Getting Old

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 10:00 PM PDT

I've sure gotten old!

I have outlived my feet and my teeth, I've had two bypass surgeries, a hip replacement, new knees, fought prostate cancer and diabetes.
I'm half blind, can't hear anything quieter than a jet engine, take 40 different medications that make me dizzy, winded, and subject to blackouts.
Have bouts with dementia.
Have poor circulation; hardly feel my hands and feet anymore.
Can't remember if I'm 85 or 92.
Have lost all my friends.
But, thank God, I still have my driver's license.

The Clinton Emails The FBI Recovered Will Be Released

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 09:00 PM PDT

All the emails then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sent or received that the FBI uncovered will be released by the Department of State, a conservative non-profit government watchdog group announced Tuesday.

"The American people will now see more of the emails Hillary Clinton tried to hide from them," Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement. "Simply put, our lawsuits have unraveled Hillary Clinton's email cover-up."

An FBI investigation concluded Clinton was "extremely careless" in handling classified information on her private email server and account, bureau Director James Comey said, but he said there was insufficient evidence for a prosecutor to be assured of a conviction.

The State Department is releasing the records the FBI uncovered in response to a Judicial Watch lawsuit connected with a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that sought all emails sent or received by Clinton while she was Secretary of State.

BREAKING: Ryan Lochte And One Other U.S. Swimmer Indicted In Brazil

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 08:30 PM PDT

Police in Rio said Thursday that there was no evidence that the two U.S. swimmers were robbed at gunpoint like they alleged earlier this week.

They noted that at least one of the swimmers vandalized the bathroom of a gas station where the group of athletes stopped on their way home to the Olympic Village from a party Saturday night

"The athletes were confronted by security officers, and they offered the gas station employees 100 Reais and $20 to cover the damages," ABC News reported. "Police said a gun was shown by one of the security officers because the athletes were getting aggressive, but excessive force was not used."

State Department To Release All Of Hillary's Deleted Emails, May Wait Until After Presidential Election

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 08:00 PM PDT

Some good and some bad news for transparency advocates was disclosed moments ago, when the State Department announced it would release all of the deleted work-related emails that the FBI recovered from Hillary Clinton's private system, it confirmed in a recent court filing, eliminating the possibility that the messages will remain secret. "State has voluntarily agreed to produce non-exempt agency records responsive to plaintiff's [Freedom of Information Act] request," the department said in a short filing on Friday.

That's the good news. The bad news is that, according to the Hill, "it remains unsettled whether the full set of emails will be out by the presidential election on Nov. 8."

In other words, when finally released, the emails will have zero impact on the presidential election.

The State Department has declined to set a timeline for releasing the emails, and a court conference to discuss the matter has been scheduled for Aug. 22. Reince Priebus, the head of the Republican National Committee, has urged the department to release the emails before the elections.

BALTIMORE (AP) — University of Maryland, Baltimore County is under federal investigation of its handling of sexual assaults on campus.

The U.S. Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights opened an investigation into the school in July after an attorney filed a complaint that the school mishandled a rape report.

The investigation falls under Title IX, a federal statute that prohibits gender discrimination on college campuses.

Trump adviser: Wikileaks plotting email dump to derail Hillary

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 07:00 PM PDT

Claims he was hacked after disclosing what Assange told him

NEW YORK –
A top Trump adviser says his computer and personal bank accounts were hacked in retaliation for declaring publicly he believes Julian Assange of Wikileaks has a complete set of Hillary Clinton's 30,000 scrubbed "private emails" and is preparing to release them to derail the Democratic Party nominee's presidential campaign.

Roger Stone, co-author of the bestselling book "The Clintons' War on Women" and a longtime friend of Trump, told WND in an interview that he has communicated directly with Assange.

"In the next series of emails Assange plans to release, I have reason to believe the Clinton Foundation scandals will surface to keep Bill and Hillary from returning to the White House," he said.

Beyond the Bay: Dumser’s Dairyland is cool blast from past

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 06:30 PM PDT

WASHINGTON — It should be clear by now that any trip to the beach involves more than just sand and surf. The reason people keep visiting the Delmarva coast has as much to do with the food as it does with taking a cool dip in the mid-Atlantic ocean.

And whether you're on the boardwalks of Maryland or Delaware, you have no shortage of beach-cuisine staples — the enormous buckets of french fries, greasy slices of pizza and, of course, the ice cream cone.

For decades, one cone, in particular, has stood out as a favorite for visitors to Ocean City, Maryland: Dumser's Dairyland, the ice cream parlor founded in 1939 by the late Gladys Dumser.

"Her main point was fresh ice cream. Everything is made and sold the same day, and that's our main product, just making it and selling it the same day, keeping it fresh," said Donald Timmons, who owns the iconic ice cream stands that started on Ocean City's boardwalk and now dot the resort town.

Asked just how many ice cream cones get scooped and served every day in the summer, Timmons said he could only estimate a number in the thousands.

Justice Department says it will end use of private prisons

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 05:30 PM PDT

The Justice Department plans to end its use of private prisons after officials concluded the facilities are both less safe and less effective at providing correctional services than those run by the government.

Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates announced the decision on Thursday in a memo that instructs officials to either decline to renew the contracts for private prison operators when they expire or "substantially reduce" the contracts' scope. The goal, Yates wrote, is "reducing — and ultimately ending — our use of privately operated prisons."

"They simply do not provide the same level of correctional services, programs, and resources; they do not save substantially on costs; and as noted in a recent report by the Department's Office of Inspector General, they do not maintain the same level of safety and security," Yates wrote.

Black Lives Matter is hardly a "grassroots" movement, with big money donors stoking the fires and promoting racial divisiveness.

Lifezette reported that the Ford Foundation will be giving millions of dollars to prop up the Black Lives Matter movement according to Fortune Magazine.

The Ford Foundation said the following in an official statement:

"By partnering with Borealis Philanthropy, Movement Strategy Center, and Benedict Consulting to found the Black-Led Movement Fund, Ford has made six-year investments in the organizations and networks that compose the Movement for Black Lives."

According to Lifezette, Borealis Philanthropy said that it wants to "bring $100 million in new resources to the Movement for Black Lives."

Critics: Governor’s promise to heal Baltimore rings hollow

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 04:30 PM PDT

BALTIMORE (AP) — When Baltimore's streets erupted in the worst rioting in 40 years, Republican Gov. Larry Hogan pledged to help heal the city. Instead, critics say, some of his administration's policy decisions over the last 16 months actually undercut local efforts to address the deep-seated poverty and violence that triggered the unrest in the first place.

The conflict highlights the differences between Democratic lawmakers who want expanded services for their core supporters in Maryland's largest city and a GOP governor committed to more fiscal restraint.

Baltimore's rioting was triggered by the April 2015 death of Freddie Gray, a black man who died of injuries in police custody.

Hogan's response last year was swift: He called in the National Guard to help restore order and sent a strong message of support to local leaders.

But this month Hogan refused to release an $80 million funding package authorized by state lawmakers, including $1 million for the Safe Streets program. The violence intervention initiative hires former felons and ex-gang members to mediate potentially violent conflicts. Without the $1 million, Safe Streets, which operates five sites in Baltimore's most dangerous and crime-ridden neighborhoods, could be forced to close.

Bewildered Hillary: Why Don’t People Like Bill Clinton?

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 04:00 PM PDT

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton fired back at critics of her husband Bill Clinton and President Obama.

"We got a lot done for America when they were in office, right?" she asked a rally of supporters in Philadelphia today, arguing that Obama and a "guy named Clinton" led America to economic prosperity.

"When I hear people criticize Bill, I think, 'What don't they like? The peace or the prosperity?'" she asked. "I mean it's kind of hard to know."

OCPD K-9 Unit Receives $18,000 Donation

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 03:30 PM PDT

OCEAN CITY, MD – (August 18, 2016): The police K-9's of the Ocean City Police Department will soon be able to go on patrol with an added level of safety thanks to a generous donation that was recently given specifically to the OCPD K-9 Unit.

The donation totaling $18,000 will be used in part to ensure that each of the five K-9's in the K-9 Unit are outfitted with bullet and stab protective vests. This potentially life-saving body armor costs upwards of $2,000 each.

"Our K-9 Unit is an integral part of our mission and it is critical for us to keep the unit safe," commented Chief Ross Buzzuro. "Without the generosity of our community members, purchases like these can be very difficult. We are extremely grateful that our hard-working K-9's will now be protected."

The remainder of the donation will be used for training and other items needed for operations of the unit. The donor has asked to remain anonymous.

Hacked Soros Memo: $650,000 to Black Lives Matter

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 03:00 PM PDT

George Soros's Open Society Institute viewed the 2015 Baltimore unrest following the death of Freddie Gray as opening a "unique opportunity" to create "accountability" for the Baltimore police while aiding activists in reforming the city, according to hacked documents reviewed by Breitbart Jerusalem.

The documents further confirm that the Open Society last year approved $650,000 to "invest in technical assistance and support for the groups at the core of the burgeoning #BlackLivesMatter movement."

The information was contained in a detailed 69-page Open Society report on the agenda of an Open Society U.S. Programs board meeting held in New York October 1 to October 2, 2015.

The report directly states the Open Society views the Baltimore unrest last year as a crisis that can be utilized to carry out the organization's agenda.

Report: Abused child told police she thought her name was "Idiot"

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 02:30 PM PDT

HOT SPRINGS, Ark. -- Police have arrested a Hot Springs, Arkansas, couple on battery and abuse charges for allegedly zip-tying a 4-year-old girl to her bed as punishment.

The child told authorities she thought her name was "Idiot," according to an arrest report obtained by The Sentinel-Record.

Hot Springs police arrested the girl's mother, Jennifer Denen, 30, and her live-in boyfriend, Clarence Reed, 47, Friday and charged them with felony counts of first-degree domestic battery, permitting the abuse of a minor and endangering the welfare of a minor. A police report says officers were summoned to the Cooper-Anthony Mercy Child Advocacy Center after workers there determined the child had been abused.

A police report says the girl had bruises, a black eye, scars and ligature marks on her wrists.

Scott Walker Accuses Clinton of 'Inflaming the Situation'

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 02:00 PM PDT

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker Tuesday accused Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton of "inflaming the situation" with the unrest in Milwaukee with her call for rebuilding trust between the police and the community.

"In Sherman Park and in Milwaukee, they want law enforcement to step up and protect them," Walker told Fox News' "Fox & Friends" program.

"The people who live in the neighborhood want police, they want the police in Milwaukee and the sheriff's department to step up and protect them," Walker continued. "They didn't want the criminals who were doing those actions against those businesses to do that. And I think statements like that and the lack of leadership we have had from the president on this issue only inflame the situation."

In a speech in Scranton, Pennsylvania on Monday, Clinton called for the United States to "get back to the fundamental principle [and] everyone should have respect for the law and be respected by the law."

Rioting was sparked in Milwaukee after a black police officer shot and killed a black suspect fleeing from an officer. According to law enforcement officials, the suspect had a gun in his hand when he turned toward the police officer.

Walker, who dropped out of the presidential race early in the primary and now backs Trump, told the program that the violence in Milwaukee became more quiet Monday night, thanks to the combined effort of the Wisconsin State Patrol, local police officers, and Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke's department.

"I hope that's a good sign for the Sherman Park neighborhood, where the overwhelming people are good people," said Walker.

$6.5 TRILLION MISSING FROM DEFENSE DEPARTMENT

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 01:30 PM PDT

A relatively obscure audit report from the Office of Inspector General of the United States Department of Defense suddenly is getting a lot of attention for what it apparently reveals: The Pentagon can't account for $6.5 trillion.

At ArmstrongEconomics, the blog reported, "Once again, the office of inspector general has come up with a huge hole in the Department of Defense with a missing $6.5 trillion."

The day before 9/11, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld admitted $2.3 trillion was missing from the Defense Department budget, noted the blog.

That figure has now grown to $6.5 trillion and counting.

To get a handle on its magnitude, a pile of $100 bills in that amount would be enough to make every man, woman and child in the states of Colorado, Wyoming and South Dakota an instant millionaire.

The report, "Army General Fund Adjustments Not Adequately Documented or Supported," started out with the goal of finding out whether the changes in the Army General Fund data during Fiscal Year 2015 to financial statements were "adequately documented and supported."

Report: $400 Million Iran Payment Held Until American Detainees Were Released

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 12:30 PM PDT

The U.S. government delayed its $400 million payment to Iran until the country released several American hostages, a new report suggests.

According to officials who spoke to The Wall Street Journal, once the American detainees were "wheels up" on Jan. 17, Iranian officials in Geneva were permitted to take the cash — made up of Swiss francs, euros and other currencies. The new revelation offers more fodder to critics who claim the payment was a ransom.

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, a one-time contender for the Republican presidential nomination, tweetedthat the details of the report "confirm secret payoff amounted to ransom."

In a statement Wednesday evening, Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus called on President Barack Obama's administration to "drop the charade and admit it paid a $400 million ransom to the world's leading state sponsor of terrorism."

Death of Wicomico Co. Man During Transport For Treatment Investigated

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 12:13 PM PDT

(HEBRON, MD) – Maryland State Police criminal investigators assigned to the Wicomico Bureau of Investigation are investigating the death of a man who may have had a medical emergency while county deputies and EMS personnel were moving him from his home to an ambulance.

The deceased is identified as Jerry Rosenberger Jr., 32, of Hebron, Md. He was pronounced dead at Peninsula Regional Medical Center.

The preliminary investigation indicates that at about 8:15 p.m. yesterday, deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office responded to a call for a disorderly man at a home in the 25000-block of Gristmill Road, Hebron. Deputies were met by the father of the disorderly man, who reported his son had been acting strange and he was afraid his son may hurt him. The father reported his son had assaulted him earlier this month. He said his son was taking prescription medications and several muscle building supplements.

Deputies found the man, believed to weigh about 400 pounds, seated on his bedroom floor sweating profusely. According to deputies, Rosenberger was experiencing mood swings ranging from calm to angry and was speaking nonsensically. Deputies determined he should be transported to the hospital for an emergency petition and summoned EMS personnel.

Mardela Springs Emergency Medical Services personnel responded and Rosenberger told them he could not walk to the ambulance. EMS personnel enlisted the assistance of deputies to help move the man on a collapsible stretcher. When they reached the ambulance, EMS personnel determined the man was not breathing and emergency procedures were initiated.

Rosenberger was transported by ambulance to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. His body has been transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore for an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death.

State Police investigators from the Wicomico County Bureau of Investigation are conducting the investigation. They are continuing to conduct interviews of persons on the scene last night. In addition to the deputies and EMS personnel, an officer from the Salisbury Police Department was also present. The preliminary investigation indicates there was no significant physical contact or any use of force by law enforcement or EMS personnel involved.

The investigation is continuing.

FBI did not let State see notes from its Clinton interview

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 12:00 PM PDT

Although the State Department has asked the FBI to provide notes from its July interview with Hillary Clinton, the law enforcement agency refused to do so before giving Congress the notes Tuesday in a batch of classified documents from its year-long investigation of the Democratic nominee.

Mark Toner, a State Department spokesman, said the FBI had shared with his agency some of the sensitive emails that were set to be produced to the House Oversight Committee in response to a request for justification of the decision to clear Clinton of criminal wrongdoing.

But the FBI had so far refused to allow State Department officials to review notes from its three-hour interview with the former secretary of state.

"We did ask the FBI that we be kept apprised of any information that they provided to Congress, and the reason why we did this is because it would relate to State Department equities and this is, frankly, a time-honored traditional inter-agency practice," Toner said.

Meteorologist: ‘This Heat Wave Is Child’s Play Compared to 1930s'

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 11:00 AM PDT

(CNSNews.com) – Meteorologist Joe Bastardi says the current heat wave in most parts of the U.S. – which tied the 135-year-old record temperature in Washington, D.C. on Saturday – is "child's play compared to the 1930s."

The National Weather Service (NWS) issued an "excessive heat warning" for "a prolonged period of dangerously hot temperatures" for much of the East coast, which remains in effect until 8 pm on Tuesday.

According to the NWS, the temperature at Ronald Reagan International Airport hit 101 degrees on Saturday, tying the old record of 101 degrees set on Aug. 13, 1881.

But if global temperatures are getting warmer because of manmade activities, such as the burning of fossil fuels, why was it so hot 135 years ago? CNSNews.com asked Bastardi, who is currently the chief forecaster at Weather Bell Analytics and the former chief long-range forecaster at Accuweather.

"There is no question this weekend was hot, with temperatures challenging and breaking records across the northeast," Bastardi replied. "But to offer some perspective, many of these records went back to the 1800s, which meant [that] even without urban buildup, it was just as hot then."

Bastardi added that 101 degrees is nothing compared to the heat wave that struck the Washington region back in the 1930s.

Did Bill's Rape Accuser Convince Hillary That Sexual Assault Victims No Longer Have A "Right To Be Believed"?

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 10:00 AM PDT

Hillary has been fairly adamant throughout her campaign that sexual assault victims have the "right to be heard" and the"right to be believed." Well it seems that her own Husband's sexual assault accuser might be altering her stance on this issue...at least on the "right to be believed" part. As pointed out by an article in BuzzFeedNews, Clinton has shifted her language on the rights of sexual assault victims as Bill's accuser, Juanita Broaddrick has become more vocal.

In September 2015, Hillary's view on the issue was pretty clear per the following tweet:

More
"To every survivor of sexual assault...You have the right to be heard. You have the right to be believed. We're with you." —Hillary

In November 2015, Hillary reiterated with another tweet:

But then everything changed in January 2016 when Juanita Broaddrick had finally had enough and posted the following tweet of her own:

I was 35 years old when Bill Clinton, Ark. Attorney General raped me and Hillary tried to silence me. I am now 73....it never goes away.

Bestselling author reveals 'shoddy accounting' in Clinton Foundation

It's a claim that has been widely mocked – Hillary Clinton's famous statement she and Bill were "dead broke" when they left the White House in 2001.

But there is a grain of truth behind it, according to New York Times bestselling author Jerome Corsi.

He reveals some of the numbers in his new book "Partners in Crime: The Clintons' Scheme to Monetize the White House for Personal Profit."

Three years before leaving office, Bill Clinton had to pay $850,000 to settle the Paula Jones sexual harassment lawsuit. Just as he was leaving office he paid a $25,000 fine to the Arkansas Bar Association in lieu of disbarment for having lied under oath about his relationship with Monica Lewinsky.

The Associated Press reported the Clintons faced legal bills as high as $10.6 million incurred defending themselves in the Whitewater scandal and the Lewinsky affair. This figure did not include legal expenses associated with the Kathleen Willey and Gennifer Flowers cases.

Nearly half of refugees entering the U.S. this year are Muslim

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 09:37 AM PDT

The U.S. has received 28,957 Muslim refugees so far in fiscal year 2016, or nearly half (46%) of the more than 63,000 refugees who have entered the country since the fiscal year began Oct. 1, 2015, according to a Pew Research Center analysis of data from the State Department's Refugee Processing Center. That means that already this year the U.S. has admitted the highest number of Muslim refugees of any year since 2002.

Christians are the second-largest group of refugees to the U.S. so far this fiscal year; 27,556 Christian refugees have entered the country, nearly as many as the number of Muslim refugees. A slightly lower share of 2016's refugees were Christian (44%) than Muslim, the first time that has happened since fiscal 2006, when a large number of Somali refugees entered the U.S.

Police Release ID Of Boy Killed in Ocean City Boating Accident

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 09:30 AM PDT

OCEAN CITY, Md. — A 9-year-old Howell boy was killed after he fell off a pontoon boat and was struck multiple times by its propeller in the water off Ocean City, Md. on Wednesday, authorities said.

Kaden Frederick was one of four people sitting with their feet dangling from the rental pontoon as it moved through Sinepuxent Bay just before 3 p.m., according to a spokeswoman for the Maryland Natural Resources Police. He then fell into the water and went under the boat.

Two nurses, one emergency medical technician and two off-duty troopers who happened to be on a passing tour boat boarded the pontoon to attempt to resuscitate Frederick, who had already been pulled from the water by family members.

First responders also arrived but weren't able to save the boy.

The operator had taken a brief safety course at the rental facility before the group of 17 family and friends left the dock, but the spokeswoman said the person had limited experience. It is not legal for a person to sit with his or feet draped over the edge of a pontoon in Maryland, she said.

Donald Trump Just Overtook The Democrats On Gay Rights

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 09:23 AM PDT

The madman has actually done it. God-Emperor Daddy — known to the rest of you as Republican presidential candidate Donald J Trump — has just outflanked Hillary Clinton on the Left and announced what can only be described as an ultra-progressive immigration policy.

I don't mean progressive as it has come to be used, of course — nannying, language-policing, Muslim-pandering. I mean it's a policy that could actually make things better for minorities.

Trump's plan is to introduce a screening process for prospective immigrants to the U.S., testing their ideological commitment to western values like women's rights, gay rights, and religious pluralism. It's a brilliant plan. I'm especially inclined to say it's brilliant because it may have been partly inspired by me.

CAIR: The Constitution Says Government Can’t Study or Criticize Radical Islam

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 09:15 AM PDT

An Islamic group tied closely to jihadi terror groups is complaining that Donald Trump will violate the constitution by helping Americans better understand the nature of radical, jihad-promoting Islam.

"One of my first acts as President will be to establish a Commission on Radical Islam – which will include reformist voices in the Muslim community," Trump declared in a reformist foreign policy speech on Monday.

"The goal of the commission will be to identify and explain to the American public the core convictions and beliefs of Radical Islam, to identify the warning signs of radicalization, and to expose the networks in our society that support radicalization … [and] we will pursue aggressive criminal or immigration charges against anyone who lends material support to terrorism," he said.

That promise of legal charges is a direct threat to the jihad-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations, which has many material links to domestic and foreign groups that support Islamic war.

CAIR has been declared a terrorist organization by the United Arab Emirates and was named by federal prosecutors as an un-indicted co-conspirator in a Hamas-funding operation.

CAIR responded to Trump's speech by suggesting that rhetorical and religious support (although not actions) for Islamic jihad terrorism is a constitutional right, both for Americans and for would-be immigrants who wish to introduce jihad and other Islamic ideas into the United States.

Russian Military Forces Staging Near Ukraine

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 09:07 AM PDT

The Pentagon has identified eight staging areas in Russia where large numbers of military forces appear to be preparing for incursions into Ukraine, according to U.S. defense officials.

As many as 40,000 Russian troops, including tanks, armored vehicles, and air force units, are now arrayed along Ukraine's eastern border with Russia.

Additionally, large numbers of Russian military forces will conduct exercises in the coming days that Pentagon officials say could be used as cover for an attack on Ukraine.

"Russian units will likely practice reinforcing the [Crimean] peninsula through such activities as amphibious landings and air defense exercises, and this may involve the change out of equipment and long convoys of military vehicles," one defense official said.

The military exercises are an ominous sign. Similar large-scale Russian exercises were conducted near Ukraine a month before Moscow carried out the covert military operation to take over the strategic Black Sea peninsula in March 2014.

Navy Capt. Danny Hernandez, a spokesman for the U.S. European Command, told the Washington Free Beacon that the upcoming Russian exercises are being closely monitored.

"We are extremely concerned about the increased tensions near the administrative boundary between Crimea and the rest of Ukraine," Hernandez said. "We urge both sides to avoid provocative steps or rhetoric that could escalate the situation."

Illegal Tapped for Clinton ‘Dreamer’ Campaign Tied to Soros-Funded Voter Effort

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 09:00 AM PDT

An illegal immigrant who was tapped by the Hillary Clinton campaign for a new effort to register Latino voters is tied to a multi-million dollar voter registration effort funded by George Soros.

The Clinton campaign announced the "Mi Sueño, Tu Voto"—or "My Dream, Your Vote"—program on Sunday. The program uses stories about illegal immigrant children who are prohibited from voting to inspire Latino voters to register and vote against Donald Trump and Republicans, the Associated Press reported.

Astrid Silva, the 28-year-old illegal immigrant who railed against Donald Trump during a prime-time speaking slot at the Democratic National Convention, was featured in the Clinton campaign's press release announcing the new "Dreamer" effort.

Silva said in the press release that while young illegal immigrants may not have the right to vote, the new effort will "help ensure that our stories are heard and it will send a clear signal to Donald Trump that we cannot be silenced."

Silva is the organizing director of the Progressives Leadership Alliance of Nevada, a social and environmental justice group that is already involved in a massive campaign to register 400,000 Hispanic voters for the November election. That effort, known as the "Families Fight Back" campaign, is almost entirely funded by liberal billionaire George Soros.

Man Calling for Rioting and Looting of ‘White Owned Businesses’ in Milwaukee is a Clinton Supporter

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 08:30 AM PDT

Over the weekend — and even into Monday night — the streets of Milwaukee have been rocked by what's being called the "Milwaukee Uprising."

Sparked by the police-involved shooting of Sylville Smith, an armed black man, riots and looting have broken out, reportedly leaving at least six businesses "badly damaged or destroyed by fires" after Saturday night alone.

While most culprits would attempt to hide such behavior, one individual in particular — identified as Jayrome Williams on Twitter — has been catching attention for outright admitting to looting local businesses:

More Adults In Georgia Will Have To Work To Keep Food Stamps

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 08:15 AM PDT

Georgia plans to expand work requirements for food stamps from three counties to 24 starting in 2017, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

The state started requiring adults without children to prove they were looking for work in order to be eligible for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, or food stamps, in just three counties in January 2016.

Those three counties saw a 60 percent drop in food stamp recipients, from 6,102 in January to 2,468 in June, AJC reports. Next year, the state will expand the work requirement to 20 more counties, and may push to bring all 159 Georgia counties under the regulations soon.

To receive benefits under the new requirements, adults between 18 and 49 who don't have children or disabilities will have to work 80 hours per month. Only about 10,ooo people in the 20 counties will be affected by the expanded requirements, but there are about 110,000 able-bodied individuals without children out of the 1.8 million who receive food stamps in Georgia.

Obama Paid Schneiderman To File Fraudulent Suit On Trump University

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 08:00 AM PDT

President Barack 'The Idiot' Obama arranged for New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman to receive a $15,000 donation in exchange for investigating Trump University. Donald Trump has been a victim of official oppression-misuse of governmental power, by both Crooked Hillary 'Rotten' Clinton and Barrack 'America Hater' Obama, in the Trump University case that rightfully should of never been filed.

Trump never had to accuse accuse Obama of handing Schneiderman an envelope with $15,000 stuffed in it. Instead, Trump rightfully said, Obama appears to have arranged a campaign contribution to Schneiderman from a law firm representing bogus victims of Trump's University.

"The attorney general of New York meets with Barack Obama in Syracuse," Trump said at a rally in Bentonville, Arkansas. "The following day he sues me. What they don't say is, I believe, fifteen thousand or a lot of money was paid to the attorney general by the law firm in California that is suing me."

Chicago: 75% of Murdered are Black, 71% of Murderers are Black.

The numbers are horrifying.

After hearing about a woman attempting to start a sex-strike in Chicago, ultimately based on the Ancient Greek play Lysistrata, to end the gun violence, we thought it would be good to dig into the numbers a little bit. We wish we hadn't.

Simply put, Chicago has a massive Black-on-Black murder problem. All of the data below comes from the Chicago Police Department. You can access it here.

In 2011, the latest data officially released by the Chicago Police, there were 433 homicides. Of these, just 128 (29%) had a corresponding prosecution.

Maryland pension system falls far short of earnings target

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 07:30 AM PDT

BALTIMORE (AP) — Maryland's public pension system missed its annual target for returns by more than 6 percentage points in the past fiscal year.

Citing a news release from the State Retirement and Pension System, The Washington Post (http://wapo.st/2blgqlF ) reports that the $45.5 billion investment portfolio earned 1.16 percent after fees for the fiscal year that ended June 30. That return is well below the fund's annual objective of 7.55 percent.

It is the second consecutive year that the actively managed retirement program fell short of its goal. It grew 2.68 percent during the 2015 fiscal year.

Crooked Hillary Behind the Scenes of the Frivolous Trump University Suit

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 07:15 AM PDT

It is a growing scandal that could be a potentially disastrous Democratic smear campaign levied in the heat of the General election against GOP frontrunner Donald Trump.

A frivolous fraud suit involving the former Trump University appears to be set to go to trial just a couple months before the 2016 election.

The ridiculous $40 million suit, will most likely dominate news coverage and therefore could be a public relations nightmare for Trump at a crucial time where the negative press could cause his campaign the most damage.

And that is exactly what the Democrats want.

However, fresh questions are now being raised about the Hillary Clinton crony who is driving the lawsuit, and who even plans to put Trump on the witness stand.

A New York judge heard procedural arguments Tuesday in New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman's ongoing lawsuit against Trump and his former school for real estate investors, and unethically decided the case could move forward.

Trump: Hillary Is A Bigot Who Panders And Talks Down To Communities Of Color

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 07:00 AM PDT

Donald Trump spoke in West Bend, WI Tuesday night. "We reject the bigotry of Hillary Clinton, which panders to and talks down to communities of color and sees them only as votes," he said.

The other party – the Democratic Party – nominated the personification of special interest corruption. The Democratic Party rigged the nomination to give it to Hillary Clinton, thus giving the soul of their party this year to the special interests.

I am running to listen to your voice, to hear your cries for help. The quiet voices in our society, not the loudest demonstrators, need to have their demands heard.

Jobs. Safety. Opportunity. Fair and equal representation.

We reject the bigotry of Hillary Clinton which panders to and talks down to communities of color and sees them only as votes, not as individual human beings worthy of a better future. She doesn't care at all about the hurting people of this country, or the suffering she has caused them.

The African-American community has been taken for granted for decades by the Democratic Party. It's time to break with the failures of the past – I want to offer Americans a new future.

It is time for rule by the people, not rule by special interests.

Dr. Gianoli: Voters Deserve a Report From Hillary's Neurologist

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 06:53 AM PDT

Amid increasing questions of Hillary Clinton's health and stamina, Dr. Gerard Gianoli, M.D., clinical associate professor at Tulane University, made a call for the Democratic nominee's medical records Tuesday night.

"I think we need to see the report from her neurologist; I think we need to see the report from her ophthalmologist, and I also I think we need to see some post-concussive testing that's been done," Dr. Gianoli told Newsmax TV's "Newsmax Prime" host J.D. Hayworth.

"I guarantee you if the same scenario was with [Donald] Trump, the media would be all on top of that, demanding that he release the medical records."

Gianoli, a neuro-otology expert, cited a number of instances Mrs. Clinton displayed potentially problematic health issues, adding "the biggest concerns I have is there is a lot of unknowns" voters could use some insight on, particularly when it pertains to her balance and brain functioning.

"She is going to have cognitive issues if that is the scenario, and as a voter, I would like to be reassured that is not a problem," Dr. Gianoli told Hayworth.

Dr. Gianoli said Tuesday a Clinton statement on her health won't do — it needs to come in the way of a medical exam from an independent health panel.

Time It Takes to Rig a Voting Machine? Seven Minutes.

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 06:45 AM PDT

A Princeton professor is reigniting the debate around potential election-rigging in U.S. elections, by reportedly showing it is possible to hack some voting machines in as little as seven minutes.

Politico reports that Professor Andrew Appel bought a Sequoia AVC Advantage online -- one of the oldest voting machines in the U.S. and deployed in Louisiana, New Jersey, Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Along with a graduate student, Appel went to work on the machine with a screwdriver, pulling out the ROM chips and replacing them with modified firmware that would throw off the machine's results. Voters would be oblivious.

Appel is part of a group of so-called 'cyber-academics' who have spent a lot of their time hacking the electronic voting machines that took off in the wake of the controversy surrounding the 2000 presidential election. Since then, Appel and his colleagues have been working to convince the public that the system is unsecure and vulnerable to mischief.

Can the 2016 election be rigged? You bet

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 06:37 AM PDT

Donald Trump has said publicly that he fears the next election will be rigged. Based both on technical capability and recent history, Trump's concerns are not unfounded.

A recent study by Stanford University proved that Hillary Clinton's campaign rigged the system to steal the nomination from Bernie Sanders.

What was done to Bernie Sanders in Wisconsin is stunning.

Why would the Clintons not cheat again?

The issue here is both voter fraud, which is limited but does happen, and election theft through the manipulation of the computerized voting machines, particularly the DIEBOLD/PES voting machines in wide usage in most states.

POLITICO profiled a Princeton professor — who has demonstrated how the electronic voting machines that are most widely used can be hacked in five minutes or less! Robert Fitrakis Professor of Political Science in the Social and Behavioral Sciences Department at Columbus State Community College has written a must-read book on the strip and flip technique sued to rig these machines. Professor Fitrakis is a Green Party activist.

A computer hacker showed CBS how to vote multiple times using a simple $15.00 electronic device.

To be very clear both parties have engaged in this skullduggery and it is the party in power in each state that has custody of the machines and control of their programing. This year, the results of machines in Pennsylvania, Virginia and Ohio, where Governor John Kasich controls the machines, must be matched with exit polls, for example.

In Europe, they use exit polling to determine who won and lost. The tabulated vote only serves as a formal verification. But that is done with paper ballots and hand counts under supervision, the way we used to do it.

Here's the recipe now:

(1) Publish a poll contrived to suggest the result you are going to bring about.

(2) Manipulate the machines to bring about precisely your desired outcome.

COVE ROAD BEACH ADVISORY

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 06:36 AM PDT

(Nanticoke, MD) - Cove Road Beach is currently under an advisory due to elevated bacteria levels. These elevated levels are typically seen after prolonged periods of heavy rainfall. It will be re-sampled today and results will be available tomorrow afternoon.

Children, the elderly, pregnant women, and those with a weakened immune system are most likely to get sick from swimming in contaminated water. They are also most likely to become seriously ill from exposure to waterborne illnesses.

Exposure to bacteria, viruses, and parasites in contaminated water can cause symptoms and diseases ranging from ear, nose, and eye infections to diarrhea, vomiting, hepatitis, encephalitis, skin rashes, and respiratory illnesses. You can reduce your risk of getting sick by following these tips:

· Pay attention to contamination and advisory warnings and stay out of polluted water.

· Avoid swimming at beaches after heavy rainfall.

· Stay out of murky or foul-smelling water.

· Avoid beach water if you have an open wound or infection.

· Swim without putting your head under water.

Roaring Point Beach does not have elevated bacteria levels.

Target Makes HUGE Bathroom Announcement, After Losing Billions Of Dollars…

Target has been under pressure for their policy of allowing men to use the women's restrooms. Millions of parents signed petitions opposing the outrageous policy, as it is a public safety risk.

Now, after disastrous financial reports, Target has had to back off their transgender policy, and spend $20 million to add private bathroom facilities to all of their stores.

Their second quarter earnings fell 9.7%, which reduces the store's sales estimates for the entire year. The Stock has already dropped 6.7% just this week.

Clearly, Target has suffered from the backlash from their outrageous policy:

Democrats blame GOP for Obama’s painful cuts to fund Zika trials

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 06:23 AM PDT

The Obama administration has chosen some of the most painful cuts possible to pay for anti-Zika efforts, including AIDS research, home heating assistance used by the vulnerable elderly and funds to fight drug addiction.

The administration said it made "difficult" decisions" based on "emergency needs," though Republicans say there is more than enough money in the budget for the Health and Human Services Department to cover all of its functions and still fund Zika vaccine trials.

With the number of mosquito-borne cases in the U.S. reaching 30 on Monday, the amount of money dedicated to Zika — and the sources of that money — are quickly becoming political issues.

Democrats insist Republicans will be blamed for shortchanging anti-Zika efforts, even as HHS Secretary Sylvia Mathews Burwell siphoned $81 million from the National Institutes of Health and other department initiatives to bolster Zika vaccine trials.

In a statement, HHS itself said $34 million in NIH money was "cut directly" from programs to fight those diseases, while the remaining $47 million would otherwise "go to states to treat people with HIV/AIDS, fight substance abuse and to help low-income families heat their homes in the winter."

Deadly Yellow Fever virus on brink of spreading to Europe and Americas

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 06:15 AM PDT

A deadly African virus is on the brink of spreading to Europe and the Americas amid the largest outbreak in more than 30 years, a charity has warned.

Yellow Fever can cause bleeding from the ears, eyes and nose, organ failure, jaundice and death in the most severe cases, and is considered such a threat that many African nations refuse entry to anyone who has not been vaccinated.

Yet despite those regulations, thousands of suspected cases have been reported in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) after the disease crossed the border from Angola.

Other cases have already been reported in Uganda and here in Kenya, and earlier this year China notified the World Health Organisation (WHO) of 11 cases imported by migrant workers coming back from Africa.

The virus can only be passed on by the Aedes mosquito, the same vector as for Zika and dengue, but once it arrives in a region it can in theory be spread anywhere where the insects are present. That includes most of Latin America, the US, Asia, northern Australia and much of southern Europe.

Survey: 3 in 10 Union Members Want Out

Posted: 18 Aug 2016 06:07 AM PDT

Nearly 30 percent of union members would opt out of their union if given the chance, according to a new survey.

The survey, which was commissioned by National Employee Freedom Week, found that 28 percent of workers belonging to unions or union households would cut ties with labor groups if give the opportunity. More than 60 percent of respondents said that workers who opt out of union dues and fees should represent themselves in negotiations with their employer.

Over two-thirds of union members told the group last year that employees should have the right to opt out of union membership "without force or penalty."

That result demonstrates that even union loyalists respect the right to choose among their coworkers, said Vincent Vernuccio, an NEFW spokesman and labor policy expert at Michigan's Mackinac Center for Public Policy.

"About two-thirds of people said workers that want out should not be forced to accept representation," he told the Washington Free Beacon in a phone interview. "It shows that even union members that don't want out still thank that employees deserve a choice."

The Google survey asked 300 union members or union households in all 50 states about their attitudes toward monopoly representation.
