| State Prison Murder Under Investigation Posted: 14 Aug 2016 06:10 PM PDT  The victim is identified as John A. O'Sullivan, 43, an inmate at the Jessup Correctional Institution, Jessup, Md. His body has been taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore for an autopsy. Multiple inmate suspects have been identified by investigators. Those suspects remain in the custody of the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. Shortly after 10:00 a.m. today, correctional officers in the Jessup Correctional Institution's F Building responded to a fight in progress on a tier. They found the victim lying on the floor bleeding profusely from what appeared to be multiple stab or puncture wounds. The officers quickly took several inmate suspects into custody who were seen walking away from the victim. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical services personnel. Investigators from the Maryland State Police Homicide Unit were called to conduct the investigation. They have spent the day interviewing inmates, obtaining and serving search warrants in the prison, and working with State Police crime scene technicians who are processing the scene for evidence. They have been assisted by investigators from the State Police Criminal Enforcement Division, troopers from the Glen Burnie Barrack, and investigators from the DPSCS Internal Investigations Unit. Investigators remain at the scene tonight as the investigation continues. Investigators have been in contact with officials in the Anne Arundel County State's Attorney's Office regarding the ongoing investigation. No charges have been filed at this time. Upon completion, the investigation will be reviewed by the State's Attorney's Office before charges are placed. Any questions regarding the sentence the inmate victim was serving or the Jessup Correctional Institution should be directed to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.  | ||||||||||||||||||

| Milwaukee Riots After Police Shoot Armed Black Suspect; Police Cars Burned, Officer Injured Posted: 14 Aug 2016 01:15 PM PDT  The officer-involved shooting occurred at around 3:30 PM and involved two MPD officers who had stopped a car near the 3200 block of N. 44th Street. The two suspects inside fled on foot with the officers giving chase. In short order one of the suspects pointed a semi-automatic pistol at the officers and was killed, according to CBS. In the hours after the shooting groups of residents in the mostly African-American neighborhood gathered near the crime scene and soon began taunting police officers investigating the incident. | New Info on Media's War on Trump Posted: 14 Aug 2016 09:26 AM PDT  As you all may have noticed, the Media has been waging war on Donald Trump. It's getting to the point that borders an insane obsession with picking a part everything he does and says, spinning it into something 'dark' and dangerous. Over the last week, some answers have come to light that may shed some reasons as to why the Media, particularly the Conservative pundits' disdain toward Trump. The findings are going to shock you! I have attached a video that verifies this information. And yes, it's been vetted through several sources within many agencies - not just my own but many other fellow writers using their own sources. All point to this being accurate even though the video maker is careful to assert he's reporting what he's been told by his Pentagon source. While we all know about Clinton Aide, Huma Abiden's videos taken during private meetings between herself, Hillary Clinton and several foreign (and hostile to US) agents that Wikileaks was going to break last Sunday (August 6), there has been a storm of restraining orders sent to RT (Russian Times) from our State Department to block these videos from surfacing as they go towards proving treason on Clinton's lot. However, given that RT is not subject to US laws (or law enforcement) with the exception of their America office, these will only hold for so long. RT's involvement stems from last Sunday's interview with famed hacker and Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange who is in exile at the Ecuador embassy in London for the last five years.
This is based on the premise that should Trump get elected, he will reduce aid to the Middle East including Israel - an assumption that is FALSE! On the contrary, Trump is stating he wants to reduce or end aid to countries harboring and supporting terrorists. This is a huge difference than what was presented by Clinton. The disturbing thing is, it appears Netanyahu has taken the bait. Many Jewish journalists - Bill Kristol, Ben Shapiro, Jamie Weinstein to name a few - have all been touting the NeverTrump banner in spite of Trump's popularity with voters. This week, Trump revealed his very conservative economic plan devised by known-conservative economists like Stephen Moore. It's as close to Reagan as anyone has gotten in a long, long time! Additionally, earlier in the Spring, he released his highly conservative judges list of those he would proffer for appointment to the Supreme Court. Therefore, the hysterical NeverTrumpers appear nonsensical - that is, until now! It's more than a mere axe to grind! It's more than anything personality based. | Where One Investigation Ends, Another Begins... Posted: 14 Aug 2016 06:31 AM PDT  Things are not always what they appear to be... Over this last week, the Media made much to do about nothing as they made yet another attempt to smear Donald Trump when he tried to energize the Second Amendment voters to vote in November. It was all over the news as I'm sure many of you heard the four-day ordeal. The whole insidious nonsense even packed a knockout punch when the United States Secret Service reveal CNN blatantly fabricated a reprimand they supposedly gave Trump for his remarks. Besides their ritual demonizing Trump, what was the story Clinton's media buddies were really hiding? Back in July, FBI Director, James Comey, gave a damning statement of Hillary Clinton's character (and ability) over her private email server while Secretary of State, deeming her as 'excessive careless' with classified information. However, the punchline was he didn't recommend charges to be filed against her for her gross negligence. Coming on the heels of the clandestine meeting between former president Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch, the timing of this conclusion was suspect at best - not to mention, he prosecuted Clinton before issuing the final blow.
A few weeks back, I reviewed the book by Peter Schweizer, Clinton Cash and a week later, the documentary came out under the same title. In a nutshell, the author laid out some of the Clinton's payola deals with various foreign countries - Bill got paid for making speeches while Hillary granted government access and large sums of money were funneled through the Foundation as 'donations' from many companies and international government interests. The whole government access for sale was blown open as the email server scandal appeared to wrap up. Or so it seemed... Last week, while the MSM was obsessing over Donald Trump, a war was waging between the DOJ and the FBI which resulted in Lynch, denying Comey's request to investigate the Clinton Foundation further. While many sources confirm this investigation has been very much alive for a long time, it was as not overt as the email server probe. It actually began after the agency discovered a server with Foundation emails and documents in the oddest place -- the embassy in Benghazi after the terrorist attack which killed four Americans on September 11, 2012.
With the DOJ's failure to approve the investigation, thinking he was in the clear - as Bill Clinton and Chelsea were also at the heart of this investigation - he truculently ostracized Comey during a speech this last week, stating the FBI was full of bull. Well, safe to say, he probably regrets making such a provocative statement now... The big news hit the street Friday though many media outlets are still not reporting it due to it's damning ramifications to their favorite gal pal; however, you can find it on some news organizations like The Daily Caller. Much to Bill's chagrin, the FBI found another way to perhaps finally skin this criminal cat. Not only is the FBI investigation an ongoing one, it is now moved to three local agencies with the US Attorney's office in full cooperation and decision-making power to decide whether or not to indict Hillary, Bill and Chelsea Clinton for selling government access through both the Bill Clinton and Chelsea Clinton Foundations.
As one source put it, "...unlike Lynch, we won't be seeing Bharara meeting with Bill Clinton on any tarmacs to 'discuss' golf and grandkids. Not only is he tough, he's well-protected as he is known for prosecuting the worst of the worst in both criminal and white collar crime." It seems Comey still has powerful influence in his old stomping grounds as he was working for this same New York office when he indicted and prosecuted Martha Stewart back in 2003 - long before becoming the most powerful law enforcement officer in our government.
The source did add that one thing is for sure in this situation, intent will not even be a part of the conversation as the Clinton's 'intent' is so blatant and obvious that even a third-grader could point it out without any problem. Did he know this when he made his statements and testimony before Congress last month? Guess we'll just have to wait for Director Comey's memoirs to be published but until then, we have front row seats to the biggest bust of the most corrupt crime syndicates in our Federal government's history. Richard M. Nixon and Watergate have now been completely vindicated - it's just a shame he didn't live to see it! Do you still wonder why it's been over 259 days since Hillary Clinton held a press conference? If she has a good criminal defense lawyer, it's no wonder! And for those of you who love to defend the Clintons, claiming they a sophisticated organized crime family that will escape prosecution: Remember, they said the same thing about Capone, John Gotti and a host of others who have gone to prison for their crimes. As anyone whose ever studied law will tell you, repeat offenders increase their chances of being caught and adjudicated -- why? Because they get sloppy! Around 1:50am Wicomico Central Alerted Stations 2, 16, 1 and 5(Hebron) for a reported house fire at the corner of Church Street and Truitt Street. Isn't Station 6 Parsonsburg much closer than Hebron? At 1:58am Station 2 was re-alerted. Command told Central to dispatch a Next Due. A couple of minutes later Central Dispatched Station 3(Fruitland). Isn't Station 6(Parsonsburg) closer than Fruitland? At 2:01am Command requested Central dispatch a 2nd Alarm. At that time Central dispatched 3, 74 and 6(finally). At 2:08am Command asked Central the status on responding units. Central advised nothing marked up yet. Then Central alerted again saying Stations 8, 3, 74 and 6 due(Whatever that means?) What is the Status on Station 6(Parsonsburg) and why weren't they alerted first and second on this call? Another question? This is the County kick off for the start of school. Think about the expenses for this. All employees drive time there, missing work, drive time back when employees could be working or getting ready for school at their school. Some schools are paying for buses to transport staff to save parking. Talk about a traffic jam. This will take a couple of hours! Although, I have my doubts as many others do that any heart condition was really the case, nonetheless, that's the 'official' claim. Some of you may have read his books or watched his speeches. He was well versed in American politics. Many of you are familiar with Breitbart as many posts here, direct you to his site to read about various happenings in our world.
Known for his provocatively candid speeches, Breitbart never minced words about his observations regarding our government and the manipulation of the elite ruling class in America. In his unPC manner, his lectures often prompted lively back-and-forth between himself and his audience. While lecturing at the University of Redlands and a La Raza student got up and called him a racist. His comeback made as much sense then as it does today and I'm surprised we don't hear more about it since the rise of BLM. Cultural Marxism. Marxism is when you have a division between have and have nots. It divides and categorizes people. When the Elite (and that's not just Democrats anymore) decided that wouldn't work in America - the land of opportunity - in order to bring about a division, they twisted it into cultural rather than class. And by being one, it means all of us from all races in America - as citizens - have our own collective culture, spirit and semblance of oneness. While we do have racial differences, we are all equal in ever sense and the divides are not as big as the elite would love us to believe. Let's face it, we all want security in whatever form we chose that security to be. Our wants across racial lines are not all that different from one another. Yet, the media and politicians tells us we are so grossly different and that harmony comes at a price - we have to stomp out one citizen's right to accommodate another. Absolutely FALSE! (AP) — Somerset County officials have approved stricter rules for poultry houses after residents raised a stink about bad smells and loud noises coming from their neighbors. | Justice Department Announces Findings of Investigation into Baltimore Police Department Posted: 14 Aug 2016 06:58 AM PDT  Justice Department Finds a Pattern of Civil Rights Violations by the Baltimore Police Department The Justice Department announced today that it found reasonable cause to believe that the Baltimore City Police Department (BPD) engages in a pattern or practice of conduct that violates the First and Fourth Amendments of the Constitution as well as federal anti-discrimination laws. BPD makes stops, searches and arrests without the required justification; uses enforcement strategies that unlawfully subject African Americans to disproportionate rates of stops, searches and arrests; uses excessive force; and retaliates against individuals for their constitutionally-protected expression. The pattern or practice results from systemic deficiencies that have persisted within BPD for many years and has exacerbated community distrust of the police, particularly in the African-American community. The city and the department have also entered into an agreement in principle to work together, with community input, to create a federal court-enforceable consent decree addressing the deficiencies found during the investigation. "Public trust is critical to effective policing and public safety," said Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch. "Our investigation found that Baltimore is a city where the bonds of trust have been broken, and that the Baltimore Police Department engaged in a pattern or practice of unlawful and unconstitutional conduct, ranging from the use of excessive force to unjustified stops, seizures and arrests. The results of our investigation raise serious concerns, and in the days ahead, the Department of Justice will continue working tirelessly to ensure that all Baltimoreans enjoy the safety, security and dignity they expect and deserve. | Macy's to close another 100 stores by 2017 Posted: 14 Aug 2016 06:54 AM PDT  Macy's announced the closures Thursday. They represent about 15% of all Macy's department stores. The iconic retailer did not disclose the locations of stores, but said most of them will be shut down in early 2017. The Macy's move is the latest in a wave of store closures amid the rise and success of Amazon and other online shopping options. For instance, Walmart announced plans in January to shut down 269 stores this year and just this week, inked a $3.3 billion deal to acquire Amazon rival Jet.com. Sports Authority, once the nation's largest sporting goods retailer, is shutting all 450 of its stores after filing for bankruptcy. As you may recall on Feb 22 2016 Mr. Jones loss control of his car in Worcester County striking Tatterson and 23 yr old Wade Pusey who worked for Worcester County Public Works Roads Division. Mr. Pusey is also still recovering from his injuries and will probably not be able to work again. Mr. Jones, the driver was indicted for manslaughter in April. Posted: 14 Aug 2016 06:51 AM PDT Hoping to deter deadly attacks against police officers, some states want to expand hate-crime laws, which are traditionally confined to characteristics such as race and ethnicity, to cover people who work in law enforcement. Nearly every state has a hate-crime statute that increases penalties for offenders motivated by hatred of a victim's race, religion, sexuality or other personal characteristic. Louisiana in May became the first state to add police to the list when it passed "Blue Lives Matter" legislation. Now half a dozen additional states are considering similar changes to their hate-crime laws. Supporters argue the measures, which are backed by police, are a deterrent and send a strong message to police officers that the community stands behind them. | Suspect Passes While in Custody in Ocean City 8-7-16 Posted: 14 Aug 2016 06:40 AM PDT  OCEAN CITY, MD – (August 7, 2016): On August 7, 2016, at approximately 12:24 a.m. Ocean City police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 10 block of 8th Street. Officers noticed the smell of marijuana emanating from the vehicle upon approach and requested that a Worcester County Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit respond to scan the vehicle. The K-9 detected the presence of a controlled dangerous substance and during a search of the vehicle, officers located over 1,500 small bags of heroin and additional narcotics. Officers then arrested three individuals in the vehicle without incident. At approximately, 2:30 a.m. one of the suspects, whose name is not being released at this time pending notification of next of kin, began to complain of trouble breathing while in custody at the Ocean City Public Safety Building booking facility. At that time, OCPD booking personnel contacted Ocean City Emergency Medical Services (EMS) who responded shortly after. Upon arrival of Ocean City EMS, the individual began to seize and later went into cardiac arrest. Ocean City EMS began conducting lifesaving measures and transported him to Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin, MD where he was later pronounced deceased. The body has been transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner who will conduct an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death. At the request of the Ocean City Police Department, the Maryland State Police has taken over responsibility for the death investigation.  |
