an end. At least, Judge Judith Sheindlin announced Monday that her famous courtroom TV show on CBS will conclude after its 25th season finishes. Judge Judy plans to use her massive popularity to launch a new show — but also to make the case for Michael Bloomberg in the 2020 election. Judge Judy endorsed Bloomberg and his authoritarianism a while back, but in an explosive USA Today op-ed published on Sunday, she attacked Bernie Sanders and made her case for the former New York City mayor. While Judge Judy's attacks on the socialist senator certainly had some merit, her argument for Bloomberg did not. In fact, it was downright incoherent and endorsed a version of Bloomberg incompatible with the reality of the man's character and his legacy. "I'm supporting Michael Bloomberg for president, and I urge you to do the same," Judge Judy wrote. "He, and he alone, can provide the leadership we need to bring us together and end the toxic civil war that is ripping our nation apart." More

Virginia Senate agrees to House red-flag legislation; agreements made on other gun-control bills Posted: 03 Mar 2020 09:30 AM PST The Virginia Senate on Friday voted to advance red-flag gun legislation that already has passed the House as the Legislature continues working on other gun-control bills. The legislation, a House substituted version of Senate Bill 240, gives a judge or magistrate the authority to order police to seize firearms from a person deemed to be a threat to himself or others. A person would not need to be convicted of a crime, charged with a crime or even accused of a crime to have his or her guns seized. Under the legislation, a person whose guns have been seized will be guaranteed a hearing no later than 14 days after the seizure takes place. The law requires the police request the person give up his guns and they can receive a search warrant only if that person refuses to give them up or they have reason to believe the person is hiding weapons. New restrictions placed on Chinese journalists after country expelled US reporters Posted: 03 Mar 2020 09:00 AM PST The State Department has issued new limits on the number of Chinese journalists who can work for five China-run news organizations, escalating a diplomatic feud between the two countries. The new restrictions were announced on Monday. While they won't result in the direct expulsion of Chinese reporters, they could force some to leave if their visas are tethered to the media group they work for, according to the New York Times. There are currently 160 Chinese nationals working at the five outlets, but that number will now be capped at 100. The rule only applies to media companies the United States considers propaganda outlets: Xinhua, CGTN, China Radio, China Daily, and People's Daily. The decrease would force the organizations to decide which Chinese workers to keep on staff unless the employees are able to obtain a different type of visa. More
Ex-CDC head Tom Frieden says kids may be secret coronavirus carriers Posted: 03 Mar 2020 08:30 AM PST The ex-director of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Monday that the deadly coronavirus may be "impossible" to contain — and that kids may be secret carriers of the disease. "We think it will be very difficult if not impossible to contain it … but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try," Dr. Tom Frieden told reporters. Frieden, who ran the agency under President Obama and was the New York City health commissioner under Mayor Mike Bloomberg, said the spread of the virus to more than 89,000 people across the world has been an "unprecedented situation." Here's What The Daily Times Didn't Tell You About Interum Salisbury Zoo Director Posted: 03 Mar 2020 06:55 AM PST I am married with three children. I have a degree in Art Education. I have had a varied of jobs including teaching for 11 years. I currently work as the Family and Community Program Manager at EdVenture Children's Museum for the past 3 years. I also have been working at the Salisbury Zoo as an Education Curator for 7 years. Publishers Notes: It's no wonder the Zoo lost their accreditation. I'm not suggesting she isn't a wonderful person but I cannot believe a teacher is running the daily work schedules at the Zoo. Your Mayor is a buffoon and no one in City government gives a damn about these animals. I'll just say this about today's Daily Times article. How convenient they forgot about the scathing article they published several years ago flat out challenging them about the 5,000 animal deaths and the evidence I delivered proving of such. There is no oversight at this point and time and what I am delivering to you is factual information. Their article absolutely softened the severity of what is really going on. As I stated earlier, it is one thing to MAINTAIN your accreditation. It is another to lose it and THINK you are going to get it back. The Salisbury Zoo has been failing the AZA for decades. The exhibits are not even sub par. The Zoo made promises for years to the AZA that they would upgrade to meet their standards and rarely ever did. It's about time the AZA walked from their commitment with the Zoo. Finally, WHY did it take SBYNews to expose the Zoo lost their accreditation with the AZA over a year ago and today the Daily Times finally published a story about it. Because that paper and your Mayor covered it up. Even their own article admitted it went viral elsewhere, (here) but failed to mention SBYNews. They credit all other news sources but steal articles and information from us.

WCSO CAT Press Release - San Domingo Home Invasion Posted: 03 Mar 2020 06:32 AM PST
Incident: Home Invasion, Robbery, Kidnapping, Possession with intent to distribute narcotic Date of Incident: February 25, 2020 Location: 25000 block of Elzey Brown Loop Mardela Springs, MD 21837 Suspects:
On February 25, 2020 a violent home invasion was reported to the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office. The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office Community Action Team (CAT) ultimately was assigned the case and was assisted by the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division (CID). Through investigation it was determined that Travis Gaines, Amanda Flowers, and Jamaar Brown forced entry into a residence in the 2500 block of Elzey Brown Loop Mardela Springs, MD 21837 during the early morning hours. The suspects held an adult female, a 12-year-old juvenile, and an 8-year-old juvenile hostage inside the residence. The suspects used a shotgun and handgun to order the subjects around the residence while attempting to kidnap the adult female and 12-year-old juvenile. The victims were assaulted by the suspects and items were stolen. The victims were held hostage for approximately 50 minutes before the 12-year-old juvenile was able to escape and got a neighbor to call 911 for help. The suspects then fled the residence stealing currency and electronics. The suspects held firearms to the victim's heads while yelling demands. At some point during the altercation Gaines and Brown held the shotgun to the adult female's head and pulled the trigger several times in an attempt to kill the victim but the firearm malfunctioned. CAT was able to locate witnesses and evidence that led to 3 search and seizure warrants for residences and 3 arrest warrants for Gaines, Flowers, and Brown. On February 27, 2020 CAT established surveillance on a residence in the 11000 block of San Domingo Road where CAT had an ongoing drug distribution investigation taking place prior to the home invasion investigation. Subjects were observed arriving at this residence and then the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office Emergency Response Team (SERT) executed a search warrant at the residence. Gaines and Flowers were found hiding inside the residence. An amount of crack cocaine indicative of distribution, a digital scale, US currency, cell phones, and a rifle were located in the residence. Craig Gibson was located at the residence and was found to be the primary resident. Gibson was found to be prohibited from possessing firearms due to being a convicted felon. It was determined that Gibson frequently allowed drug dealers to utilize his residence as a drug house to manufacture and sell CDS. Gibson later admitted to allowing this to happen at his residence. Through interviews and further investigation, it was determined that the shotgun that was used in the home invasion was likely located on the curtilage of the residence in the 11000 block of San Domingo Road. CAT was able to obtain another search and seizure warrant for the residence which was executed on February 28, 2020. Gibson was located on the property and was taken into custody for an arrest warrant that CAT had received for the events the night before. It was determined that Gibson assisted with the home invasion by providing the shotgun prior to the act being committed. It was determined that the shotgun was test fired at the residence located in the 11000 block of San Domingo Road and was found to be operational. CAT located a shotgun hidden in a shed on the back of the property during the search warrant execution. CAT executed two additional search warrants in Mardela Springs, MD that were related to the home invasion. Gaines, Flowers, and Gibson are all held without bond at the Wicomico County Detention Center. Jamaar Brown is currently outstanding and has a warrant out for his arrest. The Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF) is actively looking for Brown. CAT and CARFTF are asking the public for help in locating Brown. Brown should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone that has any information on the home invasion investigation or the whereabouts of Brown please contact Cpl. Bennett at 410-548-4898 or Crime Solvers of the Lower Eastern Shore at 410-548-1776. Posted: 03 Mar 2020 06:30 AM PST "Let's call it Trumpvirus," urged a New York Times opinion writer conspiratorially. Nancy Pelosi groused that President Trump waited too long to attack the coronavirus (COVID-19) and then impetuously declared he couldn't have leftover and unspent Ebola virus money to fight it, while Senator Chuck Schumer looked down his nose and over his glasses to intone that it was the end of the world and the president hadn't spent enough money to stop the scourge. Joe Biden and Michael Bloomberg have both been called out for politicizing the virus. By their lights, Trump's doing it all wrong. They won't be able to tell you why, but (stomps foot) they just know. They're praying for a pandemic filled with infected people and decimation of the stock market just to fix Trump's wagon in his re-election campaign, now that the whole Russian-secret-agent and peeing-hooker story went belly-up. They just know that he's such a dummy that it wouldn't ever occur to him to stop air travel from an infected nation, increase screenings, involuntarily quarantine those infected with the virus when they were repatriated and seek a vaccine now. Florida A&M Student: Donald Trump Deserves Credit for Progress at Historically Black Colleges Posted: 03 Mar 2020 06:30 AM PST Florida A&M University student Chrichanni Watson told Breitbart News that Donald Trump has made great progress for historically black colleges and universities (HCBU) and "you've got to give the man some credit." Watson spoke to host Alex Marlow for a Wednesday interview on SiriusXM's Breitbart News Daily. "In Washington, D.C., I had the opportunity to work with a Republican representative, this is my first experience with the conservative movement, and I was just blown away," said Watson. "So I had the idea to bring that same energy back to my university in Tallahassee." "I personally think he's making progress," said Watson of President Donald Trump. "The first thing that I looked into, especially at my university, is how he recently signed for HBCU's to be permanently funded." "That directly impacts us, as HBCU students, and that's something that cannot be said for the last administration," she added. "I mean, you've got to give the man some credit." More
BUSINESS GROUPS SLAM PROPOSED SALES-TAX EXPANSION FOR KIRWAN Posted: 03 Mar 2020 06:15 AM PST Business advocacy groups converged on Annapolis on Monday to protest legislation that would expand Maryland's sales tax to services not currently taxed and raise an estimated $2.9 billion over the next five years to help fund the recommendations of the Kirwan Commission. They spoke prior to a House Ways and Means Committee hearing on the legislation. The hearing began this afternoon at 1 EST. The bill does not as of yet have a Senate counterpart. "It is a regressive tax on our state's small businesses and their customers. Just one trip to the auto mechanic…will double what proponents say the annual cost to Maryland taxpayers will be," Mike O'Halloran, state director, Maryland & Delaware National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), said at a news conference at the Lowe House Office Building. Elizabeth Warren Vows to Reinstate Welfare-Dependent Immigration to U.S. Posted: 03 Mar 2020 06:00 AM PST Sen. No different from thefts at the SPD, losing Zoo Accreditation, the truth about his wife's drug addiction/problems, and whatever else he's left in the closet. If it wasn't for SBYNews the public would be left in the dark.

Baltimore sees more than 50 homicides so far in 2020 Posted: 03 Mar 2020 05:00 AM PST Only into the third month of the new year and more than 50 people have been killed in the Baltimore city area. The Baltimore Police Department announced Sunday that 19-year-old Graham Blake was charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of a 26-year-old man on Friday, one of four shootings in Charm City Friday night that left two men dead and four injured. At least 52 homicides were been reported throughout the city as of March 2, according to a tally by The Baltimore Sun. The major northeastern city in Maryland of more than 600,000 people is one of the most dangerous in America, according to the FBI. "This city was never like this, even when it was at its worst," activist Tyree Moorehead told FOX45 on Sunday. "That's scary because there's people whose family members haven't been shot yet that have a bullet with their name on it and don't even know it." Who really decided to bring infected people to the United States? Posted: 03 Mar 2020 04:00 AM PST Two months after the outbreak of the coronavirus, #TrumpVirus began trending on Twitter. Why? Because it's the only chance that the Democrats have of winning back the White House in 2020. Saddled with broken primaries whose nominee, after a possible brokered convention, will either be a Socialist who admires Communists, a senile lecher who admires young girls, or a billionaire who admires power, the coronavirus is a much more effective candidate than Sanders, Biden, or Bloomberg. #TrumpVirus follows in the footsteps of #TrumpHurricane which attempted to blame a natural disaster and local corruption in Puerto Rico on President Trump. And that just dusted off the smears and slanders of Hurricane Katrina and substituted Puerto Ricans for black people and Trump for Bush. Not to mention the CDC for FEMA. The truth about disaster relief and pandemic management is that it hasn't changed much between administrations. The Bush administration dealt with SARS in much the same way that the Obama administration addressed swine flu. And the Trump administration is doing most of the same things. That's because the actual decisions are being made by bureaucrats based on existing protocols. The best example of this was the decision to fly back infected American passengers from the Diamond Princess. This fateful decision helped spread the virus inside the United States. President Trump had been told that nobody with the coronavirus would be flown to America. The State Department decided to do it anyway without telling him and only made the announcement shortly after the planes landed in the United States. More here
